Advanced auto parts is my favorite brand apart store to visit. I wanted motor oil windshield wipers blades in an outstanding battery.I found exactly what I was looking for. Robert Bausch icon windshield wiper blades were fairly priced. Mobil one full synthetic motor oil is available here and was kind of expensive. Cooling system, tire, and battery issues are things that I want to avoid while on the road. If you want the very best battery for your Motor vehicle choose Optima. The parking lot was clean and free of debris. Parking spaces were freshly painted. I was greeted the moment I walked in the front door. Everything was very clean inside of the store. Both of us felt safe from sickness at this spot.

Call before I got there to double check that they had the part. Guy says yes. I pulled up and the part is nowhere to be found. Worker says it’s due to new staff and unorganization. One star today for unprofessional service, telling us he had the part over the phone. For unorganized an store, showed up and they pulled it but now they couldn’t find it. For sending me to Eubank when they were closed.

Awesome. They were so helpful. I needed windshield wipers and it is probably 10 degrees outside now. I put them on there but rain-x changed their lock system. I was able to go inside and get help and get them installed. Im the dummy waiting for the coldest day in 10 years to get new ones!

Guy was nice on the phone and in person! He was very helpful when we came looking for parts. Even came out and looked at the vehicle which was good since we would have bought the wrong part!

The two employees there were both very helpful and friendly. Will be returning today to spend more money.

Marcus was extremely benevolent and hard working. He assisted us promptly, and is very dedicated with what he does. However, Lorenzo was not friendly, and lacks communication skills. Plus, there was no reason for him to treat us as if we are lying when we have the receipt as evidence about the battery still being under the warranty. Plus, Fernando from the other autoparts store sent us to this store because the battery was not functioning when he checked it, and he did not carry the battery we needed. Plus, Fernando called this store to let them know we are coming in, and Lorenzo was still questioning us as if we were lying, when Fernando already let him know our situation. This occurred on Thursday October 15, 2020 at 7:20pm.

Although I was unable to get what I was looking for the staff was helpful and did refer me to a place that might carry the product that I need.

I walked up to the counter, was greeted and the item I needed was brought right to me. I paid and left! Easy peasy.

The service was fast and the guys there were actually eager to help. They were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Got my purchase, made an exchange (without my receipt)and a couple recommendations on how to fix the liner in my car AND was in & out in less than 10 mins! These guys were awesome today!

Extremely lacking in customer service. Must be a new staff my regular partsman at this location is no longer employed at this advance auto parts store. Hopefully, they will get some better training

The went out of their way to help with our battery issue. Everyone there was professional, kind and caring. They are our go to place for parts.

Much nicer guys than checker or AutoZone. You might spend a few more dollars getting the parts though. But service is the best in town. Bought a part and it was broken and the only one in stock so the MANAGER got in his truck and ran down to the warehouse just for me.

Went in and got a battery they installed the battery for me was done in 20min thank u guys!!!

Went in today to return a spark plug that was defective. The porcelain that surrounds the center electrode was broken and moving around to the point it was completely touching the ground electrode. The employee that was assisting me looked it over, asked me if I had gapped the plug, I told him I hadnt, he said I have to when replacing plugs. He then went and pulled a gapping tool from the shelf, checked the gap, noticed something was wrong (duh) and went to compare the plug with a new one all the while having this incredulous tone and attitude. Yeah, that is my scam, you caught me! I purchase spark plugs, then exchange one of the 4 I bought to scam Advance Auto Parts for $1.99 *somehow* (this is sarcasm).The service was friendly and helpful when buying the plugs initially but being treated like I cant tell when a new spark plug is broken after installing it and having my engine literally almost not run is a bit of an insult. I am probably going to either shop at a different location in Albuquerque or a different auto parts store entirely.

Great service and all the employees there very knowable, friendly people thay always have what i need for parts there at the location and if they dont they well make sure you get it as soon as possible they never let me down with a fleet of fed ex ground trucks we go here all the time for are shop supplies and parts for class 8 trucks. All in all a very excellent place for your auto and truck needs
