Excellent customer service. Assistant manager Robert went out of his way to make a problem right. I only paint a couple of cars a year and they treat me like Im a high volume shop.

Terrible management. Called for delivery of a standard, premixed, white, and they were out of stock. Said they would deliver as soon as the paint came in. No call, no show. Called and no one even knew about a delivery. Said they had it and they would send it right over, the driver didnt tie down the paint properly and spilled it all over my driveway. I told the driver to have the manager call me to reimburse me or discount the paint for the mess to be cleaned up, the manager told the driver we dont have his number hell have to call us if he wants a discount. I have had a account for years, and I am also on Google. Management is so bad Im sure no one will even notice this review.

Good place to get paints and products

I went in for a couple quarts of primer and flat black. They didnt have it.A item that a quality paint store should have. I dont think that they care about the small business at all.

Great staff, met my needs. Aerosol cans can be filled with any color requested but are not of the quality I would expect at $26 each. They leaked and caused the job to be redone from beginning.

Great service and got what I needed but had to go to another store to pick up parts and counter sales do not know what other stores are doing or when parts delivery will be made.The staff needs tho be more knowledgeable about parts and lead times for pick up.

If you need auto paint.....this is the place to go! I needed some paint to fix a rust spot on my hood, and theu were able to mix an aerosol can within minutes.....and a perfect match!

Friendly staff, always have what I need. Which is paint! Quick to mix and wait times are short. Dont get pricey touch up paint from dealerships, check out Napa paint first!

Great service every time I go knowledgable staff.

Seems as though they have no time for the small guy. Only a couple of the guys are helpful. The rest look and act unhappy. I ended up going to Sherwin Williams on Girard and dropping my 600 dollars their. I was treated great, good prices and good product and not so far downtown. Beware at Napa paint of the taller guy with a goaty, he is rude and arrogant.
