This place is awesome!! The people who work here are always so friendly and always willing to chat and give advice when solicited. They always have baby chicks, ducks, and they have turtles and other animals as well. Weve always been able to get crawfish and other live bait for fishing. I will always recommend this place. One other note its very small inside the shop so just be courteous if you have children follow the signs (ex: dont let your children play with sinkers) its a bait shop not a toy store and who wants their kids playing with lead anyway!!

They just lost a good customer. I couldnt get them to answer the phone. So I drove 25 minutes just to find out you cant even go inside to shop because theyre scared and affraid of covid-19. They have merchandise stacked in front blocking the doorway. They didnt even have a window to talk through just a small space between their merchandise. Thats just weak and pathetic. Ive talked to the guy on the phone before, hes kinda rude and a smart a..The prices are so high some people cant shop there. For me it just aint worth the drive over there anymore.

I was looking for a place to get some new pond fish. Called on a Wednesday to find out if there are any special rules with the virus and their hours. I was given the hours and was told that only need to wear a mask. On Friday I drove 30 minutes to get there only to find out that I could not go inside. I wish this was said to me before I wasted my time and gas getting there.

Ive bought chicks here twice. The service was excellent and knowledgeable. They offer an extensive variety of pond and bait products of course, but Ill keep coming back for the quality poultry. Clean, personable, and reasonably priced. Best selection of chicken breeds in town. They even have peacocks!

They are cash only, they dont do returns or refunds. The only way you can shop is by looking through a dirty window and asking the dude to hold it to the glass while you talk to him through a speaker.

The gentleman that owns Quality baits is very helpful and ALWAYS there to answer any questions you may have. I will not shop anywhere else and I have been going there for 30+ years. Great

The proprietor has been there 52 years. This small, family-owned feed, pond and bait store is a must see in the South Valley. Visit the back yard to see ducklings strolling under foot, rabbits, a variety of pond plants, goldfish and koi, a virtual petting zoo of poultry and the resident ostrich. Good, kind, salt of the Earth staff has only given great advice and friendly service.

The living space for your parakeets, mice, gerbils and other pair of birds are POOR. Theyre cages are disgusting and not taken care of. Your parakeets: 12.99 or 18.99 for inbred parakeets?? That have extremely damaged beaks? Half of those poor birds have their cere basically bitten off. The mice have a horrible living space, all dirty. You guys shouldnt be so expensive. I dont care about what you believe in, I care about how youre treating those poor animals. Theres no excuse for that stuff.

Cram packed with items. Business is to small for merchandise. Animals in cages looked like they were not taken care of very well. Customer service at the front was good though.
