Incredibly poor experience. Just moved to ABQ, been a customer less than a day. They never notified us our equipment was ready. I finally called and tracked it down.The store claimed we werent entitled to one of the pieces of equipment. When I asked to speak to a manager, the assistant manager told me she had no way to know if what I was saying was true. When I challenged her on that, she said shed never said it. At this point the other employees started laughing.They have not delivered what was promised. Stay away.
It went well, well see after tomorrows appointment how well it went. If I got my point across and everything follows through then Ill be a happy Camper if not Ill be raising hell. Ill get back to ya !

Frenando. Great person to help you with any question you might have with mobile devices.However in the their two departments with Carl as he disclosed he can only help with top tier no help. You are better off not working with this individual.

As many others, I work from home. I had some issues that Jake helped with a couple months ago. Since then Ive been having horrendous internet issues. I walked in yesterday furious and on the verge of ugly crying in public. I asked for Jake and for whatever reason I felt better because I knew he would do anything he can. By the time I left, I felt better about it all and had a better understanding of the service.
I just wanted to say that the tech (Richard)that installed our internet was not only amazing. But professional and a nice young man!! The guy listens and works great. 5 star.
Jake WRIGHT and staff were AWESOME!!!My husband and I took a friend, who btw is 94, in to connect her new service.Jake was clear and easy to understand. He even took extra time to explain to her how to use her remote ( which she brought in ) for her TV!Great service, GREAT PEOPLE!!

The absolute worst automated phone system experience ever!!! Horrible customer service as well. Comcast is flat out the worst internet/TV provider on earth.
