This is by far the best place in town to get bagged ice. $2.00 for 20 lbs. thats a great deal!! The stores are usually 2 something almost 3 for a 10 lbs. Also I am a nemic and eat ice all day regularly and this ice is softer then other ice and easy to eat.

These machines are great when they work. But far too often they take the money and do not dispense water or ice. Don’t bother calling the number. They don’t answer and don’t call back. I even caught the guy who was collecting money and he did not care about the problem. So consider it a gamble when you feed your money in. Calling the state weights and measures department may help more since they probably don’t want their permits pulled.

Best price ever! Clean ice, and you can use coins, bills, or debit cards! I wish there were more in town!!!!!

I love this ice machine great price but most of all it is the best ice in town hands down it beats the other locations by far because the ice is the right temperature softness and size of ice chunks its the greatest

Went to get water. The machine took $1.00 of my money. The employee/owner was rude, denied that the machine took my money, and refused to give me a refund. Easy access, 24x7 availability, Great tasting water (yes, different water brands have distinct flavor variants). Water has a light crisp taste. Easy to use dispensers. Only drawback is they do not offer for sale the water jugs.

The machine took 5$ and didnt dispense my water and when I called the number on the machine no one ever answers and before that it didnt give me the correct change back . What a waste .

Great place I love the water and the ice but the machine by my house on copper and tramway is always running out of bags and I loose out on money to top that off the last few times I’ve got water the water wasn’t filtered tasted and smelt like a fish tank so disgusting reason for the one star is because the employees that are supposed to take care of the machine don’t do it or it’s completely difficult to get through to any one sterling messaged me to text a guy named Justin then the guy named Justin was completely rude and so in helpful I still haven’t gotten a refund or anything but other then the problem with actually speaking to someone they ignore you they text then get rude and don’t reply but it’s ok I’m done helping pay their checks going to give my money to reddy ice instead

Good water and ice. Filtered to perfection. Its the go-to place for water and ice.

I put $2 in quarters to get a 20lb bag of ice and no ice came out .I added 50 cents to make sure and still no ice. I called and left a message and waited 45 minutes fora return call and never received one .Hopefully I get my money back .
