I placed a insurance claim with this location. My husband and I dropped his phone off, his screen only had picture on half the phone. When dropping his phone off we were told it would take 2 hours to fix it. When picking up the phone I was given the phone with explanation we fixed the screen its good to go. While unfortunately that is not what happened! When arriving to our house my husband said the whole back of the phone is shattered. I called the store and told them about our phone they said it is under warranty for a year and they would fix it. My husband took the phone in and was told that they knew that they broke it and did NOT have the part to fix it but ordered it. HMMM why was this not explained to me when I picked up the phone!!! Decided lets just make an appointment to fix it. I call the store again and was told I needed an appointment because only 1 back glass for the phone was in stock. Went for my scheduled appointment to be told the shipment is still not in. I had it at this point I called and asked for a manager and got the worst customer service I have ever received no apology for breaking my husbands phone no apology for not telling us and a pathetic you can make another appointment and bring it in at this point I dont want you to touch our phone. I hung up I just couldnt with this guy anymore! I called the Holly Location and spoke with Hayden who provided me with an appointment and assured me they can fix this problem. I definitely will never use this company again.

We dropped off a laptop on Saturday at noon and were told a 24-48 hour time frame for a diagnosis. All we wanted was a price. 3 days later we called, no answer after 4 attempts. Voicemail box was full.I called corporate. Corporate could not get an answer either. I called on day 4. Apparently, the diagnostic person was out on leave since Friday and wouldnt be back until this Friday. Why didnt they tell me this at drop off?!?!We dont need a diagnosis for a cracked screen, just a price and order the parts.This wasnt their business process... it is also a great way to loose customers. 👋

I brought my kid’s iPad for a screen repair about a month ago. They said it would take 3 days. They didn’t call, said they had the wrong number written down. I went in after three days to pick it up, it hadn’t been fixed. The tech told me that they tried three different screens and the touchscreen just wouldn’t work. I took it to another place, CPR, who told me no one could have taken that screen off without cracking it more. The screen was already VERY badly cracked. And it still had the manufacturer sealant on it. They didn’t even try to fix it, just fed me a line of BS about it. Anyway, CPR fixed it the same day, and for less than what they quoted me. Won’t be taking my phones or other devices to this store anymore.

These gentlemen are absolutely wonderful! Not only are they extremely knowledgeable about what they do; they also fulfill their commitments to their customers. I was impressed by their ability to repair a problem with my phone that none of the so-called experts online could fix despite claiming that they could. Each of those attempts resulted in failures yet both times I was charged the full price for a repair. I took my phone here because the reviews were so impressive. However, I still had doubts. When I received a text informing me that my phones problems had been completely resolved after only 15 minutes I honestly couldnt believe it! Not only was my 2 month old Samsung phone working like new again, but when I asked about the repair fee; I was told no charge. I was sure that this was a mistake. But the gentlemen at the front reassured me that I wasnt. Im sure that these people dont make a habit of doing repairs for free, so please dont quote me. Whatever had been causing my problems must have been something most people with basic knowledge of technology would have figured out. Unfortunately, I was too stressed from having Microsoft lock my phone to be able to think straight. I really appreciated the help Id received from these fantastic people.

Brought in my PS3 for repair (disc drive failed) it took a few months because of the pandemic and stuff being delayed due to issues beyond their control. They did a great job and had it repaired quickly once it was received. Demetrius did a great job. Would not hesitate to bring other electronics to fix.

Scheduled a screen repair for an iPhone XR. When we tried to drop it off, we were informed that they did not have the screen available. Then they called us back a week later and installed a new screen. It was not compatible and they had to put the old screen back on. We were then told that they would take $20 off of the repair because of the multiple trips. Went back for the third time with a compatible screen and they did not honor the $20 discount. The manager then informed us that the technician we talked to 1 week prior had been fired 3 weeks prior to our final visit. This was inaccurate because we had just talked to him 1 week prior to our final visit. If your looking for a good repair, they do good work, they just don’t honor their word

This location (unlike the other location in Albuquerque) has a pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating staff. On a walk-in, they took in my high-end phone, replaced the screen with a part that was in their impressive in-store stock and returned it to me in under two hours. It is prefect. You cant ask for more than what this team delivers.

Do not go to the location on Holly the staff there are rude and unprofessional. However, the staff at the Hwy 528 location are absolutely amazing. Demetri was polite, professional and pleasant, he helped me navigate what needed to happen with my phone insurance company in order to get my screen replaced. They were able to complete the work the same day so I wouldnt miss my on-call shift even though I couldnt get my phone to them before 4pm. I cant comment on their prices as I went through my phones insurance to get my screen replaced but I will say they did go above and beyond fixing not only my cracked screen but also my charging port while they were at it. I definitely recommend this place for phone screen repair.

I got turned away because i dropped my phone 3 months ago and it has a tiny blemish in the corner with no cracked screen. He told me that i had to buy a new phone and he had already put in the system that the phone was no longer under warranty. He didnt offer another option to repair or anything. If you have an option to go somewhere else, do so.Update: I sent the phone directly to samsung and they fixed it under warranty with no charge to me. I dont know if the person who helped me here didnt know what they were talking about or was trying to squeeze extra money or sales from me.

After shopping around for a decent price for breaking my Google Pixel 3a, I happened across these beyond nice people. Paul in particular is the wonderful man who helped me. He even went so far as to reserve the screen for me ahead of time, because by the time I called looking for a quote it was about 20 minutes till closing time. I dropped my phone off, and like an hour and a half later it was ready. Paul is beyond kind - honestly I was pretty blown away with how amazing the service was. I havent met anyone as nice as Paul. I will recommend to anybody that I know who would need help with a broken screen!

Fixed my screen on my Samsung phone. They had one in stock, and were able to fix it same day. Dimitri was very nice, and courteous.

Unprofessional. I brought an iPhone 6s in for a screen replacement. When it came back with the camera not working I returned to the shop asking for them to look at it under warranty. They refused. Opening it myself, I found that the camera had been shorted (an easy fix). A simple willingness to look a the device would have resolved the problem.

We had the best experience with Paul in fixing my wife’s cracked screen. It looked pretty shattered and he was so helpful and pleasant. Especially during the chaotic times we’re dealing with he made sure to help us out thoroughly and efficiently. I’d highly recommend this place on customer service and satisfaction.

So my game console broke after like 3 years of use and I was bummed. I looked everywhere for the xbox 1x. They are sold out everywhere due to COVID and the new consoles being released. Horrible service. Untimely, bad communication, and in the end they sent me home with a broken computer telling me to not waste my time with them and to take it to apple. He is sourcing his contractors horribly considering they couldnt send it somewhere else to get it repaired after they failed to repair it the first time. The right thing to do would have been to apologise, and then give me a repaired computer at a discount. Instead, I was sent home with a broken computer and a month of wasted time.

Extremely professional and helpful customer service while offering the best price out of three other stores I consulted prior.I dropped my phone off and went to get a quick bite to eat, 45 minutes later my phone was back in my hands looking like it came fresh out of the package. Works great and you cant tell it was ever broken. This is the place if you have a broken device in need of a fix.

10/10 would recommend. I dont have one bad thing to say at all. The first time I went there, the gentleman helping me was spectacular. The second time I went, another gentleman helped me and was still just as wonderful. Hopefully I will not break anything more, but if I do, I will go back to them. My daughter broke the screen on her phone, we called Verizon and they said with our insurance on the phone to contact this place. We called and they said that we had to wait until Verizon sent the order number to them despite the fact that Verizon already sent us an email with the approval that it was covered. They argued about the time to repair it would be several hours if not days. Are you kidding me?

Excellent customer service and results! Ask for Chandler. I was in a pinch to get my iPhone 6 repaired quickly and at a good price, which is hard to find in Albuquerque. Trust me I called around. Plus its in a great shopping area, so it was easy to kill a little bit of time while the repair was being done. I really appreciated the follow up after the repair was done to make sure everything was working properly.

Paul was excellent. It was not cheap to replace my cracked screen, but I think their prices are competitive/equivalent with every other warrantied repair option out there. You have to pay for training and quality. Would use again.

Brought ipad mini for repair. uBreakiFix replaced the hardware - screen. The new screen didnt work for more than 6 months: top of the screen is unresponsive. Not sure if they use quality parts, thus, this might be the reason for only 90 day warranty. Update : I did receive a call from franchise headquarters recently, the customer service representative sounded very understanding and knew what happened. She also explained that they use manufacturer authorized parts for repairs - it seems odd that those parts only have 90 day warranty. She said that she would get in touch with me after talking to the branch. Will update. UPDATE: Representative from franchise main office contacted me by phone. She was willing to help and claimed that they use authorized parts for repairs, suggested to get a membership for more warranty time, but the local shop said that it would only offer $20 towards future visit. No way Im going back there. Cheaper to purchase refurbished device that to fix the problem @ uBreakiFix.

You get what you pay for. This service was a little more expensive than some of the local competitors, but absolutely worth it. GREAT SERVICE, with a super fast turnaround as I was in a rush to get to the airport. Worry-free customer experience from the first moment. Chandler and Mindy really put a personal touch into their work. Hopefully wont need another repair, but I know where to come if I do!

My new Go-To for phone Repairs. Went in expecting to pay $120 for an iPhone lightning charging port replacement. I had cleaned it out and was convinced it was defective. But Jason took it back and cleaned it with the proper instruments and Im back in business! Super honest and knowledgeable.

I had to have a screen replaced on my lg v20, I have since learned this is neither cheap nor easy. At first I was just going to go with insurance but after talking to the staff I chose to get my screen replaced with them. I am very glad I did as my phone was still on back order a week after calling to inquire about a replacement with insurance. The whole experience made me want to drop insurance period. The guys at this place are quick, professional, and courteous. All of which are important to me. Long story short try these guys first, youll be glad you did.

I had to get the battery on my phone replaced and these people didnt bother to let me know that it was going to take longer to get the battery in stock. they were great face-to-face interaction but their customer service and letting me know that they didnt get the battery until two days after I was told is ridiculous. they told me it would take approximately two hours to get it done and then got it finished in about an hour but still never called me to let me know that it was done. I was very busy that day and I could have used that extra hour and 15 minutes to get some more work done. Make sure that you have what they say in writing.I have to make an amendment to my review, upon submitting this review I had the company contact me and apologize for my experience. that is the first time that has ever happened to me and so I am moving my two star review up to a four star review, I understand they are humans and they make mistakes and I have a lot of Grace in my heart for the people who take my reviews to Heart and want to fix and become better. Had an iPad repaired had to bring it back because the glass kept coming back off they tried to say it was like this because they see a scratch on the side...when I brought it in there is no trouble with it other than the glass was a little cracked after two attempts I hope it is working correctly now I would never go back there again

I had a navigation button fall off my Galaxy S7 Active. The employee, Jonathan, told me these phones dont break often, so there isnt a surplus of parts available. However, since it was a simple fix he offered to glue the button back on for me, and did not charge me. Im very pleased with the service, and would recommend them to anyone looking to have their devices repaired by professionals

My note 8 loves the floor, the glass seems to love breaking. Had to order the part but it was a 2 hour repair once they had the part. Phone looks like new. Wish the parts werent expensive but I do have a basically new phone.

I came into this store a couple days ago to get my iPhone repaired and I was very pleased with my experience. I delt with Johnathon and he was kind and very professional. The repair was done very quick, the store communicated with me to let me know when my phone was ready and the price was reasonable. I took my very broken Note 8 for repair. UBreak replaced the front & rear glass and battery. I also took their advice and they applied a liquid screen protector.The phone looks and operates like new. Maybe a little better because the screen protector actually decreases the friction on the screen. I highly recommend them.

The glass broke on my Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra camera, called them up, said they had the parts, dropped it off, 2 hours later it was like new again.

I was recently assisted by Johnathan, he was a very helpful young man. He answered each of my questions with speed, precision, and incredible accuracy. On top of this, I was quickly assisted with little to no wait time, if anything my wait time was negative. Overall, this experience was a solid 11/10^10, and I plan on coming to UBREAKIFIX for more, I have plenty of things to break and plenty of time to be assisted by Johnathan.

I absolutely hate my new iPhone screen. First off, I had to go into this store three times to get my phone fixed. I dropped off my phone initially because the screen was shattered, and I thought this place had good reviews. When I got it back a few hours later, there was a big blue blotch on the new screen. I then had to take the phone back the next day to get yet another screen put on. This one looked better, but upon inspection, I found that the safety screws were not put into my phone leaving gaps for water to enter. I took it back the next day and had those put back in. Never did anyone apologize or try to make amends for the fact that my screen should have been done correctly the first time. In fact, I was even hassled that I needed to make a warranty request on one of my interactions. A warranty request for a screen you never put on correctly in the first place?Now, a few months later, I hate my screen so much. The screen can be completely unresponsive. I will type, and it misses half of the letters I type because it isn’t registering them. It also can’t scroll. When I am trying to scroll down, it frequently registers my scrolling as a press down, so then it clicks on whatever is on the screen. Trust me, after this happening over and over and over, it becomes infuriating. I also can no longer use messages properly. The function on the iPhone where you can tap on an image or text and give it the “thumbs up” or “heart” or “haha” is almost completely off limits to me. The new screen cannot register the differences between tapping, pressing, scrolling, etc. I really wish I had kept my shattered screen. My broken screen was better than the new piece of junk I bought here. My sister, who works at Apple, told me that they lie about OEM parts because Apple doesn’t sell OEM to anyone. Maybe the screens they have are fine for some brand phones, but my Apple phone is not working with this new screen. It’s also worth noting that if you buy your screen here, Apple will not do any work on your phone ever again. I do NOT recommend this store to anyone.
