A GMC Bulletin was issued describing the problem I was experiencing with the transmission in my 2012 Sierra, the fix for which was some adjustments outlined in the bulletin. I was told during a telecon with one of your service reps (during which I read the bulletin including the repair steps outlined) that the diagnostic fee of approximately a hundred dollars would probably cover the cost to fix. However, when I brought the truck in the following morning, I was informed that the bulletin identified a different transmission type. (I strongly suspect that there was an identical bulletin for the transmission type in my truck, but I dont think your service staff bothered to check.) The actual cost of the service was $283.The bottom line however is that I am pleased with the result. Your transmission specialist did a fine job. I will be pleased to return for any future work on my engine or transmission that may occur in the future.Ron Akin

Beware of service department because my wife took in my truck because my outside door handle on my truck was loose and asked for an estimate to repair and without doing anything, we were charged a $99 fee and a $5 shop supply fee for no work done at all!! A classic case of profits before people!! Yet another reason why people stay away from dealerships and go back to private businesses who will actually give you an estimate without charging you up front!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, PLEASE!!!! 1 WEEK UPDATE; DO NOT BELIEVE THE HYPE OF THIS PLACE, I WAS TOLD TO CONTACT THE SERVICE MANAGER AND I LEFT A VOICEMAIL MESSAGE FOR HIM TO CONTACT ME REGARDING THE $99 FEE FOR NO WORK DONE, AND HE DID NOT RETURN MY MESSAGE!!!
Pitre Buick/GMC has been our place to go for service and/or repairs for several years. The Service Staff and Advisor Mr. Sean Allen is always trying to make the experience of keeping our vehicle in top running condition and recommends those services necessary to do so. From the time of making the appointment until leaving in a timely manner, we feel comfortable in their beautiful showroom and are always offered coffee and/or refreshments while we are there. Some repair issues of higher expense and covered by our after market vehicle warranty programs caused a lot of work, extra phone calls and even going after parts to quicken the repair are always appreciated. Mr. Sean Allen is being promoted into another area of the Pitre business platform and yesterday was his last day in the Service Dept.; however, he introduced us to the gentleman who would be taking over his duties in Service in the future. He also said while we were there for future visits to come see him and if anything else was necessary he would step in to help us out. New vehicles are at a minimum right now with Covid reducing Manufacturing production, so taking good care of a used vehicle like ours is critically important in the scheme of things. Lastly, when we leave a visit, the Service people and Sean Allen always make sure our vehicle is washed and cleaned and detailed. Its like driving out with a new car every time.
Service was efficient and quick, as usual. I could pick my appointment day and time and do it online. The dealership is close to where I live, making it possible for me to walk back and forth to drop off and pick up the vehicle. They washed my Terrain also. It came back sparkling.

Brought my truck in for an oil change, they no longer have the courtesy shuttle to take me home, no one told me this until it was too late. The service dept changed my oil and rotated my tires which I did not ask for nor did they ask me if I wanted that done. No communication when it comes to changes in business or what they do on my vehicle, but I sure get a bunch of emails to bring my truck in for service??
I stopped in the dealership for a much needed oil change. Although I hadnt arranged for a scheduled appointment, Frank was able to arrange the needed maintenance. I was informed the vehicle would be tied up in the service department for a couple hours. To my surprise, I received a call from Frank 45 minutes later stating the vehicle was ready for pick up. What a pleasant surprise! My thanks to the service rider and tech for turning the vehicle so promptly.

Have been coming to Pitre Buick GMC for a number of years now. Always excited to see all the new designs and tech upgrades from year to year. Everyone was nice and friendly, however it took it in for oil change and 25000 inspection, this included my tires being balanced and rotated, however they did not put the recommended amount of air require according to my app I spent over $300 I would expect that they would have checked the air in each tire since it was a 25000 mile inspection. Very disappointing for the amount of money I spent, and they didnt do something as simple as checking air in the tires.

Went to purchase a vehicle from the dealership. As I was there I notice a lot of the staff not wearing any of their face mask. Am assuming they were more concerned about protecting their necks, than the customers. The sales staff and staff arent practicing what they post on the front doors of the office building. The sales person was amazing, he had his mask on! Also, we did purchase a vehicle. I gave them a 2 star for lack of safety for the customers safety. Go on a warm day so you dont have to be stuck in the building with the staff that dont wear their mask.

This place was absolutely wonderful. I have been looking everywhere to trade in my vehicle all the offers I got were very low. Petrie was quick to take care of me and I had my whole process done in one day they work with me on the down payment do you even offer to payment plan for my new vehicle that is absolutely wonderful in about $300 a month cheaper than what I was expecting. I will definitely be a return customer to pitre Buick GMC for my next vehicle in about a year or so. I will refer this company anytime I talked to anybody who is car hunting. 10 out of 10 for sure.

I have no problem with oil changes.I wrote to the dealership about 5 times of why my 2 years and 3 months old battery died. Nobody reponds. I came to you the price of battery was $149 and Costco was $109. I asked if your dealership would match Costco. The answer was NO so I bought the battery from Costco. Same thing was replacing a tire after Labor Day. Your charge $139 - OK Tires was $119. Two weeks later I got a flier that you would match tires from other company.I am not please that a brand new cars battery ONLY last 2 years and 3 months.

We were at Pitre on Friday they always treat us good. We also went to Galles and will never return. They have sticker prices that arent actual they have another sticker on the vehicles. They are taking advantage of the consumer because of low inventory at the car lots.

I went in as a single, minority female, with a dumpy old car to trade in and was treated as a PERSON, not according to my gender or national origin. I was blown away by how personable, honest and fair gentlemen were.I searched every Chevy and GMC dealership from Durango, CO to Albuquerque, NM and found nothing but sharks, the run around, crazy deal mark ups and unprofessional employees UNTIL I started working with Ben at Pitre.Pitre GMC employees are all easy to work with, answered every one of my million questions, treated me like a person and were completely transparent. I couldnt have gotten a better deal or more fair treatment anywhere else, and believe me, I tried! Dealer profit items are always thrown in no matter where you go and there is no way around that these days. Watch your costs and sticker carefully because new ones will sneak up on you and be thrown in. Just ask and Pitre will be honest about them.My deal was finalized online, Ben and Tavio went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Was planning for an upcoming oil and rotation, when we noticed a few drops of oil in the driveway. Pitre found an appt for the next day, Februarys Polar Vortex was in full swing, so it took a couple of days to get parts, but they still finished ahead of schedule. Truck was ready when I arrived, and paperwork was a breeze. Truck had been washed and no problems.
Purchased my car years ago from this place I was told I get lifetime carwashes but even that is not enough to keep me coming back. Once you buy your vehicle they couldnt care less about you the customer even for a basic carwash. I showed up to get my car wash and not a single acknowledgement when I walked in, it was like I was inconveniencing them. Finally I got asked if I I have been helped I said no to the older gentleman, the only other conversation I got was from another employee who mentioned my bumper might fall off if I take it through the carwash, which seemed more of an childish insult more then anything he also had nothing else to say. My car is not dramatically damaged and Ive taken my car as many times in the past through car washes (that includes them). To make matters worse none of the people their were wearing any masks that includes the person who got in my car and drove it, and on top of that another employee was near garage doors open smoking a cigarette and spitting right in front of me. How is that for health, safety and customer service? This place has turned into a dump, snake oil salesman, and from the looks of it the employees are highly dissatisfied with their job nor do they care about health & safety!

My brand new GMC Yukon Denali XL got a minor rock chip on the driverβs side window of all places. Within days the chip had spidered. The Service Department worked with the Parts Department to have the replacement glass expedited from Michigan. Yesterday morning I rolled into the service bay at 7:15 and picked up my Denali at 1 PM. Service was FAST and everyone involved very courteous and friendly. Couldnβt be more pleased.

The one year service, oil, fluids, etc. was fine. Im really disappointed in the job they did on the wash job. Left water spots on mirrors, grill, windows and everywhere. Had to take a razor blade to get hard water spots off mirrors. Not good!

Took 2015gmc slt Acadia just like brand new with 59000miles for appraisal one owner mama car not even dirt on carpets, they gave me a 14000.price on my 25000.unit that I drove out of the showroom new. Took it to university Volkswagen and bought a new atlas, then they cashed me out of trade with out even looking at the car and picked it up and took it to the dealership and handed me a check for 18500. True car people. I was a 44year car dealer and I never treated my customers with such disaster. When I told them I was willing to do 18500.they just laughed at me and wife and wished me good luck !there loss, I love my new atlas SUV and they will never sell me another car. Its obvious that youre guys didnt want to tell you how it actually went down but I did give your people a chance to buy it for 18500 .and I did buy an atlas at vw what I had was not only a GMC brand new but I also wanted to trade a 16 passat and the GMC. Like I said was also one owner with 60.000 miles to go with it . Like I said no one was trying to make a deal. If you want contact jeff at vw and youll see what I bought. I didnt go there to have a good time I was trying to get a major deal done, turned into a $80.000 deal for me and vw.

I have the GMC reward program but I was having trouble logging in and paid for service. Had the employee checked about the rewards program, he could have accessed it for me and I would have been able to use my rewards to save $75 on service. I paid $291 for an oil change and fuel injectors! Then was told I couldnt be credited and can use the rewards on future service. Being in a pandemic doesnt help, would have really appreciated better service for what I paid!

Terrible service all around. Made an appointment and I was told when I got there as scheduled it would be an hour before getting me in. They had my number incorrect which had me waiting even longer. Once my service was complete, I did not get a survey, update or review of my vehicle as Iβve always gotten with a GMC service center. It was a pay here and move along because Iβm too busy type of service. How am I to know what was done, what is soon to need service and what needs additional maintenance ASAP? Well next day my vehicle died on me, could of had that issue fixed while I was there if I would have known. Also needed new brakes, but that wasnβt mentioned either. Go somewhere else where they actually care!!
I went In for an OIl change and I came out paying 171.00 for an element I didnβt even ask for and 60.00 of labor when it was just supposed to be 59.99. It was nuts I will not be going back and not buying another car from them. I hope it was worth the extra money the guy charged me!!!!!
From bad to worse....Customer service was beyond poor.Especially the service DeptWhen a customer takes their car in and complete. They need to take the time and explain what was done, not hand the invoice and say your cars done and send you on your way....Whether your employee is having a bad day, doesnt mean to take their frustrations on a customer..... by treating them with poor service.Will not recommend your dealership to anyone. Deen through other dealerships, by far this has been the worse.
I initially purchased my 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan from Pirtre Buick which was a smooth process and the sales guy hyped up their service department. So I brought my vehicle back to get a transmission fluid change and mind you I scheduled it a week in advance to top it off, I drove 4 hours to have it serviced. I arrive, drop off my vehicle (Noah=Service Advisor), than get a call by Noah that my vehicle cannot get a transmission fluid change because they dont have the Mopar parts. He than tried to convince me to get my coolant change instead..to the point. Noah apologized because he is new and understood why I was upset. He does not understood since he did not drove 4 hours to not get a transmission fluid change. He had more than enough time and conversations over the phone to do his research and order the needed parts. A dealership should not be selling vehicles that they cannot promise to service! I will not be returning to Pitre Buick for services.

I had issues with the car I originally bought from them, they allowed me to return it for the full original sale price (even though they would not be able to sell it again on their lot), and gave me a great deal on another car from them. First ever visit. During covid times. Everything was clean. Second visit could not have gone worse for a simple oil chage and tire rotation. Three hours!!! Never again.
Recently, I took my vehicle in for a simple Oil Change. Upon picking my vehicle up after this service I drove it home and notice an Oil Leakage. I immediately phoned the dealership and expressed my frustration and hesitation to continue driving my vehicle. Mr. Andrew Kuehn arranged for a Towing Company to come and pick up vehicle the same day. On Monday, I visited to dealership and met with both Mr. Andrew Kuehn and the General Manager (Mr. Wayne Sinkins) expressing my frustration and what I felt was unacceptable customer service allowing my emotion to get the best of me. However, in the end it was Pitre Buick GMC leadership which expressed and exhibited total professional service. I came to realize during this incident the Core Values of the dealership and pride the dealership values. I was offered a rental/loaner vehicle during the period my vehicle was being repaired. Mr. Frank Orozco consistantly informed me of my vehicle repair status. The dealership performed repair work at no cost to me accept my oil change. In the end, I was told that my vehicle oil filter adapter was what caused the oil leakage.
Ben Gonzales worked with me and kept me updated about the status of the trucks in transit, even going as far as to call me after hours in the evening to let me know when they had arrived, so that we could schedule an appointment to be the first to test drive it. Ben worked to hit all of the numbers I asked of him on the trade-in. The entire process was extremely smooth and enjoyable, and one of the best experiences I have had purchasing a vehicle.
This was simply an oil change for my GMC Terrain. I tried to use a coupon but it was expired. I hope Pitre sends me more coupons. The turn around was fast-within one hour.

My warranted transmission started slipping with only 24k miles. On 01/20/21 Pitre said they could get it in on Monday 01/25/21. Spoke with Andrew the service manager. He took down the vin number. As this is my work vehicle I spent hours transferring tools and equipment to my personal pickup. When I arrived. They said that this truck is to big. βAre you kidding me??β Then why wouldnβt you know this off the vin number. They acted as if they didnβt give two cents about this. I honestly believe that they just didnβt want to do it. This vehicle doesnβt stand any taller than my personal pick up truck.Very disappointed at their lack of professionalism!Awful experience and cost me money due to the incompetence.Donβt say you can do something, have the information, and then back out at time of appointment! Shady!!!
So, I come from a family who believes GMC products are of high quality and an investment when making a purchase. Also, Im in the market for a vehicle and have had several discussions with salesman Mike. Unfortunately, Mike has made comments that my significant other and myself are table dancing and shaking our stuff at TDs for money. As a professional in the humanitarian field, this type of negative and pervasive humor is extremely disrespectful and has alluded to youre not worth the risk as I am doing my research to purchase a vehicle of quality. I am in absolute disbelief this type of behavior is condoned within the Pitre dealership with Mike on the clock with his pervasive personality, pushy traits, inconsistency when making contact with appropriateness and professionalism. Overall, this experience was HORRIBLE and Mike is a terrible representation of Pitre.

Such an Easy and excellent car buying experience! Jud was a no BS kind of guy. I told him what I wanted and he didnβt try and get me into something more expensive. I told him my limit and he suggested exactly what I needed. Even thought I was only buying a simple model work truck they still treated me like I was buying a 200k vehicle. Highly recommend this dealership and buying from Jud. I will definitely be back to buy more vehicles from these guys.
They were supposed to change the oil, rotate the tires and top off the DEF fuel. They did not rotate the tires or top off the DEF fuel. They did reset the oil Guage so I am hoping they changed the oil. They were also supposed to complete a recall. I hope they did that. I called and talked to my service guy and they were going to have a Manger call me. Still waiting on that call. Considering I am a loyal gmc owner I would hope for better. This is the 3rd gmc 3500 I have owned. I dont know that I will ever go back to that gmc unless it is for a recall I have to get done.
