Professional, courteous and on time. Also got great advice from my shuttle driver on places to visit in New Mexico. Went back the day after my service because a dash light came on and they took care of it on the spot.

Helped my dad purchase a vehicle here. The quality of the vehicles were awesome. Prices were competitive. Service was sketchy. Only person who was super nice was the sales manager. Our salesman was ok. Finance manager turned a complete 180 on us when we declined the add ons. Her attitude came out immediately after. She literally was on the phone telling the person she was talking to she wanted to leave but we were keeping her there. I dont think any customer should be treated that way just because they declined add ons. I feel she needs coaching on how to treat every customer. I wouldnt recommend this dealership to anyone due to the fact she showed us her true side.

The service technician told me my wait would be around 2 hours based on the services needed. His timing was pretty much correct. Car was serviced and returned as promised by Diego.Once upon a time the dealer had coffee and snacks available for customers waiting for their car to be serviced. Not today. Nothing but 3 small bottles of water and a few decaf pods.Thank goodness I wore my coat and hat because the waiting room was so cold that my nose was cold. I should have brought a face warmer.Once upon a time the dealer washed the car when it came in for service. That didnt happen either.Oh how I long for the Once Upon a Time that this dealership used to be.

Dealership is great. Felt they worked the best deal they could on our cars, and while everyone dislikes having get a vehicle repaired or serviced, service tries to make it as painless as possible.

Very nice dealership with nice cars for sale. Was given the typical treatment by the sales staff. It literally took all damn day to buy my car while my lady and newborn sat around hungry and tired.

Excellent service from the guys here in the Cadillac service department. They got my car in without an appointment and diagnosed the problem. They kept me updated on the status of ordered parts and completion status.

We will never do business with Garcia Cars. What a bunch of slimey salesmen. They make promises they dont keep. Theyll tell you what you want to hear. If you dont buy a car from them--they want nothing to do with you. Whats in it for them? Thats their motto. If I could give this shady place 0 stars--I would have.

Lenny and Joe from online sales were awesome!! But the rest of the Garcia Subaru North are not helpful and very rude. Dont return calls. Didnt go over our car and we bought top of the line. I bought the car - yet everything from Subaru comes to my husband in his name my name shows up nowhere! This is my 3rd Subaru - bought 2 from Gallas awesome experience - never buy another vehicle from Garcia.

Have been taking my car to this place for nearly a year now. Not anymore. I had read some less than favorable reviews and did not heed the warnings. Their internet and phones go down A LOT, and therefore you might drop your car off and not hear from them for days. They have some real turnover in their service department, particularly service advisors. Some of the service advisors are not honest, they dont want to disappoint and tell you your car is not ready. Most recently, as in this week, I brought my car in for a check engine light. After holding onto it for over 48 hours, they claimed they could not find anything wrong that was causing the code that came up. They cleared it and sent me on my way. 2 miles and 3 minutes later, check engine light was already back on. Pretty sure they just dont want to honor 100K powertrain. We will see what BBB decides after they get involved. Now, as for management, not the greatest either. They have a brand new Service manager, would love to know what happened there. And Aubry did little to nothing, she said she wanted to meet with me upon receipt of my car, but she never did make it over to the service department. So there you have it. Sloppy, incompetent, disinterested, and lazy; I do believe that sums it up. Decide for yourself, but buyer beware.
