The ice cream is so good and they make it in front of you. On the downside we did have to wait about 45 minutes .. They could definitely use more workers. There was 2 girls working. It would be 5 stars if the wait wasnt super long.

This was an amazing experience, and a must-see if youre in Albuquerque. Take the time to watch the staff make your dessert.Normally, with traditional ice cream, I would need to eat as quickly as possible, as the one cream would melt from the outside-in. However, with this rolled ice cream, none of it had melted by the time that I ate it.

Went here a couple weeks ago and got a strawberry graham cracker. it was really good and the worker there was super nice asked how i was doing and all shout out to her.

We got the boba flavor rolled ice cream (they made the ice cream roll just like crepe) and it is absolutely amazing, the flavor is so creamy and even tastier than some of the actual boba tea we have tried in the past. The boba is super sweet as well. We picked condensed milk and cheese cake bites as our free toppings.

Decent ice cream. I’d say it’s a fad to be honest.

I love Icicles. This location is very busy and usually only has 2 employees working. Plus, the price was higher than the Mountain Run location.

Tasty, good selection of non-dairy, ie., sorbet. Prices are alittle high but theyre not displayed anywhere so you dont know how much youre paying til youre paying (slick). They also sell little sanitizers. Covid safe, outdoor seating, no restrooms for customers.

The ice cream is great! Expensive but right up there were youd pay for a reputable ice cream shop. 2 stars for the customer service which is as comparable to a trip to the county jail, and Id still rather go to the jail.

We went to the one on Central and Yale area and they were so helpful. I got the strawberry fantasy and it was really good. I will go back. Couldnt stop once I started so that I could take a pic 😊

Strawberry boba is not boba lol it’s jellow also the mixed sherbet with strawberry mango and raspberry is very meh drinks are very syrupy as well

Staff here is awful. Very rude and impolite. Made me feel uncomfortable and I probably won’t come back here ever again. Basically yelled at a customer because he pulled out his card from the machine too early. Lady with the cheetah mask and blonde highlights has no customer skills what so ever. Don’t recommend this location to anyone. They also closed and locked the doors at 9:30 when they’re supposed to be closing at 10pm. If there was an option for no starts that’s the option id choose.

Very good ice cream AND boba!

One star does not do the lack of service I just received justice. A turned off open sign and a locked door, before the posted shop hours was actually closed. With two employees sitting on the counter playing on their phones, refusing to acknowledge our presence. Would not recommend anyone to go here, if they want a clean ice cream experience or a helpful one.

Staff is untrained in sanitary food prep. Watching barista’s constantly run their hands through their hair has made me decide to never come back here. COVID guidelines are poorly enforced. Staff is rude. Wait time is 20+ minutes for an order.There’s a reason the tip jar is empty.

Extremely disappointed! The amount of ice cream in a serving was half of the cup. It looked liked they forgot half of the ice cream. Way too much money for the amount of ice cream we recieved.

We traveled from Santa Fe all the way to Albuquerque on nobhill location and got there 40 minutes before closing (9:20pm) and they didnt want to attend us. They told us they were already closed.

5-22-2020 Centrals Icicles. We have never tried this form of ice cream shop. We were very excited to try some goodies. Opon arriving, we were meet by a young man behind the counter that was not wearing a face covering. Which goes against the order put out by the Governor of New Mexico. When we asked him about it he said he was not going to wear one, even to the point of an argument. The business owner, should retrain this young man. His lack of concern puts the owner of Icicles at risk. We walked out.

They are extremely rude to GrubHub drivers, refuse to give orders in a bag, and refused to give customers extra napkins and cutlary. They got an unhappy face from me. Im never going again as a customer either, the heavy set rather feminine/male at the counter is DRAMA. Go to cold stone instead.

Ice cream only took up half the cup. The pictures and descriptions of the boba tea are misleading as they show boba inside the drink but then when ordering, they’re listed as optional add ons for an extra charge, which can lead anyone to think that would be to add additional boba to the already included amount. Not going back because it wasn’t good enough to make up for being overpriced.

Tried the matcha tea ice cream which was amazing the family loved it!! Will be back for special occasions a little overpriced for an afternoon treat though.

I ordered the Aladdins Wife drink and Thai and did not add Boba as the description says it already comes with Boba and the picture... but when it arrived via Doordash it did NOT have Boba. Why is the honey boba even in the description if you have to add it?? Also, while the drinks were delicious, the boba is very hard I can hardly chew it

Ice cream is absolutely delicious (especially Thai cream) however so frustrating to doordash from. You cannot provide any special requests because Icicles does not allow it on their link in Doordash, that includes not being able to add allergies; this is so frustrating because I have a very particular allergy and if a product merely touches it I can have anaphylactic shock. Second, all of their teas have these cute little descriptions that say, “Honey boba would be so delicious with this tea!!!” And yet you can’t even add boba on any tea they sell, or shocker, cant add it into a special request form & try to request it there. Third, they have no working phone number posted on google to even call and ask them any questions. Fourth, absolutely, ridiculously, unforgivably SLOW. Not worth DoorDashing.

I got the Taro without the coconut and added Oreos then went off with my toppings. My fiance got the Thai tea cup and it was honestly way too strong, neither of us could handle it. Also the 2 kids working there were not the fastest not the best at their job. Id go back though.

Literally sitting at the store when it opens supposedly at 1 the workers are inside and instead of coming to open the door they put a sign on the door that says they would open the door at 120pm so I sat till 125 and it just opened
