Seriously the nicest and most helpful people I have worked with!

Bought a few iphones from a different location but one was not working properly. After a few visits to the original store we purchased the phones from and also a few calls to T-Mobile tech support we still couldn’t resolve the issue. Went to this location at uptown and Jasmine the retail manager helped us figure the problem and the fix it. The phone works perfect now! Thanks Jasmine! Will highly recommended anyone to this particular location!

Very friendly staff. We had to wait almost an hour to complete a couple upgrades however the wait wasnt miserable. Staff was respectful and kind.

Olivia Garcia has been the best! She was patient, understanding, articulate and knowledgeable. She straightened out our billing questions and put us on track to fix our phone. She spent all the time necessary to complete all the questions we had. Just excellent!

Manny the manager and his employee Jonathan were truly amazing customer service. It took awhile to get my phone purchased but they were patient and did everything right there for me including wiping my old phone transferring the data and putting together the otter box. These were awesome dudes

So far so good. We recently switched back to Sprint and its been ok so far. The staff at this location was great they were great with our kids considering we were there for a while getting set up.

We were helped by Joshua Kovach and he was amazing; super friendly and extremely helpful. They werent pushy at all with trying to sell you on product and addressed all of our concerns truthfully. Got out of here quickly and happy!

Valerie is very uneducated on product and her job but will try to get you to spend as much as possible on accessories. I can not wait for these 8 months to go by so I can get far away from sprint. They are also merging with t mobile so service will only get that much worse

We came in with a simple request, we wanted a blank nano SIM card for a Google Pixel. The first girl seemed to have no knowledge of what she was doing and had to talk to other members to get an answer for us. She then informed us that we could not put a nano SIM card in the Pixel it needed a special SIM card in order for it to work. We asked if we could find the specific SIM card for this device anywhere else, she said no one has a sim card for that device. We replied okay, thanked her and left. Shortly after we called Sprint Tech support and they informed us that we didnt needed a special SIM card for the Google Pixel. We retrieved a nano SIM card from an old phone and put it in the Google Pixel. While waiting for a call back from Sprint Tech support we figured we could see if the Sprint store would be able to simply, transfer the number from the old phone to the new one. As soon as we walked in we were approached by a different girl who immediately told us she can guarantee the SIM card wasnt going to work in the phone. Because there was no LTE on the top of the phone. We thanked her and figured wed just try. Afterwards we called Tech support again and they walked us through the whole thing without a problem. The people at that store had no idea how to help us and didnt care to even try. Very unhelpful and rude, they talked down to us. Would not recommend that store.

The Asian lady knew NOTHING, I knew more about the phone.. it was honestly ridicurus. We couldnt understand her. And shed talk without using conjunctions, she spoke like how we think of native Americans to speak when we first infiltrated america.. how, you, me, horse, ride, to valley, get water, for drink.

The Sprint store is absolutley top notch.

Very professional

Rude as all heck. I went in to see if a could change my sim card to a new phone, the female employee began laughing at me when I said it was an old Motorola to a new LG. She said No way! after laughing and then offered no further help whatsoever. Will not be going back here, probably will cancel my sprint plan all together if that is how employees treat paying customers.
