I called Horizon Tint and spoke to Adam about getting French door glass tinted. He took the time to explain the process and showed me a couple different options. I wanted a mirror like reflection for both security and to keep the intense brightness out. Adam explained what to expect after the glass was tinted and was both polite and professional. Second time at Horizon. First time was so long ago I had forgot I went there. Looked up safelite because of the little jingle you hear everywhere. They were almost double the price of a new windshield. Not only that, but when you call Horizon, humans actually answer the phone right away instead of an automated walk through. Guy named Chris took the call and got me penciled in for an appointment right away. Got a follow up from a girl named Leah who also helped with the insurance side of things. In and out quickly. Excellent people and service here. If you ever have a bad experience here at this place it has to be an oddball because these people are great.

We had a really great experience getting our windshield replaced with Horizon. All of the employees were very friendly and helpful and they took good care of us! Highly recommend this shop for anyone needing glass or tint!

I think they have been replacing/fixing windshields in our cars for almost 15 years. We have always had great service. They recently replaced my trucks windshield. Its a newer Ram with the Ram logo in the windshield. The replacement looked exactly the same. The tint visor is perfect. Other than a shiny new windshield there is nothing left behind to even know they did work. Truck was put back together perfectly. Great work and the desk people are great. Super helpful and professional.

I really wanted to like Horizon Auto Glass & Tint. The price was half of what you pay at the big name auto glass stores. The service was good. But (right?). But I didn’t take the time to look carefully at my truck until I got it washed several days later. I should have. There are big scratches on the passenger door near where the windshield was replaced. When you scratch my truck—say something. Do the right thing. I won’t be back.UPDATE: To say there were scratches on the truck before the windshield replacement doesnt change the scratches your technician made when installing the windshield. If you value your vehicle, go elsewhere.

My wifes windshield had a large crack and needed to be replaced. Called around to a few separate places getting a quote and they had the best pricing by quite a bit.They had my glass in stock and was able to set up my appointment a few days after contacting them. Everyone on the phone I spoke with was extremely professional and courteous.Dropped my vehicle off in the morning and was ready to go after a few hours, this included the windshield needing to be calibrated.When my wife got back in her vehicle we noticed a few issues we thought came from the installation process and set up an appointment to being the vehicle back in the next day. I spoke with the owner and showed him the issues, he was very understanding of our frustration and took action to rectify what he could. We understand things happen sometimes and his willingness to look over everything, talk with us, and make it right is a big selling point to why we will bring our vehicles back in the future.

If you value your privacy avoid this place!!! I really would have liked given a better rating but their business practices leave a lot to be desired. If they cannot follow the business contracts they signed how can you rely on them to fulfill their contract with you. Did the research, found the product I wanted for both the windshield and paint protection and found a dealer to provide the service. Spent time sending emails back and forth plus time on the phone. My name is all over the place. The problem came when I tried to pay for it. Took out my card and was told they need to see my ID. NO - really you don’t. It is a violation of the contract you signed to take the credit card. It’s for your protection NO - I am the only one that can protect myself. I know people that can memorize over 20 randomly generated numbers, so now you have my drivers license number too. This may seem like a trivial issue, but if you can’t trust them to follow the business contracts they sign why would you do business with them?

So, we just got our windshield replaced. They did a fine job with that, but the inside of our vehicle was filthy!!! There was dirt and black stuff everywhere! Totally unsatisfactory!

From the initial setup of my appointment to the pickup of my car everything was seamless. Kristi was thorough in the explanation of the procedure of the tint and basic maintenance afterwards. I had a slight issue of dirt getting into some of the film during the curing process and they didnt hesitate to book me another appointment to get it fixed. Excellent customer service and great looking tint and look forward for the new tint.

Everyone on the phone was professional and helpful. I had a couple hard to solve issues and the walked me right through what has going on. All the work was done on time and looks great. Rod the owner called me and let me know it was done and what might need to be done next. This is the second car of mine that these guys have worked on and they are awesome.

Best windshield place in town! We make a two-hour drive because these folks are so great. Adam has fixed chips and cracks in two of our vehicles and you would never know. Shelby was great at setting us up. We love the service provided and its always done with a smile. Prices cant be beat, either!

They were so helpful and friendly. I got hit with a rock in the windshield by a truck. My car had just 400 miles on it. So new but they fixed it beautifully.

I had nothing but problems with these guys. From getting my appointments scheduled incorrectly, to my power windows still not working after two visits to have them fix it. Each time they promised it was fine, when it was not. I took it to the dealership and they immediately found that a piece had not been installed that should have, and these guys missed the problem twice. Avoid these guys.

Everyone here was super friendly. They fixed the little chip on my windshield in under 30 mins and the made it almost disappear! Super happy and would definitely recommend this place if you have a chip on your windshield.

I called to order a windshield last week. Made an appointment for the following week. Got a call this morning to confirm, agreed and said I would be there. Got a call to say the windshield was scratched and will have to reschedule until they could get one in.I happily agreed to reschedule...BUT was told, oh, by the way YOU have to pay shipping because YOU want this windshield.

Outstanding! We are relocating from the North East to Arizona. Rock hit the windshield outside Albuquerque and made it unsafe to drive, on a Sunday, just our luck.Called Horizon first thing Monday morning and they gave us an early afternoon appointment. Whew!Very pleased with the efficiency and quality of replacement windshield.Also super dogo friendly! They offered us a bottle of water for our dogs water bowl while we waited!!

I follow an individual on instagram, who was posting his move from California to North Carolina. He was traveling cross country with his wife, two small children, a dog and two cats. In typical Albuquerque Fashion, when he stopped for the night, his Jeep was broken into. He contacted me via instagram and asked where he should go to get the window fixed. I met with him and we called Horizon. Horizon was 1/2 the price of another nation wide chain and said they Might be able to do it by 2PM, Maybe by the end of the day. We explained he was traveling through and was trying to make it to North Carolina in order to make it on time for his new job. Horizon said, Maybe 2, maybe by the end of the day.We went to Horizon to check in and he asked if he had to un-hitch his trailer and if so, can he leave it in the parking lot. The trailer was no bigger than a motorcycle. Horizon told him he would have to remove it but he could NOT leave it in a parking place and would have to park it on the street. Yes, it would have been visible, but Horizon employees would not be watching it. And in typical Albuquerque fashion, that trailer, with everything he owned inside, would have been gone too. I was going to take the family to my house for the day because Horizon wasnt willing to budge on their schedule, but we had to make arrangements for his trailer.We decided to drop the trailer off at my sons, who lived near by, when we stopped by another glass company just to see. The other glass company ordered the part and put him in the front of the line and had him back on the road two hours later. It was really sad to see that Horizon would not budge at all, for someone who was victimized and in a dire situation. I had used Horizon in the past because of pricing, but I found a new place.

If I could give more stars I absolutely would, this business definitely deserves it.I moved to Albuquerque in August and ‘finally’ in mid-October my car was broken in to. We called first thing on Wednesday morning (the day I discovered the state of my car) and they had me in later that day to replace the window and add tint to match the rest of the car.The staff was so nice and very professional. The whole process took about 3 hours. I walked a block down to the Flying Star cafe and hung out there until the install was done.They vacuumed out all of the glass leftover on the inside of my car as well as the glass that was inside the door. The window looks great. The tint matches perfectly. They even put pieces of tape over the window controls on the driver and passenger doors as a reminder not to roll it down for 2-3 weeks.If my car ever gets broken into again or I have another incident with my car’s glass, I will be returning to Horizon Auto Glass. I’m so thankful for their promptness, professionalism, and quality of service.

I got a mobile service and still got results like I would have if I went in shop Ive worked for an auto glass company previously and I can say that their customer service was a relief.

Professional service. Guys that come out to do mobile windshield repair always friendly and on time. Used mobile repair twice to replace windshield on my vehicle and once for my husbands vehicle. Took it to the shop that time so they could also apply tint. Only issue with my second replacement is that the tech did not completely secure the plastic piece that covers where rear view mirror attaches to windshield. When I brought it up he said the previous tech broke a clip, so now that rattles some. Understandable as I have a long commute everyday and have had that windshield replaced at least 4 or 5 times total. Will use Horizon again.

I used this company to fix a chip in my windshield. Their customer service is amazing. They are super friendly and helpful. Getting in for an appointment was very quick and easy. However, the chip in my windshield looks the same. My husband took it back so they could look at it. Again, great customer service. But when my husband went in they had a car in the system that we have never owned. There is resin in it, so the chip wont spread. I have never had a windshield be repaired that doesnt improve the appearance. As great as their costumer service is, I wasnt too pleased with the repair.

I had a windshield installed and some install issues. The owner Rod contacted me (after I left a distraught phone message) and he actually came over to my home to repair the issue (which ultimately wasnt a big deal)l..But I thought it may be because of the last 3 months Ive been having.. Very nice guy that care about his business and customer satisfaction. ABOVE and BEYOND customer care of any Big Box store.

I am very pleased with the windshield replacement I received this morning at Horizon Auto Glass. Setting up the appointment was a breeze and I was told that it would take about 2.5 hours for the windshield to be replaced. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call only an hour after I dropped my vehicle off stating that it was done and ready for pick up. I will definitely be returning to this location in the future for windshield replacements!

Heard a lot of good things about horizon so it was the obvious choice. I was not disappointed. The staff were flexible with scheduling and had my car in and out within a few hours. I was very impressed with the quality and professionalism. Would recommend to anyone looking for a clean, professional, and durable tint. Don’t think I’ll need the lifetime warranty but I’m glad I have it. Don’t hesitate to use horizon for your tint!

Just got my windows tinted! The lady who assisted me (wish I got her name) was very helpful, honest and patient. I am very happy with the work they’ve done. Fair priced and professional (plus lifetime warranty!😌) I’d recommend to anyone wanting quality work done.

Went there a few days ago. It took them 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment to even get the car into the shop. Then it took another hour and half to tint a single window. If you have all day, they might be good. Dont expect fast service here, and expect your appointment to start at least 45 minutes after they told you to show up.

Had an appointment got there on-time and was told it would take up to two hours for new windshield. There was a lot of confusion with my order. After watching the guys in back stand around joking for 45 minutes i went inside to ask about my car. The employee went to the back came out saying they were putting it in now so i walked outside to see the employees who had been standing around finally working on my vehicle. I ended up being there for 4 hours. Perhaps they need a leader outside making sure their staff is working. Otherwise the staff in the office was very kind and courteous. Im on the fence as to whether or not i will go back here again.

This company does an excellent job. The people who work there are tremendous. There was quite a long crack in my windshield and instead of telling me that they couldnt repair it to get me to spend more money, they repaired it anyway. They did say that it may not hold. Well, its been a while and their fix seems to be holding. They saved me a lot of money, thank you everyone at Horizon Auto Glass!

Great job done by them. I was skeptical because Im very ocd about my tint. I also like my tint dark. They exceeded my standards so far I have not noticed an error in my tint. They did exactly what I asked of them. Im still looking for bubbles and havent found any. They did give advice on going so dark and what that entails. You do need to be specific about what you expect if your expectations are the normal tint jobs. Regular length sun strip and just tinting to state legal level etc. They dont warranty your tint if it isnt to New Mexico legal level. That is my only complaint being from out of state I dont fall under this states tint laws.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I’ve had 4 vehicles tinted, 2 vehicles had paint protection applied, one door glass replaced and one windshield replaced. Staff is fabulous and super helpful. I will never go anywhere else!

Went in for replacement driverside window, quoted a high price then told to pay in cash for service. Walked out.

I was there for a chip repair and customer service and the owner were very condescending and with the condescending attitude said another chip repair hadn’t been done. It was a repair I had brought to them to fix, so they pointed out their poor quality of workmanship. I had gone to them before but after this experience I will not be returning!

Good work! When I came to pick up my vehicle, Adam the sales manager, let me know that the glass for my windshield had a defect, and gave me a couple of options for how to proceed. The new estimate he gave me was timely, and he added in some movie tickets. I felt like my car and my time were well cared for. I definitely recommend them.

Someone threw a rock through my driver door window and I needed new glass. Im not sure about the staff as a whole but Leah made me feel like I was taken care of on a very busy day. She even got me a spot on the same day, when earlier she had said I would have to wait until Mondy. I am very pleased with Horizon and they accept my insurance.Kudos to Leah for great customer service and to the auto crew for great, speedy work.

I had chosen to come here initially because the price was lower than other estimates and the man I talked to on the phone was pleasant. I set up what I thought was a mobile appointment for the next day. 30 minutes into my Appointment time I called the business to see where they were as they had not shown up. Upon calling they acted as if they didn’t know what I was talking about and they didn’t have any mobile appointments for weeks. Once we were able to figure out that I was supposed to bring the car in I had already started to get upset during the Covid pandemic it would make no sense for me to bring in the car or to know that that was what I was supposed to do they had taken down my address and so I figured why would you ask for my address unless you were coming to my home? Upon arrival there are people inside sitting down in the waiting area with no mascon workers shooting the breeze laughing and partying in the back and unresponsive and not very pleasant to me. after I dropped off the vehicle they called to say it was going to be more than they had told me which should have been explained in the call when I initially had made contact to the business if you are telling them that you are unsure about the features of your car that they are asking about that should mean that there may or may not be a price increase and you should be informed. They were very adamant about closing at noon and so I came back at noon and they told me it was going to be another hour of work which is fine but why stress to me that it is important to come back at noon? Overall they were very uninformative about their process and prices and very dis-organized about when to come pick up the car or when it should be ready. They acted as if I should have known how the whole thing works and I’ve never been here or done this before and then on top of it for it to be more than expected was just the icing on the cake. If you plan on coming here ask a lot of questions and don’t assume what they are telling you is going to be correct. I may be on the paranoid side of the spectrum for the virus, but I did not feel like the people doing the work were very clean or respecting of the CDC guidelines.

These guys are amazing! I was passing through ABQ on vacation. My vehicle was vandalized at our hotel and one window was smashed. I called the Toyota dealership and they recommended Horizon. I called Horizon and they were able to get me right in. They said it would be a couple hours so Horizon paid for my Uber back to my hotel and had it come pick me up when my van was ready. Great customer service and they definitely went above and beyond. The next time I go through ABQ, I hope my window doesnt get broken again, but if it does, Im going to Horizon!

I had my windshield replaced by Horizon Auto Glass in June, in December while my car was sitting in the parking lot of my work all day it somehow spontaneously cracked from the INSIDE, spoke to Rod the owner who tried to tell me that perhaps something hit the rearview mirror which caused these HUGE cracks in the window where the mirror is attached. Refused to replace or refund my money, alleged that it was somehow my fault that the window cracked from the INSIDE. Mirror was never touched, nothing was hanging from it, the car had been sitting in a parking lot all day when the cracks appeared. Worst customer service I have ever received, terrible to their customers, rude - stay away!

On Monday, December 17, 2012, I called Horizon Auto Glass to get a Quote for a new windshield for my 2010 Ford Expedition EL. They were very friendly and informative about the options available for my vehicle and were very competitively priced for new windshields. We made an appointment to replace my cracked windshield for Tuesday, December 18, 2012. Upon walking in the front door, I was immediately greeted and was given extremely friendly customer service. I inquired about tint options and was given very friendly informative information with which to make an informed decision without any pressures. After they took my vehicle to the back, the installation technician took me to the back to verify that the windshield they had ordered would meet my approval because there was a tint difference between it and the one they would be removing. One snafu did occur - after the new windshield was installed and the vehicle was safe to drive, it was discovered outside in the sunlight that there was a manufacturers defect within the new windshield that wasnt caught prior to installation. Everyone at Horizon Auto Glass was quick to make it right and continued to be very friendly. I chose to wait another 2-1/2 hours for another windshield to be installed. During my 5 hours in the waiting room I was able to watch how customers were treated as they came in. I have to say that I was overly impressed with the very friendly customer service that everyone who worked at Horizon Auto Glass gave to each and every customer who walked through the door. Based upon my overall personal experience plus everything that I observed while there, I will definitely use Horizon Auto Glass for ALL my Auto Glass needs and wants, from Chip Repairs, New Windshields, Window Tinting, and Invisible Auto Bras. Im knocking them a star because it would be nice if they stayed open past 5pm and I thought they didnt need to charge me for 2 chips when it was one rock that hit my windshield.

I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in to have the windshield repaired and the service was excellent. The front office staff are friendly and efficient, they are a credit to the company. The work that was carried out was clean, professional and excellent. I like this company as they are locally owned and answer their phones locally. Youre not speaking to someone in another state or country! All in all, an excellent experience, I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone!

Update: this business is amazing. I had a construction truck lose something and smash my windshield this morning really badly at 630am. Ordered a custom piece and set a pickup time for next day. Upon arrival they had to search for my ticket and custom cut piece, was told my order “slipped thru the cracks”. Quite unorganized!

Danielle was great to work with over the phone to set up my appointment: I told her I had a 2016 Honda, she asked for the VIN number. She checked, it was a 2015 Honda, very smooth transition. Excellent service by an organization which works with your insurance carrier to restore your damaged auto glass. They provide reliable but fast replacement.
