Dont understand the negative comments. I ordered a mirror glass and later needed to return (had some hidden damage in my mechanical assembly). Their return department provided a hassle free return label quickly. The package is on its way postage paid by them. Cant beat the service.

Do NOT NOT NOT order from here. This is GMPartsStore.com. I purchased a suspension system compressor 6 months ago (3/1/2021) for my 2015 GMC Yukon XL. The description in the part indicates that there is at least a 12 month warranty on the part. The part failed in September of 2021. I tried to have it replaced under warranty, and I was told that it could not be replaced without a mechanics note indicating that the part had failed. gmpartsstore.com does not have any warranty information available on their website to indicate that a mechanic must write a report to indicate that the part is bad in order to process a warranty exchange. I know the part was defective, because my car gave an error code something similar to failed exhaust port and when I replaced the compressor assembly with the new assembly, it worked as it should. Most people buying from this site are not going to have a mechanic replace the parts. So, if you have a car like the Yukon where suspension parts fail regularly, BE WARNED that this online company does NOT honor the manufacturers warranty. I would recommend purchasing your parts from a reputable company like rockauto.com.

I feel I have to update my below review in fairness. After finding my part elsewhere sooner after no contact. I blindly sent my item back unopened to the returns address and within two weeks received a refund. For that I am thankful._____AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Wish I had checked here before I ordered. My part was listed in stock and shipping should have been two day priority. It took over 2 weeks to arrive. Several attempts to contact were ignored and at one point the customer service voicemail was full. Emails to customer service and returns have never been replied to.

I ordered online. Every item on this website states the following:We will ship what is ordered. We do not ship the wrong part ... The wrong part is ordered. Seems pretty snarky to me.I ordered a GM Torque Rod (part #22735276). I submitted my VIN number to assure compatibility. I paid for expedited shipping (which cost more than the actual part), as I needed the part by a certain date. Shipping was still quite slow.When it finally arrived, I discovered they literally shipped me the wrong part; according to the label on the box, its part #22938326.1. I emailed them and did not receive a response.2. I called them. The first time I had to leave a message on their voicemail.3. I called a 2nd time and received a message that their voicemail was full.I *NEVER* heard back from them.I opened a dispute with PayPal. The case was eventually settled in my favor, and I received a refund, but I needed the correct part 3 weeks ago and still dont have it.Ive attached photos to corroborate all of this. Literally the worst online shopping experience Ive had in a long time. Do not purchase items from this website.

I wish there was a 0 star. My parts should be on the way. They are not. Have been attempting to contact them via, telephone, email, the web and now Facebook for several days. They have not responded once! This is a terrible business. My next stop is BBB, and I recommend everyone whos had similar experience to do the same. After ordering and not being able to get in contact with them Ive finally started reading all the reviews. This was obviously a mistake to order from them. Ive never had an experience like this buying auto parts! And so many reviews state they received wrong parts or no parts. That they cannot get a refund. And that this company does not respond. Well if I dont have my parts or my money back on time according to estimated delivery Cyber Crimes is my next avenue. Ive worked with them on one other scam and its a really good organization who care about American consumers. But people who take money and dont supply a product belong behind bars. And should be paying restitution to the victims!

I ordered a part almost two weeks ago. The shipping policy says that they ship same day or day after. After hearing nothing for over a week, I attempted to contact them. Their phone goes straight to a generic voicemail that is generally full. I called more than 10 times across several days and went straight to voicemail every time. Most times the mailbox was full and I was only able to leave a message twice. Of course the calls where not returned. I also contacted them by email with no response. I finally ended up contacting my credit card company who went through the process with me to dispute the charges which they happily helped me with. In the meantime, I have been without my car waiting on this one part that they were supposed to send same day. DO NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I do not wish my experience on anyone.

Do not order from this company!! I will be contacting GM headquarters, absolutely amazes me how a company like this can function under the GM brand. No response to email, will not return calls and when I call New Mexico dealership they hang up on you when you tell them you ordered parts online. Hopefully between GM and Better Business Bureau I can get this handled. I repeat do not order from this dealership.

Rarely do I leave reviews for purchases I make on line, but I feel it is my duty to warn the buying public to avoid doing business with GM Parts Store Albuquerque, NM. I received the wrong part, was blamed for ordering the wrong part, and received rude email exchanges from the poor angry soul that GM Parts Store Albuquerque has the misfortune of placing in their customer service department. You will not get a persons name, just angry, curt, email messages about how the the customer (me/you) ordered the wrong part, even though it is clearly marked in the picture diagram on the ordering website. As the reader can imagine, I have taken my issue up with PayPal, so we are going down that road. In the past 7 years of using PayPal, I have never had to involve PayPal for a dispute such as this with a seller/vendor. Shame on you GM Albuquerque! You see these terrible reviews. Ownership/Management should handle this issue. Unfortunately, the long history of poor reviews would also suggest that ownership/management is also part of the problem. Good luck, GM Albuquerque. Companies much larger than yours have gone out of business for poor customer service.

I placed an order on June 2, and now its June 12, with no updates except In Process. No response to my email inquiry sent four days ago and also to my voice message left yesterday. Trying to reach them by their local phone number, but being put on hold until the call was hang up for no reason. If you expect a timely and reasonable delivery, DO NOT order parts from this dealer.

Stay away from this company - Dont Order. I ordered a simple part for a newer GM model vehicle. Paid extra for express shipping. The website checkout process indicated the part would arrive in 5 days from order date. Part should have arrived in 5 days, right? So 15 days later it arrived. No updates from company. I tried to cancel the order after the 5th day but they dont have a customer service department. The 800 number is useless. Now Im unable to return the part because their returns department wont respond to email messages. Dont even think about ordering from this place.

Ordered a part for my Corvette on the 4th of May. Still no tracking number or no idea of the location of my part that were supposed to be delivered in two days. Today is now 8th of May. No tracking number. No one answered the phones. I even contacted the company directly because I used to live in Albuquerque New Mexico. No response even after leaving a voicemail. I have no idea of where my port is located or if it has been shipped. Website still shows processing. But I paid for rush delivery.

It is June 16th. I ordered on June 8th. Still says my order is in progress!! Tried to call, answering machine says mailbox is full. I also sent an email with no response. Never ever going to order from here again. Im going to call my bank and file a dispute on the order!!

Awful experience... placed an order and waited over a month for some sort of response. Tried calling- direct to voicemail, emailed the customer service address and no response. Filed a complaint with PayPal and finally my order is shipped, to my surprise on 2 of the 3 items I ordered are in the box (go figure) trying to reopen dispute with PayPal, but anyone reading this..STEER CLEAR of these people.. the prices are cheaper compared to other gm parts houses, but you get what you pay for... save your time and frustration.

After ordering a part online in error we were worried we wouldnt be able to cancel the order. After a few days and a little research we were able to call and received a full refund and cancel the order. Thank you for helping us to cancel the order we made in error!

(3 going on 1 star) ORDER STATUS UPDATES... For everyone, I finally got in touch with GMPartsStore.com for an order I placed on June 3rd that has not arrived as of the 16th of June 2020. With Covid-19, I expect most companies to be well behind on orders that are not in stock. I asked the company to please provide UPDATES to customers as we are all waiting on products. I feel most everyone deserve honest answers. We shall see if they send UPDATE emails to customers. I hope everyone will give benefit of the doubt and allow a bit more time for shipping. I was told to expect 4 more days before shipping. I will allow one more week for product tracking number to be issued. Lets all hope that businesses can get caught up and be more reputable as advertised. Best of health to all!

I cannot recommend this company. As in the other reviews I had the same experience. They do not pick up the phone or return calls or respond to emails. No updates . I am not a negative review person and understand sometime things go awry and that times are tough now with the Covid-19 pandemic however I have not had this experience with any other online retailers during this time.I believe I have been very patient and at some point I should receive a return call or acknowledgment as to the status of a return order.On May 5th 2020 I placed an order w GMpartsstore.com and did receive the order on May 26th, thank you although I never received a return call as to when to expect delivery and the order was incomplete.There were missing parts and also duplicate parts I mistakenly ordered.Again no big deal mistakes happen.I returned items that were incorrectly sent along with the duplicate items and followed up with several calls and emails both through the online portal and personal email on May 29th.I followed up again on June 10th and June 18th. Email and phone.To date I have not receive one phone call or email response.Im out over $250.

Would give zero stars if Google allowed..Ordered a simple part (wheelcap) and was sent the wrong one. Part numbers matched between website (what I wanted) and packaging, but the parts are completely different. Tried calling about a dozen times over the course of 2 weeks, left voicemails, and sent numerous emails. Not a single reply or answer of their phones. If its not a complete scam (I did receive something in the mail), its damn close. Returned the package today and am just hoping I get some of my money back, but doubtful. Seek what you need elsewhere.

Worst website to order parts from EVER. Ordered a part I needed before my escalade got painted so it can be color matched, placed the order May 7th, and it is now June 21st. Tried calling numerous times, no answers. Sent 5 emails asking what’s going on, no reply’s. Horrible service, pretty much just took my money and robbed me! They received my pmt of $299.26 on a Wednesday 6/17/2020. They didnt ship my order until 7/2/2020. I received the package on my doorstep 7/6/2020. 20 days from Albuquerque New Mexico to Wilmington California. 🤷‍♂️

Pay for shipping and then received postage due of $10 more to get package. Shipping time is a joke. Stated I would receive on a Monday, didnt get it till Saturday AND I have to pay extra because they didnt ship it correctly. Turns out to be $35 in shipping....this isnt the place to go for needed parts.
