Donnie and J got me in and serviced on an emergency repair at a very fair price, same day service, and consultation throughout the process with no hidden fees and even found ways to save me money on the repairs performed. They even provided advice on what could be coming and what to do in the event of any other problems Lukas even stopped to help me when my truck stalled out on the side of the road the previous night (which is how I found out about the company) and assisted me with getting the truck going again until it could be repairedOverall a very friendly and welcoming experience with concern for my wellbeing when I had issues getting the truck to their shop. My truck runs much better than it did prior to me having any problems with it. They also provided very detailed and comprehensive receipts and explanations for the work that was performed.I would highly recommend this team for any and all truck maintenance and repairs!I went back for more work on my vehicle two weeks ago and again they exceeded all of my expectations.They even follow up to make sure the vehicle is running correctly and to make sure you are satisfied with all the work and their warranty is unsurpassed just like their service.Great job guys keep it up!

Total professionals that work i had lost the use of my rear brakes on my work van i took it down to have looked at Danny took time out of his over booked schedule to see to our our rear brake had to be replaced so we could continue seeing to the needs of our own customers had the rear breaks replaced that day and back in operation thank you again New Mexico Diesel Power Inc.

Very nice shop great location and very nice staff,however I brought it in because I was quoted $1500 and good turn around. I recieved a call the next day saying my repair was going to cost $3900. Myself knowing what was wrong with it did the repairs with two friends and spent $300. Get a second opinion, always!

Jimmy and team were a great help to us. We were from out of town and stuck. They mercifully fit us in to their stacked schedule. They diagnosed quickly and explained well. They expedited part and fit in other maintenance. In and out in a few hours. The towing company they recommended was very good service also. Our vehicle is a F350 diesel. Nice professional people.

My water pump failed in my F250 6.4 right outside of Albuquerque on a drive from Texas to Oregon. These guys took my truck at 6:30 in the morning, no appointment, installed a new pump, thermostat, hoses, and even picked me up at my hotel when my truck was finished since I was traveling with my dog. Couldn’t really take a cab with a Boxer. They completed it in one day. I drove 9 hours to Salina UT with no problems. I wish their shop was in my town. They know what they are doing and they recommend only what is needed and are priced very fairly. On top of that they sent me with a jug of antifreeze and distilled water in case I had a problem. They are very polite and professional. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thanks for your help Jimmie, you got me out of a real bind.

The employees at NM Diesel Power are great. Honest, helpful, and friendly. I called on Thursday morning and were booked all day but they got me in first thing the next day. Cant say enough good things in praise of these experts. We were traveling and developed a mechanical emergency on our diesel truck. They made special accommodations so we could be back on the road a.s.a.p., even though it was an all-day job. Their repair was less than 2/3 of the local dealers estimate, and they didnt pressure us to make non-necessary repairs. We were wary of having to trust mechanics we didnt know, but were impressed by their efficiency, their professional attitude and their courtesy. Wish their shop was in our neighborhood!

Driving through Albuquerque and started hearing noises from the front end of my f250, was worried it was ball joints. They got it up on the rack for a quick diagnosis in the middle of a busy day and were prepared to get me in for service... turns out it was just brake noise and the sent me on my way without even charging for diagnosis, unbelievably awesome! 10 stars!

AWESOME!.....I was quoted over $2,500 (7-10 days to get parts in) by another mechanic to fix a noise that had developed. New Mexico Diesel Power Inc. fixed it in approx 10 minutes and for $40! I will be taking all of my business to them from now on. THANKS GUYS!!!!!!

We broke down on our way through and ended up needing some major work done to our diesel. Under pressure from the campground owners because of the upcoming balloon festival we needed to get our truck up and running fast. Im usually the kind of guy that likes to work on my own vehicles. I like to know that I fixed it on my own and dont like to let someone else touch it. Unfortunately I had a timing chain problem that I couldnt fix and these guys fixed it perfectly and explained what and why they did what they needed to! I had a major problem with a PCM which little did i know you cant replace yourself and not only did these guys fix my issue they also helped me diagnose another issue that i didnt know about and now my truck is running perfect! I was sold a lemon from a Ford dealership in Colorado. It started overheating in just a few miles after hooking it up to our 5th wheel. We took it to NM Diesel Power and within an hour of looking at it, they told me that this truck was not worth the trouble when they could have made a bundle by putting a new engine in it and charging extra for me being stranded.Instead, they proceeded to help me by faxing all their diagnostics to the dealer. They then stored the vehicle for me for 2 months while we waited for resolution from the Colorado Board of Dealerships.These guys are straight shooters.I cant say enough about how much I appreciate their help.
