Update- My sister needed a replacement window for her car. Sean located one in town and I was able to send my sister their way after work. Coming from Boston to New Mexico there are tons of items that make your life easier that you dont think of. Like getting your Auto Glass tinted. I got Lomas Glass from a friend on my street. Great job on replacing windshield.I went to another place years ago and the other had my back window leaking water after every car wash the week after (even after following the one week protocol of no car washes,etc.).Lomas glass took good care of us. Top notch experience from start to finish. Brought my FJ Cruiser for a windshield replacement and Ill be back for any of my glass needs. FJ Cruiser windshield replacement is a notoriously tedious job and Sean handled it like a true pro. Saved a ton of money though these guys.

This shop has tinted all my vehicles, and all my familys vehicles with nothing but the best quality and service. the prices are very reasonable and very affordable. Lomas Glass and Tint tinted all windows on my Honda Fit. My car looks great! Unfortunately, my windshield was struck by a stone on the highway the next day causing a large crack. Best tint install ever. I brought in what i knew was going to be a problem child to work on-- old peeling tint, glass was pitted underneath. For a fair price he stripped the tint and reinstalled with absolutely no flaws, friendly attitude, and a high quality film. Though not the lowest price in town, it is definitely the highest quality for the dollar. Strongly recommend.

A few months ago I took my Honda Accord in to have the rear window tint replaced. I was very impressed with their work. Small job, not a big profit for them, but they treated me with care and professionalism. I am taking my Camry in next week to have all the windows tinted.Highly recommend.

Many bubbles and debris under the tint but what’s worse is the customer service. I brought my vehicle back to have them look at my concern and the gentleman, and I use that term loosely, Shawn was extremely rude to me from the get go and accused me of having a medical issue. He stated the window tint job was normal even though I’ve never had issues with this many bubbles on the 5 vehicles I’ve had tinted in the past. I would not recommend this place to anyone, they do not stand my their work and are extremely rude. Save your money and frustration and take your vehicle elsewhere where you will be treated with respect.*****Edit. In response to the owners comment. To be fair you did offer to ‘see what could be done’ but took no accountability for the work and got very defensive. You stated everything was normal then attempted to walk around the parking lot to show me other vehicles that had issues in the tint but you were only able to show me one small bubble in an old suv. You could tell I wasn’t buying your story so that’s when you insulted me, so of course I defended myself and called you out. As for you correcting the issues now, after our interaction I would never trust you to pay another hand on my vehicle. I’ll chalk this one up as a loss and a learning experience and I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

Had windscreen replaced in Honda Pilot. After 2 days noticed squeaking/rattling in upper corner. Took vehicle back and Sean figured out what was going on and fixed it within an hour. Ive put their work to the ultimate test - using the lowest grade tint they offered at the time, I had my truck tinted as one the first vehicles they ever worked on. The install was flawless despite the business just opening and the tint lasted 10 years sitting outside in the NM sun every single day before it showed signs of deterioration. The tint they carry today is of a much higher quality, and is backed by a lifetime guarantee - it wont be degrading after just 10 years of abuse! They are also experts at audio/visual and alarm installations, doing professional installs and using top notch equipment. Its worth a visit just to learn about the science behind the latest tinting film or the design philosophy behind the latest unrealeased audio technology - nobody knows this stuff better. You can pay a lot less for much worse, but I doubt youll get anything better at any price.

I have an 8am.appointment for a single window to get stripped and retinted, however the guy cant start right away because hes the only one there, seems understaffed until another female employee walks in after 8 from who knows where, I wait and read in the lobby, after my cars done the guy moves my car back where I parked it unlocked even though he found it locked with the seat adjusted to the guys preference and starts the next vehicle right away,I realize its done but both workers say nothing for 15min.until the guy remembers Im still waiting right there so he tosses my keys on the counter for the lady worker says nothingshe finally tells me my car is done,the job took over 45min.and still I had to wait longer for the staffs lack of customer service initiative

I couldnt be happier with this business! I called first thing in the morning to receive a quote on a shattered window after my Jeep had been broken into the night before! The price was absolutely reasonable! I took it in around 9am and at 11am I received a call that it was ready for pick up! I was worried about some of the other shops that use I have see that use ghetto tint that ends up looking cheap and bubbling. Not this place. My tint is PERFECT! I am forever a fan.

Had tint installed on entire vehicle and they did a great job.

Bait and switch pricing. We were quoted a decent price on the phone which was just a little lower than the competition so we drove down and the price magically doubled. This made us miss the glass order cutoff time and now we have to drive with a broken windshield for another day. They did not even try to retain out business. Ended up going to Auto Glass Now who stood by their quote and even lowered the price when they heard what Lomas Glass and Tint did.

Took my car in just to have chip repaired on my windshield at the recommendation of a friend. Guys were very polite, did great work and are very affordable with their competitive prices! Have my business for life now!

Called to get a quote on glass replacement. They were 3x more expensive than Safelite, couldnt perform the required calibration as required by my insurance (in which Id have to get it done at the dealership for an added cost) and it was going to be at least an additional week longer to get the replacement done than any other shop in town. Why bother?!

Of course durning Monsoon Season, which doesnt last very long in NM my window broke, the regulator on my BMW went out. I went to NAPA to buy the parts and they recommended that I go for vehicle window tinting and window repair, to Sean at Lomas Glass and Tint. I called to get an estimate which I had no problem getting and they were professional, the place was clean and the service exceptional. I would recommend this business to all my friends and family.They were courteous and conveniently located on Lomas and Pennsylvania. I had a part that I wound up not needing after all and they returned it to me and reminded me to take it back to NAPA and get a refund. WOW!!! Thank you guys!

While I didnt actually experience getting my tint done, I did get a taste of what their customer service is like. I sent them and email asking what set them apart from other companies and what made their prices so much higher than any other tint company I had called to get estimates on. As a customer, I should have the right to know these things, right? WRONG!! The responce I got from them was If you are price shopping for window tinting, we are probably not the company for you. Thank you for your time to inquire. There are a number of shops in town who will put tint on windows for a cheaper price and I imagine you will find what you are looking for. That is the exact responce I got from them. So, I made the conclusion they charge more for no obvious reasons, and they have HORRIBLE customer service, which is something I could find anywhere and not get charged that much to experience it.

I had another shop damage the cable for my alarm system antenna. Lomas Glass and Tint was listed as the only Compustar dealer in ABQ. I explained to the shop thats who would be the ones to try and get a replacement cable or repair. I was due to leave town the next morning for a long road trip and didnt want to have my alarm system down while on the road. Long story short, I ended up getting a call from Sean at 10 min to closing asking me to come down to the shop thinking he would need to order a whole new brain for the system. He stayed late and spliced the original cable back together and got the system working. He even went the extra mile and repaired my hood pin and siren that had been broken for years. The whole time, I was able to hang out in his shop shooting the breeze while he did his magic. They are now my go to shop.

Travis has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I would not recommend going to this place full of arrogant people!

Received quote over phone, rushed down to meet glass ordering deadline and got hit with a bait and switch, and much higher price, with two minutes to decide due to ordering deadline time. No attempt whatsoever to make it right or compromise on the pricing since they screwed up the quoting. No attempt to save our business as we walked out the door. I get that a mistake can be made, but bad business practice not to even try to fix it.
