Very rude staff, the products has no labeled prices, and very high priced even after making there no meaning sale,Never come back

Placed an $85 online order for pickup, went in, the order was nowhere to be found. There was only one staff person in the whole store and it was very busy so lines were long as it is. Guy at the register had no clue what he was doing and didn’t offer any help in locating my order or giving me a refund. Just stood there and looked at me and said he didn’t know where it was. I left and called the corporate customer service line to cancel my order. I had never shopped there before and will never be back. I wouldn’t recommend that anyone take a chance on placing an online order for pickup.

Way unprofessional. Too busy checking out some girl in the parking lot and the four (maybe teenage) sales associates flirting with each other in to care about selling shoes. Nothing has prices. They don’t know how to work the registers or credit card machines. Best just to try on your shoes here then buy them somewhere else or online.

Ive had multiple boot and shoe repairs done here. Including 20 zipper replacements on tall boots. Its great there is an authentic cobbler still in Albuquerque. Great work and reasonably priced!

Why does it say this store closes at 8pm when on two different occasions we have gone to the store and have had tried to get into the store to but shoes and @7:45pm they were not opened yet the door says they are not supposed to be closed till 8pm but they have have employees who are ignoring us and a few other people that are also not very happy about the situation but the employees don’t have anything to say about anything cause they are too busy ignoring the customers who are not going to be going back to the store anymore because of the situation that they are doing. So I’m sorry but don’t have a closing time posted on your door and website for 8pm if you aren’t going to honors this time. This store lost at least 5,sales last night cause we got in our car and drove a few stores down to shoe depot and got the shoes there instead and they had the same closing time and they didn’t close at 745 and they had to stay a little bit passed the 8pm time but they were just doing their jobs!!!

Favorite shoe store, great selection. Got here at closing to do an exchange n was worried they werent gonna hold the pair I had called and asked them too. They were so nice n unlocked the the door and did my exchange still had the pair I needed. So much appreciated!!!

Reminds me of every other shoe store. Shoes... Benches... Front desk... Rewards... Yeah. Nothing drastic just a basic shoe store.

I love the shoes however customer service is unprofessional we were shopping for our 5 year old and they wouldnt allow her to use the public restroom so we decided to take our business elsewhere.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. All the associates were behind the counter with their boyfriends. Store was a mess and no help. I was not acknowledged by any associated.

Please Take bogo signs down. It takes me forever to find shoes that suit my needs and comfort. Then you have them priced wrong? Like come on. Bogos arent being honored because Nike and Converse decide thats a no go? Hmm.. Really think you guys just need to complete task asap and remove any promotions/signs that arent being honored down to reduce confusion. Trust me I know what to ask because Ive worked retail and understand how frustrating it gets. Still do! When I asked manager he didnt do anything to make it better. Like that isnt my fault. Make the guest happy and retain your investments. Long story short, they shouldve honored the price represented and be more inviting. Your security guard was the only guy who greeted me. Get it together Rack Room!

Shoes are over priced quite a bit for the most part. If you do the Bogo deal it makes the price a little better. Of course the 2 pairs of shoes I wanted werent part of the Bogo deal. 👎

HORRIBE customer service ! I wish I could put 0 stars 😤 I went in looking for a pair of shoes and the ladies only were at the counter not helping Any of the customers nor said “ welcome “ or anything ! When I tried asking for a size I got an attitude from one of the workers (Blanca) Later I went to ask for another size and Blanca still gave me attitude and didn’t speak to me and so another lady went to help me and she also was rude and was giving me attitude ( yanet) I had to look myself for the size keep in mind you had to use a lader to get the size I needed ! When I went to ask for both of their names the lady didn’t speak to me and threw the paper in which she wrote the names ! DO NOT recommend coming here when these workers are in !

We went this past Saturday on the 27th.I felt like we were being followed by a taller men.every time we go to a aisle he was around the corner looking at us.so we just left.he was talking rudely to another associate about another customer.

I couldn’t enjoy myself while trying Sandals on because I had an over grown ape of a security on my back watching as I tried every pair on. Planned on getting a pair for me and one for my BF but I don’t need to spend my money where they treat me like a criminal just because they don’t have nothing better to do.They will higher just any one for security guards now a days! I’ll take my money else where.

Fantastic customer service. The two girls I dealt with, one I believe may be a manager, were both exceptionally patient and understanding. This is the second time Ive been at this location and I will return because they have a great selection of shoes, but also because of the people. Thank you ladies!

It is impossible to buy online. The website is all the time down and very slow. I cant even finish a order without refreshing the page more than 5 times. People on the store dont even answer the phone

I enjoy shopping here for shoes. They offer boots, shoes, slippers, socks, and cleaning items. They offer discounts on certain items and on certain days also. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. The parking is good. I have shopped here since it opened.

Terrible customer service. I found a pair of shoes I liked and the tag clearly stated they were $33.99. They rang up at $52.99. When I showed the clerk the tag she just said it was wrong. I asked if they would honor the tagged price and she told me no. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager and was no help at all. I walked out and they lost a sale.

For the type of money that these shoes cost you would expect some type of customer service. When asking for a shoe in a certain size and the response is well all my shoe sizes are posted there. Not once was I asked if I needed help finding anything, and when I said something at the counter was told well they are managers in training. Had we not needed to the shoes I would have walked out

Found a couple pair of shoes - same style - different colors on a bogo sale. And the first pair was already on sale, so I saved about $45.

Best place to go to get shoes if you need to buy multiple pairs. Really good deals.

Over priced shoes not bad selection but pricey and parking here is tight so be careful.

Great deals on boots and shoes sometimes they have a sale going on buy one get one 1/2 off and you cant beat that especially when theyre on sale

I won’t be coming back to Rack Room again. The cashier was unhelpful and very clearly exhausted. She made a mistake during my transaction and I ended up having to wait a while for her to attempt to fix it. Very long line, as well.
