Such a warm welcome when we entered. Extra time was spent with me helping me through some rough areas in my photography. I dropped our camera and it should have been beyond repair. They completely rebuilt it and did an amazing job. They dont sugar coat anything and tell you what they can and can not do. They did have our camera longer than we would have wanted, but seeing as they had to rebuild it we didnt complain. We will definitely go back and recommend them to everyone.

I used this company to receive a 2 hour private digital camera lesson. Vicki is an excellent instructor, and I was able to learn a ton about my new camera, and how to take good photos without using the AUTO function (which I will never use again!). The information was presented in a systematic fashion, with Vicki writing notes that I could refer back to later. All my questions were answered, and the two hours flew by! I would definitely recommend this class to someone who would like to learn more about using their camera.

Went in looking for lens. “HE” did not have a brand I was liking for. Went to this place to ask advice and was overwhelmed with all the cameras they have it was like a museums in there. So I was looking around only to be rudely rushed. Sorry to incinvient you. Maybe you should not own and operate a business that requires manners ediquite customer service. Great customer care and attention to detail. Camera repair at a reasonable rate and loads of film and digital cameras to browse through its a great library of books to buy.

Incredibly knowledgeable staff. Very patient, especially with new-guy questions. This was my go-to camera shop during my stay in ABQ. Cant recommend it enough!
