It’s actually embarrassing how rude the staff is. One of the easiest job tasks in the world is to have basic manners and be polite to customers, and these tired old hags can’t even be bothered to respond to you or look at you. Fire the whole staff and hire decent human beings who actually deserve a job right now.

Horrible customer service! If you hate your life and job that much then dont come to work and be miserable trying to make customers lives miserable like you. Perhaps some exercise would benefit that obese woman in more than one way.

I wish I could give negative stars!!! These cashiers are so rude!! How do they still have a job?? There are plenty of people who need a job that have great customer service! This place is ridiculousI will not shop here Id rather spend my money somewhere else

Just came here at 11pm and it’s closed the workers have the worst attitude ever it says it’s open 24 hours and it’s not. I never usually come here because of one of the workers seems to hate her life

LOW LIFE MANAGER!if i could give zero stars i would. i tried stopping in on the way home from work for a cold soda and i open carry so i check signs. no sign saying masks required (as i wear a firearm i dont like wearing a mask unless i absolutely have to) a heavy set lady walking out the store with some bags and normal clothing tells me i cant go in without a mask. i inform her i will wear a mask if asked and i entered. only after she comes back in telling the cashiers to refuse service is she identified as the manager. with management like this no wonder they needed to rebrand.

I am from Arizona, moved to Albq. 2 years ago. I am 50yrs old, born in 1969, with an Az State issued Identification Card or State ID since I can no longer drive due to health issues. The Day Time Clerk {(who wont give me her name) claimimg it is store policy (as far back as 2yrs ago when it was a 7-11)} refuses to accept it as valid identification because it has no expiration date.Arizona ID cards dont have them since in general use, there is no reason to update them. Only Drivers Licenses are required to have them.Of all the staff that do now or have worked at This store, she is the ONLY one doing this to the best of my knowledge. All on the name of Convenience.

They really need to find better cashiers that have costumer service capability’s. The cashier was very rude repeatedly after I told her what I wanted 3 times until she finally understood. She was sarcastic. Well I know not to come to this location again. I will drive a mile or two farther just for better customer service. This location doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

Only giving 1 star because thats the least I can! Absolutely the worst customer service skills ever. Honestly old and tired ladies if you dont like your job piss off and go work at a cat shelter or something. The wrinkles all over your faces show how bothered youve all clearly become working at a damn gas station. Serious change in management is needed here.

I entered to break a $20 bill by purchasing a soda. I was informed that I cannot use a bill that large. The change was $19. I can understand a $50 or $100 but $20 is the most common bill used. Sounds like an ILLEGAL policy if youre asking me. The woman working Wednesday nights after 8pm needs to be fired ASAP

I don’t normally go to this 711, I always go to the one off menaul and moon which is a fantastic 711. This one, not so much. I had my big gulp cup which I fill with tea every morning. I went up to the counter to inform her that it’s a refill and she said that if I don’t go up to the counter and show them when I walk in then they would charge for a new one. She rang it up for me as a refill this time but it’s sad that when you go to a place and they criminalize immediately upon entering. To be treated as if I’m going to steal makes me not want to return in the future, understandably so. Then I tried to get a scratcher with my change and she said that she couldn’t sell me one until later in the day when her manager got there. I guess they’re not permitted to sell them until their manager is present. Strange. I never had that happen at any gas station I’ve ever been to, and I used to work at one! None of this is this lady’s fault, she was just following policy and she was not rude at all, by any means. But I won’t be back because of the way their policy makes the customer feel.

We went there for the free slushies day on 7/11 and we got there a little before 11. There was a sign that said that theres no more cups for the slushies. My husband and I both agree that they did it on purpose. They just didnt want to participate in it. They did it last year. Their rude and unprofessional there. I wouldnt work there if my life depended on it.

The cashier with the short hair is very rude always has a dirty look on her face and a customer dont want to see that. I understand everyone has a bad day but it seams like everyday is bad for her. So I go to the store on candelaria and Carlise now. Because I dont deserve a bad attitude when buying a coke and some smokes.

The manager is completely rude and has no interest in helping you give anything. She has a horrible attitude. Everytime I enter the store she automatically puts the closed sign up on her register so the other clerk can help me, so she doesnt have to deal with me

Extremely rude workers and management. They clearly hate working there and let you know it. They gossip about other customers to each other in front of customers and use very condescending names. They yell and scream, roll their eyes, think their phones are more important than helping customers. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would.

Its a gas station. Convenience store that sells liquor and other travel items. Have seen other reviews on rude service but every visit has been greeted with courtesy. Even so, who hasnt had a bad day that dragged a bit into work?

Speedway is better. Visited your store today and you have rude cashiers.

It says 24 hrs on maps but I was just there on my way to work. The staff was rude and uninforming of what was not ready .....the coffee? Then one employee said the store isnt ....well then DAMN keep your doors locked and be more customer friendly to let them know its closed for now.

Poor customer service from the morning crew Tim, and his little co worker lady with an attitude. Made a formal complaint and left 4 different voice mails to 4 different people. Rude, incompetent people need to get fired immediately. We shall see though, just hope they punish you so you can wipe the smirk off your face, and tell your coworker to stick out her tongue while being fired.

I like their big gulps from 89 cents to their snack grill items.

This place the employees seem not to be to happy... There is a public restroom which no one from the public can use. Every time i come into this store they are rude and need new employees.. Very sad a public place has no acess to public.

This store has the registers closed around 8am every weekday. None of the other store in the area do this. This manager doesnt like customers I guess.
