I live out of town but my local Ford dealer never has appointments available in a reasonable amount of time so I called Albion Ford. I needed an oil change and they told me they dont take appointments for that but suggested a good time to come in. I drove over for the oil change and only had to wait a short amount of time before they began working on my car. While there, I remembered I needed new lug nuts so I mentioned that to them. Since they had them available they put those on for me too. I believe I was working with the service manager. He was very informative, friendly and very easy to talk to. He advised me that they were short-staffed and it may take a little longer than normal but I was in an out in just over an hour. The waiting room was clean and all the employees I encountered were friendly. Albion Ford is my new go-to place for oil changes and any other service I can have done there.

This place is top notch, A+. Got a flat on the highway & called right at closing time & not only did they squeeze us in, the mechanic and front desk were SO kind and within minutes we were back on the road. So thankful for the positive experience! 10 out of 10.

I was traveling from Detroit to Battle Creek when I got a flat tire. Roadside replaced my tire with a donut. I drove to quick lane, Paul came out took the tire plugged it and put it back on my truck. He didn’t even charge me. After a stressful time that made my day a lot better. I was in and out and back on the road, thanks Paul and quick lane!

I have been here twice to get my oil changed and have absolutely No complaints 😃 the staff was friendly and willing to answer All of my questions concerning my vehicle!A lot of places Ive been are sexist against women and have tried to try to tell me something extra is going to try to make more off of me not knowing Im studying to be a mechanic and my father is one, but not this place !They got my vehicle in and out within an hour both times!

I found the Quick Lane staff to be very helpful. As a first time customer, they were very patient with me and gave me the opportunity to look at the car personally while it was on the lift. I thought their prices were fair and the employees were very friendly.

I would strongly caution anyone who is deciding to take their car to this place. I took a car in good working order there to be looked at for a noise in the engine and could barely get it home 5 hours later after having to call to find out what was going on. I have since heard that this place has a reputation for things of this nature so please be careful.

Through the past 5 years Ive been going here, my complaint is they are very arrogant and rude. They do good work, but do not expect to be treated like a customer. I called yesterday inquiring about the warranty for my tires as I had a flat tire (got new tires from them less than a year ago), and was told my call would be returned when they became available. They never called, I had to call AGAIN the next day to get my question answered. I work, and a whole days delay completely screwed me over.

Had a great experience here for an oil change and systems check. It was about 35 minutes as the first customer in the morning.

Slow as molasses. The tech did not value my time. Seemed to be dragging his feet to make my oil change the last thing he had to do for the day, and I arrived before 4pm. This will be my last time visiting.

Literally waited an hr and thirty minutes for an oil change after I called first and was told they could get me right in. Will never waste my time or money here again.

Fast, friendly, and accurate.
