Eric was awesome! I booked and paid online without any problems. I got a confirmation by email and he called to confirm, as well. They came early and were really flexible on where I wanted to put the jumper in my yard, doing what they could to get it just right. He even blew all the dust out and wiped off the jumper with soap and water to make it look really nice! Super cool and very professional.

Had a party on Sunday, April 23rd and rented a jumper. Booked online and called to verify. He was very easy to talk to and responsive - I called with questions and always returned my call quickly. Right before the party I realized I had a small space to get the jumper to the yard. He did everything he could to help us get it to the yard. The jumper was exactly what we ordered. Was clean. He arrived early. He set it up quickly and provided tarps for kids to change their shoes on. The bounce house was ready to go well before the party. He was very friendly and explained the rules of the jumper clearly. Overall it was a great experience and Fun Time Jumpers will be my go to bounce house business. The kids had a blast. I would recommend Fun Time to anyone looking for a bounce house.

The guy was so nice and helped me get the stuff out my car. When it was cake time we called him to asked if he wanted a slice and U gave him some ice cream to! THANK YOU

I am really pleased with each service provided by Fun Time. Reserving the bounce house online with additional tables and chairs was easy. I received a call the evening before to let me know what the arrival time would be. Everything arrived timely and was set up quickly. The bounce house was clean and in good condition. The driver even helped me unload items from my car for my sons birthday party. When the rental was over, the driver picked up the equipment on time. The party was at a park, so timely pick up and deliver was really appreciated since I didnt have to wait around. A very pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend their services.

I put a deposit to reserve a jumper for my Granddaughter Birthday Party. At first the site would not take my debit card. So I used my other credit card I rarely use. It took a few tries but then it worked. I figured the payment system was just glitching.On the website it asks if you’d like to use the same card for the balance once the jumper has been set up. I chose to use the credit card for the balance. Then we received a text asking for the remainder balance to be paid in cash cause he did not want the credit card fees. That bothered me but we complied.Today I get a call from my credit union saying there is fraudulent transactions on my card. Prior to putting the deposit I hadn’t used this card since January. There was over $1,300 used in my card. After getting off the phone with the credit card company. I called the owner of Funtime Jumpers to let him know his sight might be compromised. He tell me “it wasn’t us.” I said I’m not blaming you, I’m just letting you know what happened so he could look into it so his other customers don’t have the same problem. He said “I’ll look into it when you give me proof” very defensive, We we’re just trying to be nice and warm him to pay attention if other customers have the same problem. He kept arguing and repeated himself. All he had to say it thank you for letting me know. That’s it! We told him we just letting you know. I would not use a Credit card on his sight or any banking information. Not happy at all!
