It was the easiest oil change Ive had in a while. No appointments necessary, just drive up, and they were able to work on my car pretty quickly. No extra work was recommended except what was necessary (tire rotation only this time). I think Ive found my go-to place for my car maintenance and potential repair.

I drive to the bay of QUALITY Mazda and the sign n the bay garage door says honk for service..they open..they tell me to drive up all the way in then I left my keys in the car with engine off..they greeted me with smile cheek to cheek. BILL MAST AKA SQUID helps me on my issues of the AU..DOG...MOBILE. YES..this vehicle is for my dogs hence the name.. the sole purpose is to do outdoor activities walking, boating, tenting, camping, hiking, fishing, kayaking, and exploring the nature of geology in the boonies. My dogs enjoy no leash all freedom but they stay a bout a few feet aways from me all other activities that require a nice running vehicle And 4x4..I get my vehicles serviced here with Squid and he always provides excellency exceeds my spectatations.so if your vehicle any make model year type needs to be maintenance or repaired Go to QUALITY Mazda and give them a good review like me. I have always been treated so well by Quality Mazda. Daniel in the service center has the best customer service and is always cheerful and nice. Aaron in sales follows up with me and checks in on me every once in awhile. He always comes to greet me when I see him in the service center. I am in my 3rd Mazda. Reliability is why I gave them a score of 5 Stars!

Ty and Audra were absolutely outstanding in helping facilitate my first car buying experience. Ty was insanely knowledgable about the vehicle, and both made the process seamless and smooth. I was in and out in and hour after signing paperwork and eventually drove the vehicle off the lot. On Friday Oct 22 our 2005 PT Cruisers engine light came on then started blinking, which the owners manual says stop driving as soon as possible to avoid further damage. Although Quality Mazda (QM) said they couldnt fix it til Nov 2, they could take it if towed to their facility (eliminating having to have it towed twice). QM gave us an appraisal of the problem by Tuesday morning and had it repaired by the 27th (would have been the 26th if Chrysler parts outlet had sent the right oxygen sensor). We thank QM for a faster than first estimated and a not unreasonable cost repair.

I had a positive experience at Quality Mazda. I needed to have my car serviced while on a cross country road trip. I made my appointment online with no difficulties. Scott was very helpful and explained everything I needed to know. I decided to wait at the dealership and my wait time was what I expected. Everyone at the dealership was friendly. And the best thing about my experience was they were dog friendly. I would make this my local service center if I lived in the vicinity. But, should I have a need for service during my next road trip, this world be my stop.

Every time I take my Mazda for routine oil service and inspections I am always highly satisfied, Daniel is polite, efficient and most helpful and trustworthy. I will be bringing in my vehicle for a series of required flushes . Coolant, brake fluid,,fuel injection flushes as well as transmission service. As a retired veteran educator I just wish there would be some type of applicable coupons or discount to off set these costs which will add up to more than $700.00. Guys if you’re looking for a new vehicle Ty is your Guy. Legit this dude was there every step of the way. I had to wait for my car to arrive (as with most dealerships they only are getting what they’re allotted). He was super attentive to what I needed, what I wanted and what I could live without. After getting through those he took a look at the inventory coming in and found a vehicle that matched. Very disappointed - used their on-line feature to schedule an appointment for a 30K service.Brought the car in and the service coordinator said they had me down for an oil change and rotate tires. I told him that I had scheduled the appointment for a 30K check-up and he told me he didnt have the capacity to do it that day but I could schedule something for the next week, which I did. When I picked up the car after the oil change, he had written on the service ticket that there were other services that were recommended but I had declined them. I didnt decline anything - I wanted the services done at one time but they didnt have the staff to perform the work when I scheduled it. Not happy with the lack of service.

Great service and surprisingly quick purchasing process. Got low-balled on the trade-in of course but that happens at every dealer..... overall they are good people, friendly and knowledgeable and even the music at reception was cool. Would definitely go to these guys again anyway. Best dealer that Ive dealt with in Albuquerque and streets ahead of the nearby Detroit-centric dealers Im afraid.

Made a recent trade-in here to upgrade to a 2021 model, it was absolutely the smoothest and fastest dealership experience I have ever had. Xavi Lujan dispels the dreaded car buying experience. He is truly a Quality asset. We spent almost three hours with Xavi. In addition to showing us the features of the beautiful Mazda CX-30 that we leased, he helped me with my new Apple iPhone. The key ring he provided has his name and phone number engraved on a tag and he told us if ever you have a question or problem, just call me. Driving home in my/our new CX-30, I stopped at the post office. I have a 2019 Mazda CX-5 that I lease from Quality Mazda. Two weeks into owning the vehicle I noticed a leak in the washer fluid. After some scheduling issues, I was able to get the vehicle in for service one month after the lease signing. The folks at Quality told me they inspected the washer fluid system and found no leaks. They did not charge me for the inspection, which was appreciated, but I would have gladly paid for the time if they had caught this serious problem. Even as the car was still in the garage, I saw a little puddle under the car, but the team said that was just from fluid overflowing.There very clearly IS A LEAK. For the entire time I have had the vehicle, there has been no washer fluid. The warning light is on every time I drive. It isnt a huge problem when in Albuquerque, but I travel for work, and this has led to some scary driving situations in the snow and bad weather.Fast forward to last week. I took the car in for scheduled maintenance. I asked them to again look at the washer fluid system. This time they charged me for the inspection. I received a call back that not only was there a leak in the washer fluid line, but the fluid pump was also cracked. The team there then asked me for $600+ for the repair. Are you serious? For an issue that existed in the vehicle the day it rolled off the lot?I have records of the complaints I made, and they have the service history of that inspection, noting no leak back in 2019. It is disappointing to think you found a good car company, with whom you can trust your vehicle purchases, and where you can recommend your friends, but I can honestly say, that Quality Mazda no longer has my trust, and I will not be purchasing a vehicle from them ever again.

I called right at 0705 on 01 FEB, as my vehicle (CX-5) was already on a tow truck to the service facility. Daniel immediately responded to my service request over the phone and continued with detailed and clear communication via phone and text. Provided necessary updates. Purchased a 2017 Mazda CX5 with Brents help and it was a great experience. We were not pressured and he was not pushy, but helpful. Thank you for a pleasant car buying experience and working with us to stay at our budget. However, the gentleman helping us sign the papers after was very pushy and tried to get us to purchase the protection plan after we said we did not want it. He kept saying like while you are either going to pay now or later and making comments that felt very inappropriate. When I returned to give our down-payment $ he said again, oh did you change your mind about the plan?. It felt very pushy and unprofessional.

I took my vehicle in for 15000 mile service, but only received a 5000 mile oil change! On top of not getting the service I requested, it took 90 minutes for an oil change. To top it off the service advisor would not accept their own coupon for the service. I am very disappointed! don’t know if I will be back.

I will first go ahead and state that the reason I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1 was because of the Salesperson James. He was the only diligent and honest person I encountered here, so thank you.Now for the nitty gritty, I contacted several people and never got any responses when trying to purchase a vehicle from them. No one would email me back, answer/return my calls, and overall just a mess.They list prices with discounts in an INCREDIBLY misleading manner with the caveat of a very vague and unspecific disclaimer at the bottom of the webpage. So unless youre a recent college graduate that just finished driving school that happens to be a vet that previously owned a Mazda that qualifies for all the obscure discounts from Mazda assume youre just going to pay full MSRP. They bundle every possible discount from the manufacturer into one line item and call it the Quality Discount. They call it a Quality Discount, like their name, but then tell you that those discounts are manufacturer rebates after you show up.Additionally, the sales manager(whatever he is) Pavel is incredibly rude and unprofessional when you do manage to speak with him and is running some kind of weird show there. The entire place was in disarray and did not instill confidence at all.Had their pricing been more honest I would have definitely been more amenable and willing to get the car that I wanted, but our of sheer principle and pettiness on my part I went to a Toyota dealership and just bought a more expensive Rav4 Hybrid at LHM because theyre honest and straightforward with their pricing.So tl;dr dont believe any of their online pricing, this whole sales place runs on bait and switch tactics.Enjoy your lot of unsold cars.

I’ve been going here for maintenance for a few years and the prices are reasonable and the staff fair and professional. When I needed a new car, I compared Honda, Mazda, and Toyota. In my price range and opinion you get the best car (i.e. features, looks, comfort, fun to drive) for the money in a Mazda, and Quality Mazda had the largest inventory in the Albuquerque area at the time.

I don’t have a Mazda but I did buy a used Nissan Frontier from this dealership and I get all my maintenance done there. There service dept is a 10/10. I have taken my truck over there about 9 times for oil changes and regular maintenance on my truck and even though I live across town I don’t mind one bit because of the caring attitude and professionalism I’m greeted with. Any shop could do the preventative maintenance I’ve had done over the years but I keep going back to Quality Mazda Service Center because of the people that work there. And of course the work is always spot on but it’s the way they treat there customers that makes me go back.

I purchased a used vehicle in 2016. The salesmans name was Andrew Heavner. He was adamant that the car was not ever in an accident despite the fact that he claimed it had had a paint job. Of course, we questioned him about that but he showed us the carfax with no reported accidents. Forward to 2021, we go to trade in the car (at a different dealership) and the carfax for the vehicle showed an accident from 2013 with moderate damage 3 years prior to our purchase. As a result, our trade-in was much less than KBB value. Not happy with him or with Quality Mazda. I understand that Mr. Heavner does not work there any longer. Really disappointed in your dealership. Honesty and integrity in the car business should be the number one priority. As you will see from the response below, Mr. Farley is claiming that the carfax report they showed us did not show the accident from 3 years earlier. When contacting Carfax about this, I was informed that while not every accident might be on their report, Mr. Farleys claim would mean that many years after the accident, in fact, post 2016, someone would have had to manually go into the carfax system to report that 2013 accident. This is highly unlikely, as who would have done that and to what end? Carfax does rely on several different ways to find out about accidents and this can result in some reports not being thorough. However, again, Mr. Farleys claim would mean that someone would have had to report this accident to them many years after the fact. I stand by my original review...Quality Mazda lacks integrity and honesty, as does Mr. Heavner.

We test drove a new Mazda 3 and although we loved the car it didnt have the features we were looking for. Andrew went above and beyond the call of duty to find us just the right car. This was no easy task as this car was for my daughter and she has a lot of demands! Andrew continued to work with us until we had no more questions. In the financing department Daniel Poe helped to explain all the options and incentives available. This was by far the easiest and most satisfying experience I have ever had while buying a car.
