The front desk staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I was pleasantly surprised with how quick my windshield was installed, as I was told itd be over an hour wait. They are happy to give you a quote over the phone in regards to the services provided, as every make and model of car has a different price range depending on what service is required. The front desk staff made sure to tell me about the aftercare instructions for my new windshield and was even told that I have get three complimentary chip repairs if needed in the future. Outstanding service from the 2 ladies in the office. I was looking for a tool to use installing a rubber gasket in my 1953 Chevy truck. They made me an appointment for Saturday Feb 9th at 9am when I arrived they stated they messed up on scheduling and said they wont do it today. They refused to give the owners info. When I contacted the other location by Central Kat helped me and was nice stating theyd get it taken care of. Once the owner called her and she told him the situation he stated he had no faith in his tinters to works with a back window with the defrost strips. He (Walter) the owner was very rude and told me to f off. This is BS because Ive taken 3 previous vehicles here. But will never ever return and will never allow anyone I know to get screwed and miss treated by ASAP

Fast friendly service. Had a chip in window while driving on the highway, paid $28. They sealed up, although you can still see it BUT it hasnt ran like a run in your stockings lol

My husband and I took our car here for a headlight restoration and was deeply disappointed with the end results. They had told us that the headlight would probably not look good due to it being cracked on the inside. Whoever was working on the car didnt sand the light with water, which in the long run made it look super foggy and scratchy. It also looks like they had melted the plastic so now the edges are all uneven. Lastly they left all the solution on the light so by the time we were ready to leave the solution had dried and was very difficult to get off. All in all I believe we just wasted our money and time. If I had all the tools I needed I would have gladly done this myself and would probably come out ten times better.

Incredibly terrible. This shop took advantage of my parents. My father is older & doesnt comprehend well, or understand English very well. He paid a visit to this ASAP window place, poor customer service, poor wait time, very poor looking WINDOW. They literally used double sided tape, & taped the window to the camper shell on my fathers truck. After a few months the window fell off. My father went back to the shop, the gentlemen on staff then refused service to my father. Refused service!! Then explained the guy who did it, isnt there anymore...Who cares if the guy isnt there anymore. If I could give a -star rating I WOULD BE GLAD to kindly give ASAP Windows a NEGATIVE STAR RATTING. First time here was the other day, At first this place kind of ticked me off, I called a day before to set a appointment and the lady confirmed. The next day I wanted to make sure my appointment was at that time so I called again, another lady proceeded to tell me that she doesn’t see my name on the schedule. She remedied this very quickly and I was still able to go in that day. they were pretty busy but my vehicle still got done in about an hour and a half, which I was pleased with. I can’t say anything about the actual attitude of the people because I just went in and dropped it off, but they were professional enough to get me in even though their phones were ringing like crazy. The prices were cheaper than other places and the offer 3chip repairs for free after windshield is replaced, but you need to keep your receipt.The only thing I am stunned at is when I got in my car after it was done there was a few shards of glass on the seats in the front. Now I have children and this was pretty bad in my eyes because they obviously knew I had kids since they could see the car seats in the back. Luckily there were only a few and I was able to pick them up and toss them out. Honestly it doesn’t matter if your busy or not the safety of your customers and whoever is going to be with them should be your priority when you are replacing anything on a vehicle. When getting a window replaced broken glass in inevitable but they should’ve done the best they could to get it all out or tell me there was still glass in my car.Overall I do thank them for replacing my glass I just hope they learn that they can’t leave glass in the customers car no matter if they are busy or not.

Had to get the glass for my sunroof replaced. They were able to source the replacement glass faster and cheaper than everywhere else I checked. They did a great job.

They said 2 hours, after 2 later I did stop by to pickup the truck and they havent even work on it at all. I have to wait for an other full hour at least until they get it done.

Im very meticulous about my car even though its 3 years old from what the manager told me that yeah you have scratches but they install my windshield and yes price was good but there was scratches around one side of door frame top part Im not complaining about the whole car and the moment. I pointed that out to overlook the car because nobody else would the manager on Central got irate and when I kept asking in like asking questions she said she was done with me I asked for her name once twice she walked away and continued to walk away into the office I asked her name again and she told me in front of her and the receptionist that were there like what people which is family-owned I guess she said just ask for the manager is this professional or just unprofessional but really made me think because I have scratches now on the side of my door on the top part where they worked with the windshield and that area also on the area other side of windshield but Im only complaining about one side and she did not want to hear that they did some faulty work so the maintenance the windshield repair guys with the owners have something together because honestly I thought I was poor work my insides of the car where dirty very dirty muddy and they didnt clean that up you would think that they would when they do work for customer satisfaction but none the less very dirty I got pictures I will post on my work that was done and on the inside which to me now looking at it theres another problem but what can I do what can I do because she is the owner and its a LLC company so if you have battles with them something that you dont like they will not meet to your needs of their mishaps or cant give the proper material to use for their technicians

I loved this place under its previous owner but its changed. Its still good, got a windshield replaced for myself for Xmas, came with a certain number of free chip coverage.Im editing my review. Im fairly certain they put in the correct size windshield on my car because my rearview mirror will not stay on no matter what they do, it no longer sits in the normal place it once did, the crack they repaired seems is very visible and seems to be continuing to expand. I will not be returning or recommend this place to anyone

These guys did the weather stripping on my 2012 honda accord i just barley dropped the car off and in 40 minutes my car was already ready to be picked up and they did an amazing job i couldnt be happier with my experience here and i would definitely recommend them for any of your needs absolutely awesome!

Very shady practices!!!I had a right drivers side window replaced on my focus on 1/8 and as soon as I left and hit the freeway I could hear the wind coming though even with the door closed and the window raised. I also noticed that the plastic on the door was loose and not installed right.I came back on the 10th when they opened at 8 am and told the manager about this, she said to give them an hour and they would deal with it. an hour later I got on the freeway again and the sound was louder. I went back later during my lunch break and brought it up to her attention. She said that she did not hear me say anything about the actual window. She had me come back to next day to schedule a repair.at this point its the 11th, I return a FIFTH time thursday morning to get it looked at. The technician comes into the office after about 20 and asks if they did this(the install), I reply that they did and he goes back to the shop. 5 minutes later he comes back saying the issue is with the regulator he said that it was broken and needed to be replaced. I reminded him that it was fine before they touched it. He tried to blame it on the damaged window. They wanted to charge me 185 for a new 6 pin one. the manager then said that she would leave it at 135 if i could wait unitl it came in.Today, the 19th i went in at 8 am to get it installed and pay the unethical 135. after an hour they came back saying it was defective and that they had to order another one and i would have to come back. At the same time the same tech/installer that discovered the issue told me that he found what might be the issue. He said that the cable on the one I had was installed wrong (they were the ones that installed it when the window was replaced) and that he could fix it with no cost to me.He then put it back together and my window was installed right. This is a blatant case of bait and switch. These people tried to fool me into spending another $150 to cover up lazy and mediocre work. This should not be legal and i will never shop here again. Be very careful

I dropped my car off at 8:00 am for two regulators to be replaced. I did not get my car until 6:00 pm. There was no urgency or drive to work on my car. They are a bit unprofessional in there business relations.

Great prices! But they got my interior filthy!!! I have light tan leather and there is grease marks ALL OVER!!! A magic eraser or household cleaning products won’t do the trick. Now off to get my car detailed! So maybe the prices aren’t that great after all!!!

Freddy who came out to my house and installed my windshield and no thank you guys so much over at ASAP glass for having quality workers work for you if you need to get your glass repaired and you want somebody whos going to do a good job and then do it fast as for mr. HORRIBLE. Dont do business here.My driver side windows was broken, so I called ASAP to have a tech come out and replace it. After installation, I noticed that the tech had broken the inside handle on the door. I took the car in to one of their locations, and they were unable to fix the problem. I was left to resolve it on my own. Then a few months later the same window fell out. You heard me, it just fell out. Looks like the tech had tried to glue it in place instead of bolting it... Luckily the window wasnt broken. Again I took the car and window (now in my back seat) to one of their locations and they again refused to help me. To their credit I had forgotten my receipt.

Was very pleased that they corrected a mistake and replaced the windshield that wasn’t right and ordered another one and installed it without any additional cost to me. I always want to reward good costumer service and this was one of those times. The correct windshield did not require me to have my lane assist to be recalibrated which saved me an additional cost. I really dont know what the other reviewers are referring to, as my experience was most excellent. From the customer service, to the quality of work, to the timeliness of the work. From the time I took my car in, to the time the job was finished was 65 minutes.

They installed my windshield wrong and the grommet came our 4 times, it seems that you should put the grommet on the glass before you put in on the car, because the glass goes on top of part of the grommet, and them put them both on the car, they just put the glass on and then tried to fit the rubber under it, it will not stay that way. I would not recommend then to anyone.

My boyfriend and I went and got my windshield replaced. It took 3 hours for them to get in done they informed us it would be around. It came out good but like a day later we noticed things missing from my car which I was upset. I had called them and let them know what had happen and the owner was rude and unprofessional he told me that the things werent even valuable and didnt even seem to care. I will never go to this place or any of them ones that he owns

I had someone break into my car which was a horrible experience to go through. I started looking for window replacement prices and found asap to be one of the cheapest in town. Turns out it was cheap for a reason. First off they locked my keys in the car, had to break back into my car, damaging the door and denting the vehicle. They refused to pay for any of the damages. They charged me for replacement wipers, which they didnt even install. Plus, I waited for my than 4 hours. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere. They treat you as if your dumb and they will not take responsibility for their actions. The worst window replacement experience Ive ever had! Talk about worthless customer service. After all the hassel I went through with asap, I felt worse than when my car was broken into. These worthless bastards dont even deserve a half star

This is the most ghetto shop ever! Do not bring your car here. We waited 5 hours for a window repair. Than I was attacked by the cashier after finding out they could not break $100.00 bill! I had to call police and file a report. Beware, UNPROFESSIONAL and UNETHICAL business.

The techs were very professional, extremely fast and very friendly.they came to my job to replace my window and I was not only impressed but very satisfied. I highly recommend them to anybody looking to replace a window or do a tint job, i am very satisfied with the staff and the company.

I went to ASAP after breaking my back window. I was stupidly persuaded by their prices and the fact that they could see me that day. My glass was fixed, I paid, and left. Fast forward. While a friend and I were sitting on his patio, we watched as the glass shot out from either side of my back window (as can be seen in the pictures I posted). I took it back to ASAP, stupidly thinking, again, that the owner was an honest business man. He then confirms I dont have the receipt on me (I left it at home and still have it), then tells me that obviously I was lying to him to cover up my window being broken by a kid, or even me, and I was trying to scam a free window out of him. When I showed him the pictures (at this point I had shown him the pictures 4 or 5 times) he waved his arm and said well if I install windows wrong, lets watch all the windows break on my cars. When I tried to leave, the owner stood directly behind my car taking pictures, blocking my way of backing out and leaving his property. When I got out to ask him to stop taking pictures of my vehicle, he became angry and almost violent that I would have asked such a thing. My suggestion, getting your glass replaced here is a lot like going to the the casino. You might drive off a winner, and you might drove off screwed out of $300, and youll have to end up going to another business anyway. Also, this was confirmed by three businesses, as well as two glass repairmen (separate from the businesses) that the way the glass broke was installation error. Do not gamble with this owner, who is verbally abusive, childish, and Im sure, if I had not been able to get off the property as fast as I did, physically abusive.It also should be mentioned, my hatch has not been able to open since visiting here, so now I am not able to get into the back of my vehicle

I took my two new vehicles to be tinted at ASAP off of Central on August 8th and August 31. Those were my second and third cars to be done by ASAPs tint crew. I have always been completely satisfied with the tint jobs that they have done. I have had other work done at the Eubank shop as well and have always been completely satisfied. They set an appointment with me at 9. Technicians were late and didnt get my car in for about twenty minutes. They took my windshield out and as they proceeded to install my windshield they accused me of giving them wrong information about my car, so the windshield they ordered was not the correct one. It took them 3 and a half hours to replace my windshield. Bad experience.

Had my windshield replaced and the window molding is coming off the upper drivers side of the windshield. I will never refer this company to any of my friends, neighbors and/or coworkers.
