Ordered a bouquet of Sunflowers for a co-workers farewell. The arrangement was beautiful! It was full and the flowers were very fresh and not damaged or wilting. The shop is beautiful but the staff was rude and not helpful at all. The cashier or whoever she was up front didnt make eye contact and seemingly dismissed my request right away. She even quotes me a bad price per sten on stargazers when I asked about them. I wanted to support a local shop but Ill be going online for flowers from now on.

The service and selection were the best in my area. They were the only shop to have succulents. I really liked that they sent me an email telling me that the plant had been delivered. Beautiful, beautiful centerpieces and bouquets. Romantic and quirky, and did I say gorgeous? She did all the flowers at a wedding I coordinated recently, and it was the first times in a while when the guests took ALL the centerpieces! Shed filled out old antique ceramic teapots, vases and watering cans with various shades of pink and purple flowers. The bouquets and bouts were wrapped in lace. I know, right? Obviously, Im really looking forward to working with her again!

Ordered an arrangement for my girlfriend for our anniversary to be delivered at her job. Paid CASH. Order was apparently delivered to a person who kept the arrangement. When I asked for a refund (because I paid cash and never received flowers), store personnel told me Id have to wait 6 - 8 weeks for a mailed check! They dont refund cash at the store! Wait! What?? Also the fact that I didnt receive my order wasnt their fault. They made the delivery! I was speechless at that point. Absolutely zero accountability or concern for what happened. I get no product which I paid for (receipt in hand). They get to keep my cash until feel like returning it! Clearly the refund policy is there as a deterrent to force the customer into accepting a replacement order! How you feel about their products and service is a secondary issue once they have your money! Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere.

These are the BEST smelling flowers I’ve ever received. 3 days later and my office still smells just like a flower shop. The arrangement is perfect. Each day a new flower has opened making my bouquet even bigger! Would HIGHLY recommend People’s Flower Shop in Nob Hill!

Every time I come, I am greeted by a friendly and helpful staff members! And the flowers.... WOW! They are always arranged so well, my wife loves them!

I went through Peoples Nob Hill to buy all of my wedding flowers: my bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets, my husbands boutonniere, and groomsmens boutonnieres. They were all beautiful and easily one of the best parts of my wedding day! They were high quality while also a good fit for my budget. Victor was a fantastic consultant and understood exactly what I wanted. I paid for the flowers with convenient payments, and pickup was a breeze. I stop in the Nob Hill shop every couple of weeks to get fresh flowers. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. I especially like that they are concerned for our environment by investing in solar power and provide flowers that are grown in an environmentally sustainable way. The prices are very reasonable too. Heather is who most recently helped me and was great!!

I called from Pittsburgh to have flowers delivered to a hospital downtown. I was nervous since I wasnt going to be able to see the flowers myself, and the last company I used did a terrible job. The lady that answered was very helpful and friendly, and I got a photo of the lilies with lemons and they were gorgeous, with about 15 flowers. Its been a few days now and some are still blooming. Ill be using Peoples from here on out!

The staff here is so helpful and friendly. I stop in regularly for the discount $5.95 flower arrangements. Its such an affordable treat for myself. And the flowers always last a week or longer.

I am by no means a flower aficionado, but on the phone and at the shop the staff was remarkably pleasant and easy to work with. The flowers all looked to be in great shape; the bouquets I ended up getting did remarkably well, handling several of my transport abuses, botched unwrapping and re-wrapping attempts... and still looked fresh as new 3 days later!

Always great, have purchased flowers from them for years. There was a slight mix-up on my Valentines day order, the flowers were delivered a week early! However, they went well out of their way to make up for it, by making a custom bouquet for delivery. They even sent an apology letter.

I had a Valentines delivery that arrived with a portion of the flower stems being broken and by the time my wife got the flowers home from work these were wilted. I know this is a busy day but for $120 I would expect nothing less than great.

Flowers were delivered but didnt last 3 days. When I called and complained I was basically told to go pound sand. Victor was unhelpful and the manager was unbelievablely rude. This 25th anniversary will always be remembered thanks to the dead roses on my table. Will never shop there again, once you pay, they no longer care for the consumer.
