Lady at register couldn’t be bothered to help us understand the menu or how to order. She was very short with me and more interested in her friend that was waiting there than us. When ordering she told us they didn’t do a certain item and then offered it to us later. Ive cream was good but the customer service was lacking. Won’t be back. Go two more blocks to cold stone. They at least thank you for your business.

Passed by and thought it looked fun so my little brother and I stopped in. We were the only ones in there so it was super fast and honestly for rolled ice cream the prices werent bad! I got the brownie and it was really good! Wished they had something related to pb and chocolate...might be a good addition to the menu!!

I think the prices are to high for the quality of ice cream. Also, not a family friendly environment. The staff was playing explicit music so I was trying to rush my kids out. The best part of our visit was the staff. The 2 girls were really nice & helpful. Pretty underwhelming.

What a novel concept. It was fun to watch the ice cream actually bring made right in front of you. You cant ask for anything more fresh than right before your eyes. Lots of choices of mixings and toppings.

Stood there and she was finished waiting on her customer instead of asking me if she could help she went into the back by a freezer anInwas texting on her phone. How rude!!!! I went to Dairy Queen and they were very nice. Don’t worry I will tell my friends. I wish my niece didn’t buy anything

I order a coconut ice cream a few months ago and while they made it, the workers talked about quitting and changing jobs the whole time. Then they gave me vanilla instead of coconut.

My family and I just moved to the area from IL, I really wanted to like this place since the concept is unique and I have 4 kids who would have loved it had they not had to wait so long to get their order. We went to the new location that wasnt in the mall, decent place and the staff were nice however I was there with my husband and 4 children who tried waiting very patiently for their ice cream but got very restless. We all got our our ice cream at different times with the 1st one of us not getting theirs until over a half hour after we ordered. It took so long for each of us to get our order that we couldnt eat it together, my husband got his last and ended up eating his in the car because it took so long. After everything we had been there almost an hour and half which is absolutely crazy. They need more people working, there were only 2 people on a Friday night working which did not seem realistic for the business they had coming in and to top it off the 2 people they had working had 3 friends there talking with them and Im sure distracting them which did not help with the wait time. My husbands order was really good but the rest of ours were just ok and for the price you really dont get that much ice cream.

The ice cream is AMAZING and the owners are so kind, welcoming and professional! We love this place!! Will continue to go back.😊

Terrible service. There are 14 people waiting on ice cream rolls and ONE person working. Ridiculous. Not worth the wait that’s for sure.

This was our first time trying rolled ice cream and it was delicious! Jeremy helped us out a lot and we will be back again
