Happened by here in need of help setting up an electric motor. Their staff, quickly identified wires. Labeled it for me and it worked perfectly. No charging for things I did not need. Great staff and service. This shop is definitely how a small business should run.

If I could leave a negative stars I would. Took in my swimming pool motor on Monday and informed them I needed it diagnosed/repaired/replaced before the weekend as I was having a party and my pool pump hasn’t been being ran. They assured me it would be repaired or replaced in 2-3 days. Never once was I called to update me on the status. I called everyday to check and they still had not got to it. On the 3rd day I called that afternoon and they informed me it was “on the table being looked at” and that I would get a call for thing the next morning. Of course they didn’t call. I called that afternoon and they said they think it’s burnt out and they were getting a replacement and will call me with the price by tomorrow. Here it is Friday an hour before they close for the weekend and still no call or working motor. What a waste of time! I’ll never use them again!

Great place to work with and turn around time was next day. I can’t thank them enough. I have a Cabinet shop. My wide belt sander motor was not working correctly. I use my machine daily. I needed it rushed and they made it happen. Jesus got on it and had it installed the next day. My Shop was delayed for 1 day. My team is back at it and rocking away thanks to them getting my team back up and running. Will recommend and use them in the future if I have any other machine motor work!! I have done business with them for 17+ years. Sometimes i get things back before I can grab a bite. Other times I have to call in to check status. I trust these guys and the have Done some very great things for me. Thanks.

These guys actually rewind Motors, so if your electric motor doesnt work they can fix it. If you wear however there may not be cost-effective to fix it, but thats not their problem. The bigger the motor the more likely they are to be able to have a competitive price.

This place is 50/50. I had them do some motors and they rocked it out in about a week. Then i had them do some more along with a qoute for spare parts on some others for the same machine. Lets say it took alot longer and slipped through a few cracks and i never did get thr qoutes i was after. Still a good place to go for sure. Everyplace is going to have a off transaction.New Review 2020, New owner almost same problem. I dont mind the up front diagnostic payment but it was 2 simple 1 1/2 horse A/C motors in the middle of the summer. One was just a backup. I had to call them back after a week or so and it was like it didnt matter that it was taking so long. He found some paperwork finally and said oh they have been qouted. They transfered me over to the guy who does the estimates (happened to be the new owner) I gave him my qoute tag numbers again and he said he had not yet but said one looked shot and probably would not be worth fixing. I said ok let me know a price and lead time because we dont have a cooler and I already paid the down payment on both of them. He did send me a qoute a few days later but it had gone to my spam folder. I of course waited another week not knowing he sent it and called again. He told me so I found the email. I paid it right away and it was already done. I went and picked the bad one up and the fixed one. It looked like they took the good part off the bad one and gave it to me because that is what was missing on the junk one. It did save me 1/2 price but I lost alot of time and there was no sense of care. Future I will just buy new when it comes to that. If you have all the time in the world they may be a ok fit. I personally will look for another place for other motors I get done.

A true motor rewinding shop, and they can also supply replacements. This place has made me a hero a couple of times when employers were shut down due to a burned out motor, and EMC was able to supply a replacement motor on short notice.Another review mentioned rude service. The folks here know their trade and dont waste time with touchy feelys. They also dont suffer fools. You might want to do some research on your motor needs before stopping in....they wont take time to educate you if you dont know.
