Not only did he find the right light fixture for my ceiling fan but he went above and beyond by obtaining and sending me the instructions ahead of time so I could prep. He also contacted the manufacturer to research the fan types it would fit. He was very responsive and professional, always returning my calls and answering my questions. This company is absolutely the best pool table service in New Mexico. Joe Hernandez (owner) is the expert in Albuquerque at re-cloth and repair. For years other pool table shops contracted with him for their set up and re-cover. I bought a used Brunswick table from them. Price was very reasonable. Delivery was super fast, 4 days, quality of set-up and cover was superb, they were extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I can not recommend this company too highly.

We recently had NM Billiards move our table to accommodate new carpeting and then had them re-assemble and re-felt it. Joe could not have been more accommodating to my schedule, they were extremely punctual, professional and efficient. And my table looks great.

Needed my Pool table repaired and after searching and calling multiple of companies and was able to get New Mexico billiards to come out and take a look at my old pool table that was in need of a pool table repair service. The technician came out to my house the next day which was faster than what most of other pool table repair guys said they can come. And to top it off what I thought was going to cost an arm and a leg ended up being a very minor fix which ended up saving me a lot of money. Im glad I found these guys to repair my pool table and I would recommend New Mexico billiards to any of my friends and family in Albuquerque nm area!

Called, they said they had a big selection of the cue case I was looking for with a certain interior. I got there and they had one. Was a wasted trip. I did end up buying a case I will sell off as soon as the JB I ordered comes in. Needed something to use. Nice guy though.

I ordered a spencer Marston pool table and Joe Hernandez owner of New Mexico billiards came out and they installed it in record time absolutely perfect straight square level exactly where I wanted it in the room what a fantastic experience!! I bought a used pool table and contacted everyone in town. New Mexico Billiards was the only one who had the felt I wanted and they came out the next day. Very professional on the phone and the two gentlemen that came over to assemble were equally professional. I highly recommend them for anything you need. Cost was right in line with the average when I called around. I would have paid more just because of the service.
