I had a great experience. Tim was so helpful on the phone and offered to fit us in that week even though they were booked. He reassured us that the job may not be as big as we thought. When we got to the shop the owner, Russ was also so friendly and helpful. They got the work done the same day. They offered me a ride if needed. The price seemed to be reasonable and comparable to other places. They even checked in the next day to make sure everything was alright.

Excellent service. I talked to Tim and Russ, both very easy going and explained everything in detail. Answered all my questions. No run around. Got things done in a timely manner, and gave me a list of things that also need fixing (I know there is more beyond that list too, which I will be coming back for once this list is done!) Got text messages with images and links to estimates and such. Very clear on prices and what needs done. Prices were great, definitely the small mom and pop type place that feels like where I grew up in a small town. :) Will be coming here for the foreseeable future for my vehicle.Also good place for getting emissions done! Had it done while I was having work done. Convenient!

I have an older vehicle and its sometimes difficult finding a shop thats willing to do work on it. Luckily, I brought my vehicle by this shop and talked to Russ and Tim. Not only did they do the repairs and service I asked them to do, but they were able to diagnose a bigger issue and get that corrected as well. This is a really good shop with friendly professional staff, I highly recommend them.

Morris & Comanche Auto Service did a great job with my brakes and got me safely cruising the road again! But what really stood out to me is their amazing customer service. Every person there that I dealt with was professional, friendly and willing to help. Truly a wonderful customer service experience! Will absolutely use them again.

Someone tried to steal my catalytic converter and every mechanic I call couldn’t fix it for a week. These awesome people got it in fixed and back to me the next day. Very inexpensive as well. Morris and Comanche are definitely my new mechanics.

Russ and his team replaced some suspension components and did a great job. They are entirely transparent about what they’ve found with the car and send you a list with photos of the recommended repairs. Will be coming here for all my repairs in the future.

Windshield was put in quickly but not the correct one as the original had tinting on the top. Expected the replacement to be the exact same. Have a new appointment to put in the correct one.

I initially went in to service my 95 Toyota Celica which was not passing emissions and needed an oil change in conjunction with so many other things. While the diagnostic was performed, I was given a ride home (which was close), and also a ride back to the shop. Upon returning, I discovered that my car had an array of financial land mines. Russ gave me affordable options so that I could get by with my car long enough until I found a new one. Low and behold, Russ actually knew of a car being sold which I purchased. The car was a satisfying upgrade as the car was in amazing shape with decent mileage. So far This has been the best experience I have ever had with a mechanic. Unfortunately before this, ALL of the mechanics I have encountered have been scumbag liars that offend the good people of our Albuquerque community. The work done here is quality and prompt. The price is more than reasonable for the customer service and the quality of auto parts used. I grew up in the small town of Edgewood in the east mountains here in NM and this shop feels like an honest home town vibe. Ive been going to this auto shop for years. They are great for last minute repairs or for scheduling something longer. They do all sorts of repairs from the simplest changing of lightbulbs to work on suspensions. They are easy to work with and friendly. And they wont cheat you out of anything. Consider them!

One could argue that nothing is more intimidating, and frustrating, than finding a reliable auto service to be there for you. Im telling you, these folks are the real deal. Ive used them for over a decade. Same people! How rare is that? What I love is that these folks actually know how to fix cars, and I never feel like theyre trying to gouge me on price or just look for things to fix that arent necessary. Most recently, they did a major engine repair for me (overheating problem I was having), and they noticed a few other things they brought to my attention. When the parts were taking too long to come in, I explained I needed to use my car for one specific day (since it was drive-able again, the major repair had been done by them and the other issues werent super critical). They let me take my car without paying anything, trusting Id bring it back to finish up the job in a few days when the parts came in. This was NOT a cheap ticket! I owed a few thousand on the repairs up to that point (still do as I write this), and they let me take my car without as much as a down payment! Why? Because these are genuine, honest, trusting, super-cool people. And guess what? They will always have my business. I LOVE Morris & Comanche Auto Service and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I really appreciate them being up front about this rather than trying to up sale me new tires on the spot. I found this shop on the napa preferred auto shop list on google and they did not disappoint! The team was very professional and polite to me. They talked me out of spending extra money on spark plugs that didn’t need replaced quite yet and because of that I’ll be going here if I want some honesty with my auto care.

These guys were great! They are professional and knowledgeable. They are accurate in advising what work needs to be performed on your vehicle as well as the time frame they gave for it to be completed. I spoke with Tim, he was recommended to me by my brother who used to take his vehicle to them for for a few years when he lived in the area. He told me they were honest and were not like other mechanics that could take you for a ride (and I dont mean a test drive). They took care of of vehicle without scratching it or any mishandling. The price was fair and pretty accurate to the price quoted over the phone it was actually a lil cheaper. I will definitely be a return customer. Please note that this is named Morris & Commanche auto services NOT M&C ! I stopped at their place thinking it was the same place and it IS NOT ! They told me they would fix my car! DONT TRUST RUSS!! wouldnt even give them a star. Very unprofessional people they over charge and dont know what there doing. They tried ripping me off then got my car towed from there business cause Id didnt want them to fix it and when I went to pick it up it was gone towed!! Save your money go else where. There shop is small and gross as well and russ is a nightmare!

Totally above and beyond. They completely went out of their way to help me even before they werent officially open. I needed an emission test and only had a little time before work. The got me in and then followed up to make sure it all worked and was uploaded to MVD.

They called when they said they would call, my van was ready when they said it would be ready, and they came in $200 under estimate, They said, once we got into your engine, it didnt need all the parts we thought. Honest to say the least and at 1/3 of the cost quoted by my dealer! If they need a couple of days before they can look at your car, it is well worth the wait, they are busy and they deserve to be.

I highly recommend this place, they had my AC up and running and only charged me 142.09 dollars, whereas the dealership said my compressor was out and would cost me 1700.00. I know where my car is going next time
