I had brought my computer in when it wouldnt turn on. I thought it was the power supply and it turned out to be both power supply and motherboard. Was expecting it to take 2 weeks they got it done in 9 days. So I am happy with that, they called each time they had an update never had to go calling them. I think the biggest thing that impressed me was that when going to pick up the pc I called and informed them I was going to be there 2 mins before they closed and they said they didnt mind waiting a few mins in case so I could get my pc back. I am so pleased with the solution to my laptop problem, the choices given to me on replacement parts and the quick repair turn around. The laptop manufacturer wanted more than double the amount charged for parts/service plus shipping costs. My laptop was high end with top of the line processor so replacing it was not what I wanted to do. The technicians were helpful and delivered my laptop ahead of schedule.

Im a self-employed editor and my entire work world is my computer. Several months ago I spilled a little water on it and the trackpad quit working. I have a very difficult time believing the five star reviews of Tech505. I contacted the firm on Sunday to get assistance with a software issue with my computer. On Thursday, I get an e-mail instructing me to reinstall the printer driver on my computer.Gee, I hadnt thought of that.Please, why would you wait four days to respond to my request for assistance and then offer a solution to a problem you do not know exists? Completely worthless.I cant think of a situation where I would ever request services again from Tech505.

What I like about Tech 505 is they feel like an extension of my company. When I call, they come and fix whatever I need as quickly as possible. And, they take the time to explain even the simplest of functions to me because Im still a computer novice!

They are great. My computer for no reason stopped working. All the tricks (very limited) I had and all the ones I read about rebooting and restarting did not work. Im so glad I tried these guys for repair of my Brother printer. Theyre quick, reasonably priced and honest. And they communicate well. They gave me great advice on which parts are replaceable on my particular printer, if it ever needs future work.

I was unable to get my Microsoft update to complete. It would reach a certain percentage and then undo the update. Eppie at Tech 505 was very helpful detecting and removing a virus, removing and replacing all of my files, reinstalling my software and checking my external hard drive for potential viruses. I took my laptop to them a few months ago to have a hinge fixed and they did a great job. Unfortunately, the other hinge started breaking in the exact same way, but they repaired it at no cost even though the parts that they had originally replaced were no longer under warranty. Im very grateful for that, and would definitely recommend their repair services to anyone.

Tech 505 is a quality company. My computer suddenlyl shut down, I could not restart it, and it contained irreplaceable business files. I took it to two other computer centers who said they could not retrieve the material and that I would need to buy a new one. I found Tech 505 online and contacted them. They responded to my questions with clear explanations. They were able to start it, retrieve the files, remove the virus, clean out unnecessary programs that were slowing it down, and fine tune it, all for only $125 fee. I was amazed! My husband then took his computer in for servicing as well. Their price, customer service, and integrity are excellent. We continue to use them and I recommend them to anyone seeking computer service and support.

Please dont ever go to this shop. While I have given my laptop(DELL XPS) for diagnostics to change the screen hinge and upgrade ram, but this guy called me and said your hard drive got failed which I did not even expect because while giving it was working perfectly fine. Diagnostic fee is a waste and I need to replace my hard drive which incurs additional expenses.

Fast, friendly, professional service. We took in a MacBook Air that needed a new battery, and software updates, and a Lenovo All-In-One PC that had unfortunately had a hard drive crash. Tech505 fixed our badly cracked screen on our Macbook Pro. Not only were they much more affordable than Apple (who charges hundreds of dollars for the same service) as well as other competitors in town, they were faster and very helpful. Highly recommended. Brought in my familys 15 year old Playstation 2 that was crashing after about 30 minutes of gaming. They fixed it up within 3 days and was available to be picked on any day within 30 days of them finishing the repair. The customer service experience was great and the PS2 is running like new. Got a machine back from these guys and waited a few months before plugging it back in. Couldnt get the monitor to work. Call em up, bring it in. Next day, Eppie commits fraud on behalf of his employers by telling me that Im not an idiot as he walks me out of Tech 505- uncharged for my second visit, understanding more about my machine, with the adapter I needed to make it all light up again. We have an HP printer that just stopped printing. After spending hours on the phone with HP tech support, we were told that the printer was dead. We had just spend $100+ on new toners, so we didnt want to just throw in the towel.We took our printer to Tech505. After looking it over, they said it was most likely the print heads that need to be replaced. Those were another $100. After spending $100 on toner, I really didnt know if it was worth it. The owner told me he would take the risk for me and not charge me for the print heads if that didnt work. WOW!!! Was I impressed! And, he was right, that was the problem! My printer has since printed over 2000 pages. Tech505 saved me a ton of money and earned my trust. Im not going anywhere else!

I took my iMac to this business when I couldnt get it to boot up. After paying for the diagnostics Eppie phoned and gave me a price in excess of $700. Both in person and over the phone I found their customer service to be demeaning, he was very exasperated that I had questions and never did get an estimate emailed to me. Luckily, I took my machine out of their shop and went to KDN Technical IT Solutions. KDN gave a proper diagnosis (they said the computer had never even been opened and cited several reasons why it was clear it had not been assessed fully)... I ended up paying WAY less than Tech505 had quoted and got excellent customer service. If you get bad vibes from Tech505 trust that feeling.
