I would like to say that I am truly heartbroken with the way this dealership has handled the servicing on my Car. I write this review with tears in my eyes.I came here to fix a few recall issues (which they fixed) but left with a missing OBD sensor cover, and a long SCRACTH ON THE HOOD (Which I only noticed once I got home).What makes matters really worse is that after voicing my opinion/Concern the Service advisor (Jake Mueller) has the audacity to call and tell me that in future they will not touch my Car nor want my Business in anyway, shape, or form. Is this professional behavior ?.So they replaced the FRM module but thats because the tech (Corey) himself messed it up (It was working just fine when I handed them the keys) The recall issues had to be fixed per BMW guidelines so these acts of so called GOODWILL (on their behalf) do not count.Bottom line is I advise anyone bringing their beloved Vehicle here to take pics of everything inside and out (before handing them the keys) because they will deny anything negative (their so called Master techs) will do to your Car !I will be contacting the BBB to intervene on my behalf.I WANT MY MISSING OBD sensor cover and the one fresh Scratch on my Hood taken care of ASAP.MICHELLE.

I was searching for a sporty, luxury SUV and I had appointments at multiple dealerships on a hot Saturday. Earlier in the week, I sent an inquiry through their website and Rick reached out to me to let me know they didn’t have the vehicle I was looking for. The very next day Kurt (Rick’s partner) reached out and said they got a used one in, but I wanted a new one, so that didn’t work out. Then on Saturday I received a call from Kurt saying they had just received two and remembering that I was going to be in town that Saturday, he asked if I wanted to stop by. I was at another dealership at the time doing a test drive and said I would be over in 30 minutes. I got there and Rick had both vehicles idling with the AC going, it was 100 degrees outside! Sandia prefers out of state buyers and does not want to work with local buyers. Big money talks. Reasonable offers are not good enough as they want to squeeze every dollar they can even after having previous dealer loyalty/vehicle purchases with them.Please take your business to AZ or surrounding areas. I as well as various family/friends own BMWs and I will advise they go elsewhere for service.

Just purchased the car of my dreams from Sandia BMW and was instantly amazed with the customer service from Kurt Johnson, who made the experience so much fun. He went above and beyond and is very knowledgeable about the BMW brand. Let me start by saying if I could give 10 stars I would. I am what people would describe as OCD and a car guy. When I purchase a vehicle it has to be in perfect shape inside and out. In this case I was looking for a barely used 2018 or newer Ranger Rover that had to look brand new and at the right price point. After doing exhaustive research online I came across Sandia BMW and Rick my sales representative. I live in Scottsdale and Sandia BMW is in Albuquerque NM. I had to rely on Rick’s honesty and pictures when it came to the condition of the Rover. It is a 6 hour drive minimum from Scottsdale to Albuquerque, there is no way I would have driven that far if my gut didn’t tell me that Rick was a guy I could trust and working on my behalf to get the best deal done. Needless to say not only did Rick present the best numbers for my trade but was flexible on negotiating the price on the Rover. I did drive 6+ plus hours not only to get our new Rover but also meet Rick. In the last 30 years this was the best car buying experience I have had. Rick went out of his way to have the car ready, cleaned up and had a brand new battery put in the Rover at the last minute. Thank you Rick!

I drove from Santa Fe to Sandia BMW on late Friday afternoon with 3 family members to look at a used truck. After a test drive and a chat with the used vehicle purchaser type of person, Billy, I decided to buy my first proper vehicle. I was very nervous that these used car sales people would viciously rip me off. My fears were assuaged when my family kept confirming that I was actually getting an amazing deal from Sandia BMW.I ended up purchasing a generous warranty with a $100 deductible that will probably pay for itself in the first trip to a mechanic. I turned down everything else and no one shamed or pressured me. Hopefully I wont need another new-to-me used vehicle for a very long time, but if I do, I would first check out Sandia BMWs stuff or Santa Fe Lexus. My trusty mechanic recommended both of them to me, and so far, I only have good things to say!

I have nothing but praise for Sandia BMW. This is the first time I considered a more luxurious car in the 60+ years I have been driving. It is also the first time I decided to lease rather than purchase a vehicle. From the time I walked into the dealership which was sparkling clean, Covid safe and met Tony Harris, the salesperson, I knew I was in good hands. There was no sales pressure; nothing but how can we best meet your needs and insure you get exactly what you want. Tony was friendly, forthright, and provided every opportunity for me to get the best deal possible. I wont bore you with the details of all that was done on my behalf, except to say I now enjoy a 2021, 430i Convertible with all the updated safety devices a mature driver requires. There were others at the dealership who made me feel welcome and ensured all was as we agreed. Certainly Joseph, the Service manager told me to call him directly for service; Cameron, the BMW technical expert walked me through the essentials of the car and even came to my home to pair the garage door opener with my unit; and the finance person who insured all the contracts were legally executed and in good order. Finally, BMW provides its customers with online access to their account, vehicle specs, maintenance records, financial record is an easy format. I will be driving BMW vehicles and hopefully have the services of these fine people and excellent dealership until I am unable to push the start button on the car.

It has been my dream to own a BMW since I was a little girl and rode in my dad’s 740iL growing up. My husband and I found a CPO 2019 5 series and the staff was amazing at working with us and giving us a fair price for our trade as well as stayed within KBB parameter for the price of our 530i. After owning 5 BMWs, NO MORE, they depreciate immediately, service is so expensive its unbelievable. I took my car in for inspection even though it had zero issues. ZERO issues, it came back with a $3800 list of issues. Gave it away for pennies a day after. One star is too many...NEVER AGAIN

I recently purchased another 3 series from Rudy. The experience brought me back to Sandia BMW for the second time around. Although I do have a choice in dealerships and service departments, I choose Sandia BMW of Albuquerque. My service advisor Jake Mueller is an excellent person to work with. The service department has excellent technicians who get it done right the first time around. Overall my experience has been excellent within the past 8 years.

I live in another state and never purchased a vehicle just using my cellular phone and laptop. I had the pleasure working with Client Advisor, Roxy. She was so easy to work with and there was never any pressure put on me. It made this new experience of purchasing a vehicle so wonderful! I had a lot of questions and even requested Roxy take some additional pictures of the vehicle. She answered all my questions in a timely manner and did not hesitate to take photos for me. We then focused our attention on the buy back and Rick answered all of our questions and scheduled our appointment for the vehicle inspection and financing, which only took about 90 minutes from start to finish. Rick, the service advisor, and the financing manager were all professional, attentive and quick, which we very much appreciated. Great experience. This was my first time purchasing a car out of town and I was skeptical going into it. Its refreshing that Sandia BMW was honest and communicative throughout the process. Kristy was able to confirm all of the features before agreeing to the price, and Im happy to say that the condition of the car was spectacular upon arrival for being a 6-year-old car. Their team clearly put in a lot of work detailing every inch before my arrival.This was my first BMW. The fact that they had a BMW Genius, Tiarre, to walk me through all of the interface intricacies before I drove off made the experience that much easier. I definitely would have been scrambling around to figure out how everything worked without her help. Sure enough, she followed up with me 2 days after the purchase to answer additional questions (of which I had several).In summary, this far exceeded my expectations around purchasing my first BMW, out of town, from people I had never spoken with previously. If I could rate this company less I would. My husbands car was being repaired by BMW, while under going this one repair we were quoted we decided to go down and look for my husbands dream car. We get to the dealership the person we had an appointment first passed us off to another one of his partners, we dismissed that, has we are being helped by this partner of his we find out very fast that we are being profiled based upon our race and clothes. First let me tell you we are a happy PROUD racially mixed family my Caucasian mom and grandparents brought us up to not see color but to understand ignorance and no matter your race theres ignorance everywhere. This sales representative first went on to say oh no you wont be able to afford this car your payment will be like $1000 a month and that is with maybe a 700 credit score. Thank you for showing me the company in which I thought we were investing another BMW from. First off you do not know our means of income, this representative never asked for any of our information to see what we would qualify for instead he made the assumption that we could not afford this car that was being custome built mind you straight from the website. I hope this travels all the way to your CEO because racial profiling of any kind is unacceptable. You know have this negative comment maybe it wont do anything but I know my voice is impacted.Not to mention once we show our dissatisfaction our vehicle repair doubled that same day. My car was working prior to your service and then you call to tell us our car will not start without this additional charge. We will be seeking a lawyer.This company is a joke.......

Sandia exemplifies the BMW difference. My BMW was totalled leaving me in need of a car, and giving me the opportunity to shop at my favorite service center Sandia. From the moment I arrived I felt like I was the most important person in the showroom. Kristy was incredibly friendly and made me feel instantly at ease. This ease continued throughout the process. I felt like my needs where more important than any considerations, and Kristy ensured that I was getting what I wanted out of the deal. Once we settled on a deal, Tiaree gave us a full tour of the vehicle features, including setting up my phone and creating driver profiles for both my wife and I. When we got into the car to drive away it was fully personalized and synced to our devices. The financial expert, Rukia walked me through the financial contracts and made sure I had everything I needed to enjoy my BMW for years to come while making the process pain and stress-free. She also has a great sense of humor!!While there, my regular service advisor Jacob even came to say hello and check out the car that he will be helping take care of soon enough.
