I shopped here for over 20 years but never again. Wouldnt take a measly $14 exchange after spending thousands over the years. I get better prices online but have always tried to buy local. I have also never had an issue with returns online either. Its nickle & diming boomer bs like this that is killing local businesses and for good reason.

The last few times I have been in this place the people are very rude and lack service. I was needing help finding an item. The guy told me to wait he was working on something. When I was checking out he answers the phone and has a conversation with a lady about 20 feet away in the office. I waited 5 minutes for him to finish his call. No apology - I’m so sorry you had to wait. Absolutely amazed by the lack of service.Standard Restaurant Supply is definitely top notch compared to this place.

Poor selection small show floor. Staff was nice and attentive. Better supply stores in Albuquerque.
