Friendly, fast service. I reached out through the website for help with a dump trailer hose replacement. Mario, promptly replied saying no problem, bring the old hoses in and duplicates will be made. Michael took care of it from beginning to end and offered to re-cut them if needed after I tryem out this weekend. Not cheap, but worth the service and end results.

As good as it gets...then some!

Extraordinarily disappointing experience to say the least. I brought in several automotive AC lines to be modified and was verbally quoted $16 per welded joint. They farmed out the job to another company when they discovered they were not equipped to take care of it themselves and then charged $35 per welded joint, without informing me of any change to the price. These are extremely simple tig welded joints and half of them are far less than professional welds, let alone worth $35 per weld. The employees attempted to be apologetic and work down the price but that doesn’t help much when you’re literally being charged 100% more than quoted. I am not a first time customer but it most definitely was my last time giving money to this company.

I highly recommend these folks. I needed a new AC hose that had been discontinued by Toyota and not available aftermarket. They made another one, using my old fittings, on the spot. Of course it was too long so I had to take it back. In 5 minutes or less they had it shortened and installed a brand new fitting ... no charge. Great customer service.

This past week I decided to service my air compressor in my shop. It needed an oil change and the air intake filters cleaned. I noted the compressor was taking longer to fill than usual and would fire up and refill even when I was not using it. Upon tinkering with it I found a brass fitting cracked. Trying to remove it caused the fitting to sheer and I had to use an easy out to remove the threads.Now the problem really started. I went to Autozone, NAPA LOWES AND HOME DEPOT. No one could match it. The counter man at NAPA suggested Action Hose. When I arrived Ian took the old fitting back but could not match it. I thought I was doomed.Then Ian made an offer to cut a similar threaded fitting and weld it to my broken one. I was reluctant but gave in. To my surprise it worked perfectly!A big thank you to Action Hose for their never ending commitment to their customers. Next time I will go directly to them and safe a lot of time!

I had a power steering hose that was discontinued by Ford. My only choice was to have Action Hose rebuild my old one. The first hose was not a perfect fit and I had to take it back. Action Hose took immediate responsibility and built both my lines suitable for a racing car with no extra charge for the other hose. It will probably be the last part on my truck to eventually break down. Thank you Action Hose.
