Less than impressed. While the product is decent, I ordered something but was told 8-10 minutes after the fact that they were out. They gave me a replacement drink but the price point was not the same and they did not refund the difference. They needed to be reminded to start a pour over. Overall, they make an effort but lack in service and speed. Coffee shops are a dime a dozen. No reason to return.

The atmosphere is excellent for studying and work. Pleasant and bright! The coffee is top notch. The cold brew is SO good that no cream or sugar is needed. I note this because Ive always needed cream and sugar. The food is also top notch, fresh, and delicious. The PB&J is my favorite! VM is what Starbucks should aspire to.

Excellent! Our espresso was delicious and Tim was especially helpful after we lost a wedding ring. He searched the parking lot multiple times, even with a metal detector!

I went to VM this afternoon to meet with my colleague. It was my first time there but I can foresee that I will come back here again. I love the atmosphere of this coffee shop. It was very inviting and open. Chairs are cozy and their coffee is very tasty! The service was wonderful! I plan to go back to try some sandwiches in the near future.

One of my favorite places to get my dark roast, or decaf. Its a hidden gem off of broadway. They are able to do deliveries and can also mail out coffee bags too.

Absolutely amazing coffee shop where the coffee beans are roasted in house. The coffee shop is next to the roastery.The coffee bar menu offers all the typical coffee beverages: espresso, americano, pour overs, and milk-frothed drinks.The space itself is very modern and lots of different sitting options with comfy chairs and high stools. Many people are working on their laptops and others are having a meeting!

Awesome coffee with amazing service? Look no further. Make VM part of your daily routine. The staff are incredible, conscientious, kind people and the owner is keen to bend your ear and talk coffee. Try some food if youre feeling hungry and leave full and satisfied. Is this the best coffee shop in the downtown area? Probably so. Stop in and judge for yourself, youll surely be coming back time and again.

Outstanding water-decaffeinated coffee beans, roasted just right. Dog friendly coffee shop with friendly staff and owners who go out of their way to provide excellent coffee and service. My favorite is the nitro cold brew. The espresso drinks are also flavorful without being over roasted or acidic and are served at the right temperature.

Ive been coming here for what.... 8 years? Way before they built this amazing facility. The coffee is always top notch. But recently Ive fallen for their Turkey sandwich. Do yourself a favor and get yourself one, add avocado and green chille. My top coffee there is the busy bee. And I buy the Tavi whole bean. Great local business, Ill be a customer for a lifetime.

Hands down the best coffee in Albuquerque. If you buy whole beans, theyre always fresh. They have several different roasts, from different regions to choose from. Even if its out of your way, I suggest making the time to go.

Can a coffee spot be quaint and modern? Absolutely! VM is a great spot, worth the stop. We enjoyed ourselves immensely.

The specialty drinks are delicious. They make a great Americano and my wife loves the Busy Bee which is a lavender and honey latte. I have tried their bagged coffee and its a little too dark for me.

It was my first time visiting VM today and I was not disappointed. I got the Aztec Latte and it was frabjous! I am a black coffee drinker, but I still enjoy the sweet and fluffy ones now and again. That being said, I truly enjoyed this coffee. The staff was very nice and attentive and the whole place had a cool vibe to it. Great job guys! (I should clarify that my sweet is compared to black coffee 😁, the Aztec Latte was perfect!)

Really cool place to catch up with a friend. Not my favorite coffee shop in Abq but its nice! I got the Aztec latte and it was just okay. Nothing spectacular. 3 stars because it was a cold day and I wanted a nice hot coffee and what I got was warm at best. I think the barista is new. So maybe thats it. Had a cool neon sign graveyard across the way that I thought as super cool.

Absolutely delicious coffee. I stopped by on my way to work for a lavender honey latte, and met Alex the head barista. If you get a chance to talk to him or David the owner, ask them about their story! Its a gorgeous building, well decorated and the drink was insanely good. Totally gonna be my go-to for coffee from here on out.Regarding the coffee drink itself, the lavender flavor was fresh and shined through without overpowering the coffee itself. The honey adds a lightly floral sweetness. Just from personal taste preference, Id back off on the sweetness just a tad. But just barely. Fantastic place.

Beautiful coffee shop with friendly staff and quality coffee. They have milk alternatives which is awesome! I ordered an almond milk latte which came out quickly while I admired the modern furniture and decor. The milk was a little bitter but almond milk can be difficult to work with. I love that the coffee is roasted right next door and I know the beans are fresh! Would recommend!

Easily my favorite coffee shop in town. The coffee tastes great, especially the different lattes offered, and all the little things make the coffee shop great. Quick service, nice seating inside and even the way the milk foam clings to the cup, are all 5/5.

Only place that really stands up to Cutbow and Zendo. The Colombian snacks are great, and the coffee speaks for itself.

Good espresso drinks, coffee, and pastry selection (although slightly over baked) with free open wifi. Being a roaster too, I thought Id be hit by a strong aroma of coffee. Sadly, I wasnt. Overall, a great little local coffee shop. They have some sandwiches as well, but I havent tried them yet.

Aesthetics of the place are great! Love the fact that they have big windows towards the roastery and you can see the coffee roasters. Service was very attentive and knowledgeable.

Plenty of great coffee options with a few custom creations. Really relaxed environment. Enough seating to handle any morning rush without feeling crowded.

First time at this shop. I was greeted with a smile even though it was closing time. I was happy with the coffee flavor and presentation. The facilities were clean and pleasant. Everyone had a legitimate smile. I wish I could say that about were I work. I will return when in the area

I felt I was not welcomed there for some reason, both times ive tried. There is ample parking and the space looks nice though.

The coffee is good and the building itself is really cool. The atmosphere is alright. The woman at the counter was pretty terse and to be honest a little rude. She still did her job- it was just a little off putting.

This is a great new Cafe and Coffee Roaster located downtown off of Broadway. Creative coffee bar drinks and lunch. Or just go and have a pastry and coffee. Loved it!

Loved their coffee it wasn’t too sweet wasn’t to bitter it was amazing! Definitely coming back again. It was daunting at first going in and seeing all the choices all of which I was unfamiliar with and they were nice to help me out with picking out the perfect drink!

Barista was rude. Set up of where to order and where to pick up was very confusing. Barista snaps at people who are confused, which seemed to be everyone. Didn’t listen to my order. Ordered a large, was given a small. Nothing special about the coffee. Never again.

I want a coffee shop I feel comfortable. Where i have a choice of seating. Where I my age doesnt determine how Im served. In house goodies like no other. Bravo for creating an upscale atmospere at a price I can afford.

Had the honey lavender coffee it was awesome, the atmosphere very relaxing with lots of windows and comfortable seating. Definitely will be back.

Americano was very weak, tasted like coffee flavored water. The barista didnt seem to care about her job. Very disappointing, Ive had this coffee before and it was excellent. I dont think Ill be back, with so many other good options why waste my time and money.
