Bought front brake pads for my Burgman 650 and made an appointment for someone to put them on for me. After expecting it would take some time to do, I was told that I would get a call on Tuesday the following the week when they were able to put them on so I could wait for them. No one called me on Tuesday, and when I called them to find out what happened, nobody could tell me. The person managing the appointment calendar had a horrible attitude; he huffed and told me that I would have to wait a whole week or two weeks to get my pads put on. Neither he nor the person who took my initial call bothered to apologize for the bad information I was given. I ultimately decided to just pick up my pads and have someone else put them on for me. The person who sold me the pads didnt even bother to acknowledge that I was picking up my pads the day after he told me that they would install them. Theyre rude and unprofessional. Ill never go back.

This was one of the easiest bike buying processes Id ever been through. I came in, looked at a bike I saw on their website, and decided I wanted it. Since I couldnt come get it that day, they had me put in a deposit (though they never actually charged my card) to hold it. I came in today, picked up the bike, and rode away a happy customer. If I could improve anything about the process, I would like it if they could provide temp tags there so I could ride around for the day without having to go to the MVD, but Im not sure how temp tags work if they arent technically a dealership? Either way, Im a happy customer with a gorgeous new bike.Edit: sold my old bike through them. The sale was fast, easy, and Steve was incredibly transparent throughout the entire process.

I am Extremely frustrated with this place! I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks ago to get a tire changed out and some suspension work. I WAITED 2 WEEKS and when I showed up today the place was closed! I also missed out on a family camping trip this weekend because I needed this appointment as soon as possible... luckily cycle gear was able to get my new tire swapped out. With how much of my time they wasted I Honestly don’t think I’ll be coming here in the future. Wasted my entire weekend. You would think they would at least call me to tell me they messed up and were closed on the 5th.

This was tough, I wanted to give 5 stars. They do good work and you cant get tires installed cheaper anywhere. However this also makes them very busy. Its difficult to contact them by phone and if they find something wrong with the bike, it make take some weeks to get it fixed.

This place is awesome. I took my 2006 cbr600rr because of a no start issue. They diagnosed and gave me my bike back the very next day!! They also recommended I replace my worn tires after telling me my bike was ready. I agreed, and they had her ready on the very same day, I didnt have to wait! They also have great pricing! I highly recommend this place, these people are awesome.

The Moto-Authority, Is an awsome shop for parts, and service. The staff were very kind, and helpful. Made sure my parts arrived, and called me to insure the most prompt service.

Ive used these guys services a few times and its always been straight forward and fair dealing. Plus they do a good job, and their store front is pretty nice too. If you need maintenance, repairs, or are looking for a used bike (they sell those too), definitely check them out.

As Ive gotten back into motorcycling, Steve and his guys (Tom, Andrew, and Anthony) have helped me out with a TON of stuff, and theyre always friendly. They really do care about getting you taken care of, and the prices are always reasonable. And they can order ANYTHING, even factory parts. This has got to be the best shop in town.

All I can say is positive things about this place, Steve has created a wonderful establishment and has been here for many years. I first started coming to his motorcycle shop back in 2013 and would bring my bikes here on and off to this present day. He is really reasonable on all parts/accessories and competitive with products. If they dont have it they can get it. As far as service department I have worked personally with Anthony for many years as well on and off and also has been fair and reasonable in pricing. As far as mechanical repairs I dont personally know any of the guys but they do an absolutely fantastic job. With all things considered I again have nothing but positive experiences with the guys here. I have brought a total of 4 different bikes ranging from street to cruisers. You name it they can take care of it and wouldnt choose any other place locally

Wow, what a great bunch of folks at Moto Authority! Owner Steve is so knowledgeable and friendly it made the whole process of buying a bike from them a real pleasure. On top of that, Steve actually rode the bike to my house to make the delivery process that much easier. Their service department is also top drawer and really worked hard to understand and resolve an issue I had with an older KTM that I own. I highly recommend Moto Authority to anybody that rides!

The best used motorcycle shop in the state. Large selection of used motorcycles, atv, and snowmobiles. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Some used gear too. Steve and Anthony keep my ride running well.

Good group of guys there, had some work done everything went smooth and had me back on the road in the same day! Even had parts dealer send the wrong part and they made sure I got what I needed.

Called in and got a quote on some service i needed done and they were happy to get me pricing. I show up right before closing when i got off work and they stayed late and took great care of me. Steve the owner was very helpful and the pricing was great.

This is the best independent motorcycle shop in town. Steve is a solid dude and he has a good team. Ive had many tires mounted here (I carry the wheel in) and some other services performed. Ive sold two bikes via his consignment services and the deals are always transparent and straightforward. I would not hesitate to buy a motorcycle here either.

Really great place, just bought my first ever bike here for a great price. Staff was very knowledgeable and kind, Steve was absolutely great, he helped inform on a lot of stuff that I had mixed feelings on. So far Ive bought all my gear here and prices are really good :)

I was super pumped the first time I came here Steve the owner charged me 20 to mount a carry in tire. Seemed personable. The rim I had mounted didnt work out so I went back to get the stock front on the stock rim and I was charged double. 40 dollars for a carry in Mount and balance. I was told this was at a discount. Poor customer service I feel like they hooked me with the first carry in and then without warning jacked me when the bill was presented. I expected the owners word of 20-25 that is what he told me 40 is excessive. Live and learn with this industry there are the good and bad. The invoice shows 89. I was lied to and cheated.

Always love dealing with these guys and this company, except Anthony. Dont ask him for anything. His answer is always no or he has to order it. Anyone else can always get what you need. Joking by the way, these guys are awesome and I always have good experiences here. Highly recommend!!!

Otherwise its small things like, we noticed this fluid was low so we added a bit for you.Maintenance services done for half the price of R&S.

Love these guys. Great for getting parts at. They also do great work. My brothers import electrical system was slowly failing and they got straight to the problem each time, and had it back on the road quickly, while keeping the pricing fair and down across the entire set of repairs.

I’ve been to moto a bunch of times now and every time they’ve been really good. I bought my bike there a tire, oil, handlebars. Thats why they get two instead of one. But last month I ordered a chain and my sprockets on a Tuesday (9-9-19) and Steve told me they would probably be there by the following Tuesday. I called Thursday and they hadn’t come in. No big deal. But 3 weeks rolled by and nothing. They hadn’t let me know what was going on. Finally they came on 9-27-19 and the sprockets were for the wrong bike. I already had the bike and my only form of transportation taken apart. I take them back and Steve didn’t really even seem apologetic. He seemed like he was going to charge me the remaining amount that the new sprockets would be. They were $5 cheaper so he gave me that money back. It then took them till Wednesday 10-2-19. Steve didn’t even notice that I went in for the sprockets. He didn’t even offer anything for the inconvenience. I was without my bike for almost a week He could tell I was frustrated and annoyed. the least he could’ve done is offered to install them for free or gloves or something.

Honest motorcycle service at a decent price.In the last 4 months, I bought a bike from a dishonest dealership here in town.Recently, I dropped my bike so I took my bike in for a post-crash inspection. Anthony took great care of me. He started off by finding the safety issues from the drop, and then went on to find the stuff the dealership lied to me about. He provided me with an itemized list for the repairs and charged me what I think is a reasonable price for the inspection. He even had his tech realign my front alignment free of charge!I am a satisfied customer and look forward to doing a BBK with these guys in the future.

Excellent place to browse and shop for gear and used motorcycles. The staff are clearly motorcycle enthusiasts and NOT typical used car salesmen. The riding gear selection is small but the brands they sell are top notch.

I have had my motorcycles serviced at Moto-authority several times, have purchased gear multiple times, and purchased a consignment bike through them. Several times they have been able to beat online prices on my gear orders. Their service techs are quick and their customer service is excellent. When buying a bike there, a potential buyer has to keep in mind that the bikes are there on consignment and will be purchased from the owner of the bike not the shop. When I bought a bike through them, they were very honest about what they knew about it.

Staff is friendly, the work they do is quality, and the prices they offer are seemingly fair. The reason for 1 star is simply because such a high rated, and professional place simply forgot to replace my tires when they said they would. When I showed up asking to pay the remaining amount and get my bike, they were confused and had to immediately stop what the mechanic was doing so that they could replace my tires before they closed. At first I didnt care much, mistakes happen, but if they can forget an entire work order, whats keeping them from forgetting a nut or bolt during service. Not to mention, when I originally made the appointment, I was going to speak to them about replacing the clutch and doing a valve adjustment, but it makes me nervous to trust them with that if I cant trust them to replace two tires. I know they have good reviews, and I hope anyone who goes has a better experience, but I just dont think Ill go there again, and I dont think I can recommend them to my friends with bikes because I dont want them waiting 2 hours for Moto Authority to rush forgotten service.

Had my front, rear sprocket, chain, tires, brake pads replaced, excellent customer and technical service. I recommend to anyone. Part prices are affordable and competitive with online prices.

Great place to get the things you need. Great selection on hand and if you need to order something they are great about actually calling you the same day it hits there door. In short i prefer moto over all the other shops in town. Oh yeah and there shop rate is absolutely competitive for the area. Love these guys!

Very friendly and up front people. They tell you whats going on with everything and is greatly appreciated for that. Prices are a bit high but motorcycles are not cheap so it comes with that. But overall 5/5!

I needed to get my rear brakes replaced and replace tires. Unlike other repair shops they knew that most of the labor was in the tire removal so changing the brakes at the same time didnt require two separate flat rates. I appreciate that attention and common sense labor costs. A lifetime customer was made.

I decided to give Moto authority a try rather than a big chain store, because I like supporting local stores. I walked in and they had one pair of the right shoes I was looking for, exactly in my size and in the color I wanted. I tried then on and bought them. They gave me a 15% discount and I was on my way. Needless to say, I was impressed. Of course, they wont always carry the specific item you want, but they can order items in and have then within two days for when they dont. I will definitely be taking my business there again.
