Probably the most honest mechanic in the 505! Its refreshing to find a mechanic who doesnt try to push a ton of work that is not needed on my vehicle. I have way more peace of mind driving my 2007 Subie after having Blue Castle check out my vehicle. Recently I went to another mechanic that had over $5,000 worth of recommended services for my car! Very polite and respectful before working on your vehicle, but during process boy does that change. Was pressured to leave vehicle because if not it might break. THEN got my vehicle back and everything seemed fine until I got home. First thing my wife noticed what happened to the car? I responded what do you mean she said look there is a dent that wasnt there before you took it. I looked I verified it was true and couldnt believe they did not even make me aware of it and let me leave with my vehicle. I heard very good reviews of the shop that is the reason I went there, but to see that they did not show NO honesty of what happened has changed my opinion of their character. I will no longer return there and who knows what it will cost to repair the damage they did to my vehicle. Beware ......

Excellent service. Highly recommend. I called last minute for a repair before heading out of town on a road trip. They called me back within an hour and said they could fit me in before close of business that day. If you’re having car trouble, then this is your go to shop. I’ve been here multiple times (to include today) and will go nowhere else. Keep in mind, I drive two hours just to get here. The owner Anthony is straight forward and won’t try to up sell you work you don’t need. He even takes the time to show you the work he did do! It’s a first come first serve basis, so try to get here early. The shop is always busy but even then he tries to squeeze you in! I would recommend him to anyone. I was able to drive back home with the A/C on full blast again.

I called in a.m. to see if I could get brakes done Anthony owner says bring it in he called with the estimate which I was scared to hear but for all 4 breaks and new front rotors $552, plus life time warranty on the break pads and 90 days for the labor!!!! Great! Also got a regulator for the car and fixed the wonky windshield wipers 😃😁😆 all in the one day my truck was done in 2 -3 hrs. Which is a miracle. Ive been on a wait list since last Thursday for sometime this coming week. OH NO not going back to that business. Thank you Anthony and crew much appreciated!!! You guys are Awesome.

I have been looking for an auto shop I could trust. This is it. The people are very friendly and the mechanics know their stuff. They were honest and upfront about everything. And they did NOT try to over charge me or fix anything that didnt need it. Great work, great value and fast service. I went in for a repair to my Subaru, but when my 1968 Buick GS (my baby) needs anything, Blue Castle Auto is where I will take it. I cant give better praise than that.

I took our car to a different shop on Louisiana and Zuni for a simple alignment. That shop then told me that I needed to replace the struts. Long story short that shop completely ruined the car and I was forced to take the car even though it was completely unsafe from the damage that was done. Took the car to Blue castle and they were able to order the parts and fix the other shops mistake. They are super compassionate and honest they take you to the back and show you exactly what’s wrong, how much it will cost and how long it will take to fix. As a woman I felt taken care of and not like I was being taking advantage of like the other shop. I would recommend Blue Castle to anyone and will continue with to go back for all my automotive needs.

Went in at 4:30 to inquire about an alignment. The owner said he was about to close and could do the alignment on my truck the next day depending on amount of orders. Owner said, “I get here 7:30 am so if you’re here at that time I can get it done in 40 minutes.” I told him I would definitely be back. The next morning I showed up at 7:30 and the owner says 3 cars showed up after me yesterday and left their keys because they didn’t t want to wake up early, therefore they were ahead. Even after we agreed I would be back the next day. He said it would be 3 hours before he could get to me. Very misleading and unprofessional.

My son was passing through Albuquerque from Cannon AFB to Gallup to pick up his new car from his Dad. His old car started shaking and when I called Blue Castle they immediately said bring it to them and theyd have a look, same day, no problems!After checking it out they sent my son driving away confidently and without charge as the problem would be handled at a later date.They treated him amazingly and for this mom, who is hundreds of miles away, with a new airman on the road...I couldnt be happier or more grateful!Would absolutely recommend this auto shop! Anthony was very professional & took great notes at what I needed looked at. He fixed my Jeeps steering which was loose & aligned the wheels as well as flushed my transmission and serviced it. Definitely recommend! After I had my oil changed and a tire patched at Jiffy Lube, my car was making a loud noise when I accelerated. The Jiffy Lube staff also recommended/pushed for me to get new brake pads as they said the thickness was very low. Im visiting from out of town, have a good mechanic at home, and was hoping not to do major repairs unless totally necessary. Blue Castle was great, The mechanic checked on the car right away, and found out that the noise was actually due to the air filter not being properly replaced (a small fix). They also inspected the brake pads and let me know that they actually had some life on them. Long story short, they saved me several hundred dollars as most of the bigger guys would have pushed the pads, rotors, and calipers. Blue Castle on the other hand was super honest, addressed the problem (noise) and let me know that the pads did have some life on them and didnt even charge me for the diagnostic.

Honest mechanics are sometimes hard to find... Go to Blue Castle and look no more !!! Honest inexpensive reliable ... First come first served... I arrived at 6:30 a.m. and was i ever glad... The reputation of this place is astronomical... Be early or come back the next day... But you better be early... Youve been advised !!!

We drove from Roswell to Albuquerque for a Doctors appointment. On the way over our A/C stopped blowing cold air. My wife and baby were getting so irritated due to the heat. After our doctors appointment we googled near by A/C mechanics and (Blue Castle) was tight down the street. When I arrived I was hesitant because they had so many customer orders to fulfill. I was already thinking they weren’t gonna have time for me. I explained to them that we weren’t from town, I had a baby in the car and my a/c went out. The owner immediately took action and worked on our a/c. I’m so grateful this world still has people who care and understand. Our a/c was repaired and we drove comfortably back to Roswell with very cold air conditioning. Thank you so much Blue castle. I hope and pray business continues to grow and stay busy.

After keeping my car for a extra 3 days and me paying them $1500, I had a number of problems that weren’t issues until they “fixed it” including all the lights in my dash board going out. Upon taking my car back to them, they claim none of the new issues are their fault and refused to fix any problems. Very unprofessional.

Took my car in this morning and had it out same day. Great pricing and very thorough inspections. They will do what is needed to get your car back on the road again and will let you know what needs repair but they don’t force it on you. Very satisfied with service and will be returning again.

Excellent service!It is difficult for me to trust mechanics, and I often do my own repairs, but I trust this shop. A few months ago I brought my high mileage truck in for an alignment after replacing the struts. I ended up having additional work done including a steering rack and a flex plate, both items often go between 200 and 300k on older Toyota’s. Both jobs were done quickly, competently, and hundreds of dollars less than Toyota specialty shops. I’m sold.

I usually work on my own cars but I couldnt figure out what was going on with my A/C it was blowing hot air and after replacing numerous parts and spending money on s**t that didnt fix it I finally broke down and took it to Blue Castle. First I would like to thank everybody that works here! Leaving town and doing stuff last min I took my car to the dealer for a trip safety inspection and was quoted OVER A THOUSAND dollars!! Went for a second opinion at Blue Castle and everything was fixed same day for under $300 and I was shown personally before the repairs not just told. Had a really great experience at Blue Castle Automotive. Brought 00 Dodge Ram Cummins 4x4 into the shop for an alignment. The owner took a look and let me know there were other issues other than just an alignment. He showed me how the ball joints on one side were bad. You could physically wiggle the tire. Showed me that one of the bearing were bad. You could feel a some play there. I replaced both bearings. Gave me a quote with very fair prices on material and labor. He gots the parts to the shop and in a couple hours hours I picked my truck back up. The Dodge runs straight as an arrow! Before It was pulling to the right pretty bad. Would definitely recommend going and having your vehicle serviced here!!

My truck went from not running at all to running in 2 days with amazing truly honest prices. They offered me a 90 parts and labor warranty and a lifetime warranty on my fuel pump. Worth every penny, finally a mechanic you can trust!

Paid 450 dollars for brake job that should have been done in 45 minutes at most, but took a little over 3 hours the machan ic would smoke,go to the restroom would get on the computer, would work on other vehicles. Then the machanic broke one of my air hoses that connects to the EGR siloniod by the way it wasnt all 4 brakes they worked on it was only 2 drum brakes. Then when it was time to pay, the owner told me that the machanic was the one who was going to charge me !!! Its like going to a restaurant and ordering your food and when youre going to pay, the owner tells you the chief is going to charge you !!! Never went back !!! They act like they care about their customers but they dont !!!

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! I am a recently divorced mother of 4 and dont know this first thing about cars so its easy to be taken advantage of (has happened many times in the past sadly!) Not only did Blue Castle totally change my mind about mechanics but I learned a few things while I was there! Felt totally welcomed and was able to ask stupid questions (w/o feeling like an idiot for asking) not only did I get answers to all my questions Anthony showed me personally how things work and explained in lamest terms why my car wasnt operating properly.
