I didnt shop around much when I wanted to have some printing put on an existing t-shirt. After going here I didnt have to! Wonderful people to work with they were able to print my shirt while I was there for a fabulous price. Probably less than I would have paid for a card. I intend to give them a lot more business and not just for shirts they do all sort of items. They are a real find.

We got the most amazing results from these beautiful people after being given the run around from others. Unlike other prints their ending result is so smooth and soft you cant even tell theres a print on the shirts until you look at them. I needed names printed on the back of my sons baseball jerseys for his little league team and I needed the turn around fairly quick. A friend referred Kristen at T-shirt’s and Things. From the time I contacted Kristen to the end of the job I felt welcomed and supported by my quick deadline to have the shirts done. What a great experience. These are the loveliest people ever! They helped me design a tank top for my daughter as a souvenir from my visit. The price was most excellent and the friendliness was even better! I wanted to hug them all when I left. And the tank looked beautiful. I highly recommend.

Great service quick with the shirts, just go there first and window shop and it’ll be done when you leave.

I have used them twice before and had great service. Not so much this time. I gave them lots of chances but I don’t need to beg someone to take my business. They rarely answer the phone. You can’t leave a voicemail because the mailbox is full. They don’t reply to emails and I finally gave up and went elsewhere. They did tell me they were busy and couldn’t get my order in until next week and I was fine with that but I still received no follow up that my order was confirmed or no artwork that was promised for me to approve the order. The follow up is the problem. If you are too busy to take my order then say so. Don’t leave me and my players hanging.

We’ve always had our orders delivered in a timely manner with quality products and excellent service. They’re friendly and always willing to go above and beyond. I’ll be using T-Shirts and Things for a long time to come.

Talk about superior customer service! I went in at the last minute because my T-shirt company could not come through with a last minute order. They surpassed my expectations and although I have not received the shirts yet I can imagine that they are going to be great! I will send another follow up once I received my product.

Used them before but was completely blown off this time so I’m updating my previous 5 star rating. It’s been 3 months since I put in my order. No follow up, nothing. I’m a business man myself. Customer service and satisfaction is key. They did do really nice work for me previously and completed the work in a timely manner. I’ve been very patient this time, considering I was told that the proofs for my company shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, and jackets would be emailed 3 months ago. I’ve reached out via phone (left a voicemail) and via email a month and a half ago regarding the proofs and have yet to receive a response. It’s our busy season is no excuse to just disregard and blow off a prior customer. Nice people who run the place but I’m taking my business elsewhere because my company needed uniforms 3 months ago and can no longer wait, especially with the lack of communication, so I’m assuming they do not need my business. As a previous reviewer mentioned, I shouldn’t have to beg anyone to take my business.

Impressive work! I had bachelorette party t-shirts made and I was able to sit and design the shirts at the shop. It was so much more assuring than ordering online. I will definitely be using them for future orders.

I absolutely love the shirts they make. Ive ordered shirts from them for my boys sports and I plan on getting more. Had a really hard time with the customer service and then getting the product right the first time so I thought I would give it another try because the lady swore that it was just a fluke and things would be better than next timehowever here I am right before Christmas trying to find a place to do t-shirts for me because once again she failed at doing what she said she would be able to do. Would not recommend both times have been stressful.

We are planning a family trip and wanted special shirts to wear to Disneyland. Looked at Disney store and website but did not find anything we liked. My daughter took to the internet and found these folks. They are very friendly. We met with them and showed them what we had found and they added to it making it even better. The cost for 5 shirts was $90.03 which is not bad considering 2 of them were xxlg or bigger. The image is blended into the shirt, so it should not peel or look funny after awhile. My shirt is so soft. The colors are very vibrant. I will do business with them again if I need anything.
