They were able to find the phone i wanted. They had no cases or screen protector. Why do they never have cases for the phones they sell. Marshall, coldwater or Albion store.

First off not announcing your name when someone calls a store is rude! Ganson, AlbionUnderstanding that not all Boost Mobile stores are not ran by the same people but..... calling two from the same chain and getting a price of around $270 otd for the port in promo on the iPhone se, and calling a different chain and getting a nearly $80 difference is ridiculous! Forcing insurance on a customer will also make the difference in a sale as well! GREEDY!!! Lansing Ave it is!

Dont waist your time i got told i needed a 5g phone to get true 5g so i got one and it never worked correctly and when i went back to get a refund the owner acted so unprofessional i will never go back in the store in sevierville or his store on Chapman

Unique and Gabrielle are fantastic. Not only did they take care of 4 phones for me they did it with a smile and the entire time joked and had a great conversations with us. I would recommend anybody to go see them and get them self taken care of. Thank you very much for all your help.

They are so wonderful always helpful when I go in there its a pleasure to go in there they know there customers I rather go into there store to pay my phone bill then call it in they answer any questions I have if something happens to my phone they help fix it before I go do a insurance clam they have the greatest people in there I could be in the worst mood ever when I walk in there they put me in a greatest mood for days to come

I called this store for help with my boost account because I had recently switched to sprint. Whoever answered the phone (didnt give her name) was thee rudest person I have ever spoken with, said I have 10 people standing right in front of me so Im busy which one, is not my problem and two that doesnt give her an accuse to treat other customers like garbage. I wouldnt like someone with such low class work in my establishment. Maybe because Im white but yakno.

The staff is really friendly and tries to get you the best deals. When boost went to unlimited plans the store special took $5 off normal plan price.

I didnt appreciate Euniques criticism in front of me, about me, to her co worker in the store.I am changing carriers when my phone is paid for.
