This place was great. I was traveling, got to the point where my phones USB-C port just wouldnt charge... It was diagnosed and fixed within 15 minutes, and the whole thing cost me $43. Works like a charm. Fast, polite, expert, highest recommendation.

Dont Trust other reviews from people that have only given reviews to this place! They are fake! I have photos & Receipt to back up my purchase, do they?? I got ripped off, not to mention, wow - boy did I make sooooooo many trips here because they just randomly close whenever they feel like it. So, if you drop off your phone for repair -- good luck getting it back!!!It took me over three weeks to get my phone back and it was never repaired, I was scammed out of $70+ and made over 7 trips to the store, the owner and his employees just close the store whenever, so you are outside waiting for the store to open. And dont dare get any service around a holiday (see pictures below because they will close for days and NOT communicate in advance to the customers and still leave their OPEN sign up).Im so disappointed as I love to help small businesses but dont trust this one because you will get ripped off. Go to CPR (Cell Phone Repair) they are much more reputable.

Cracked my screen yesterday and went in today to get it fixed. I was in and out of there within 15 minutes. They even put a tempered glass screen protector on it with a lifetime warranty. Great, friendly service. Will definitely be back in the future.

The service here is amazing! I broke my back camera lens and I called this place up because it was right near work and they got me in the same day and replaced it on my lunch break. I was there about 30-45 minutes. It was also the best price that I found. The customer services was amazing and I would recommend my family and friends to get anything fixed here.

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. He will repair your phone and take parts out of your phone that are fine and replace them with bad parts in order for you to come back and get more repairs. A true scam artist don’t trust this guy!

I crack the glass on my iPhone 6 about every 6months and this place takes care of me every time. Today I left my phone on the roof of my car and as I was driving along I heard a bump & immediately I knew my phone was in the middle of the road. I circled back but by that time NUMEROUS vehicles ran over it. The screen was SMASHED and I was certain I was headed to spend a thousand bucks on a new phone. After calling to get my S9 repaired, I was asked to come to come in and sign for the parts to be ordered and was told they close at 6.I drove across town and paid the meter only to find the store completely closed (lights off, door locked) 20min early.A great shop that has helped me before (and is cheaper) is CPR off Wyoming / Paseo and I think Ill stick to them

Went over with my IPad Pro 12.9 which had a cracked screen, paid half when he made the order for the new screen and the other half when it was fixed.Waited about a week for the part and once it got in the service was quick and clean.Highly recommended, most other shops charge double what he does.

Easily one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. I took my hp envy in to look at some power supply issues. I had to call them 2 days later to see the status of my computer to which they were still looking for a battery replacement they couldn’t find any online. They never fixed anything and when I came to pickup my computer I was charged with a 40 dollar “diagnostic” fee for them to tell me the issues that I already knew my computer had. They were clearly not knowledgeable about the product but took it in anyway so they could charge a fee.

The owner Daniel was very helpful and informative when repairing my phone. He did quick work and undid the mistakes that had been made by the last person that fixed my phone.

Diagnosis isn’t guaranteed! If you pay for a diagnostic be ware of this! It’s a hefty fee, and a refund wasn’t offered even though he knew my problem wasn’t fixed.

I took my S7 edge in and was charged over $300 dollars to replace the screen. A day after I noticed colored lines on this device. I mentioned this to the owner, who began playing a game of a hundred questions in which accused me of dropping or overheating the device. Dude no, I did none of that. He knows he damaged the LED on the screen and refused to pay for his mistake, instead tried to get me to PAY for ANOTHER one!!!! Not cool. Very upset. Other then that the guy was friendly and cool. He just refused to accept his mistake. So I will never use a local repair shop again!!

These people mean well but they dont know what theyre doing. I had a Samsung Galaxy S7 battery replaced and the first one they gave me only charged to ~60%, while the second one would cause the phone to randomly crash. I ended up having them put my stock battery back, and then the earpiece stopped working. Luckily the phone was still under warranty so I was able to get a new one from Verizon.

Was in-town for a vacation and dropped my phone in downtown Albuquerque. They replaced my cracked screen very quickly. Great experience.

My 8yr old son could have done a better job. I had an ipad screen replaced, he did it fast but the was dust and fingerprints under the glass. I went there thinking it would be professional but should have bought the digitizer online and done it myself since i took it home and fixed his sloppy job myself. Then i agree with another review about the guy that works there, he was like a used car salesman and conned me into buying a screen protector which started at $40, i said no he went to $30, i said no he went to $20, i gave in and then he installed it with more dust under it i went home and could have bought one for $5- $10.
