Extremely knowledgeable sales representative. He gave a very detailed presentation of each product that we might be interested in. He listened to all of our concerns and presented many ideas and solutions at many different price ranges. He took lots of time and allowed us plenty of time to make our selections. I tried several mattresses and found the one I was most comfortable with. My sales guy, Chase, took all the time I needed in making my decision. He was instrumental in explaining key differences in bed types. Mattresses have come a long way in the past ten years. I am grateful to Chase in helping me through the selection and criteria process.

Our need for an adjustable base and hybrid mattress was well met due to the excellent selection at Mattress Firm. Our associate, Tajin, was knowledgeable, patient, and took great pains to make sure my husband could access the beds from his power chair. Doing business there was a pleasant surprise!

Later that evening I saw that the same mattress was on sale on their website for $100 cheaper… They quickly discounted & adjusted the price for me and were happy to do so. I was in a huge rush to get an adjustable bed for my terminally ill mother delivered to my house as quickly as possible. I went in with a base and mattress picked out online that had a 6 week delivery date. Unfortunately the gentleman working explained to me that the mattress I had picked out would not work. He very quickly showed me a mattress that not only worked, was in my price range, and that he could figure out a way to get the bed to me as quickly as possible, like 4 days fast. He was professional, efficient, knew his stuff, and absolutely amazing.Unfortunately I did not get his name, he was the only person working around 12:00 pm April 14, 2021 at The Mattress Firm located at 725 Brenda Drive, Alcoa TN 37701. Chase and Tagen helped us find our dream bed.My wife and I went in looking for a bed and Chase helped guide us through choosing a bed. We opted for an online mattress. It arrived and we were not satisfied so we went back to the store. Chase and Tagen both worked very hard to help us get our dream bed . We ordered on Sunday and they made sure it arrived by Monday.With an impending joint replacement for me this is something we had to make sure was perfect. They are the absolute best.Your delivery drivers Wes and Josh were fantastic as well. Our bed was set up and operating in less than 25 minutes. Well my wife and I started out looking at mattress firm online. We found the mattress we wanted and I called the number Instead of ordering on Line which was a good thing because we got an extra 10% off. It was a very smooth and easy transaction he gave us the delivery date was the next day they called with a 2 hour window and were here on time. The mattress was beautiful but it was very firm And we are basically side sleepers and that sure didnt work for us. Unsure of my next steps I actually went to the mattress firmed store and Talk to a very nice gentleman atticus Henry. such an amazing representative for mattress firm He gave a 110% and helped us through the process. Today we are Getting a new mattress shipped one I know that will work because i tried it out at the store. So the lesson here is do not buy a mattress online without 1st going to the store and checking it out. Believe me its worth the time and effort. Atticus was wonderful very professional very friendly and very on top of everything Id like to thank him personally.

The staff was amazing for every step of the process. We purchased new mattresses for our children, but my youngest child ended up hating hers because it was too firm. They made the 120 night sleep guarantee hassle-free. We were able to exchange the mattress for one that she absolutely loves now. They even came to our house to exchange the mattresses out. The prices are great and everybody that we worked with was pleasant! Well definitely be repeat customers in the future.

I went to Mattress Firm today in Alcoa, everybody was super nice! I had a spinal cord injury in 2018 and in currently in a wheelchair and sweep in a hospital bed. The mattress for the hospital bed was pretty worn out and I needed a new mattress for it. The gentleman helped me so much let me try out several different mattresses until we came up with one that would suit my needs. I want to let you know that Atticus Henry was very sweet and knowledgeable about all of the mattress has he showed me. I was highly impressed. Once I purchase the mattress I was able to go to the warehouse to pick my mattress up. The guys at the warehouse were there very nice to both my husband and I. I would love to of known the name of the gentleman at the warehouse to give him a shout out also.

When I left my house today I did not plan on buying a bed. I had been thinking of the idea of getting one and had even looked online a few different places Amazon or just one of those bed in a Box kind of things and I went into mattress firm just to see how the prices were and how easy it might be to be able to get one. I first asked about getting a bed in a Box and Attica was graciously kind enough to show me the models they had and even suggested a little bit more expensive one and when I say a little bit more I only mean a couple $100 not $500 I mean like $100 maybe $200. Let me tell you it was very much worth it to be able to get a bed that would not only last longer but woz more comfortable and even had the base that would allow it to sit up! I am thrilled with my new purchase and cannot wait till I get my new bed on Saturday. I was lucky enough to be able to have the time to talk to the guys at mattress firm and they were not pushy at all as to try to sell me a bed that day but I went ahead and purchased one. They were patient enough with me and my two-year-old son and even had toys in an area of the store where there was not any doors so he was not able to escape or go somewhere he should not have been and I was able to get the information that I needed about the beds they were extremely friendly and understanding even whenever my son wanted to play with all the buttons on the beds and even bang the remotes on the floor. Overall I had an amazing experience and that is what made me decide to buy a bed that day from those salesmen. I dont think Ill be going anywhere else to buy bed from now on.

Bought all three of my mattresses there. Had a problem with one of them & had to deal with Mattress Firm corporate, who did not want process the claim. However, once it was resolved and I returned to the store to select a replacement, Tagen, the manager, took great care to select a replacement for me and took great care of me. I am so glad I bought my mattresses from Mattress Firm. The warranty they offer cannot be matched and I wouldn’t trust a mattress from just anywhere. It’s a major purchase and one that should be made from a reputable company. I would choose Mattress Firm again.

Really liked the sales rep. His name was Atticus told him what I needed, how much I wanted to pay,he took me straight to the mattress that I needed. It doesnt get much easier than that and he was a really nice guy too. I definitely recommend the store and the sales rep Atticus.

They are more expensive than department stores, but if the mattress isn’t right for you then you can exchange it which gives you peace of mind. Our first mattress was horrible and was actually taken off the market. The process to get a new one has been simple. Atticus and all the other gentlemen at the Maryville location are wonderful!!

Went to continue to shop for a new bed for me and my husband yesterday. Immediately we are bombarded at the door by a man named David carrying a clipboard. We introduce ourselves and he begins his entire speech of he knows what we want. Any time we laid on a bed he would hover or sit at bed across from us and watch and what not. Never giving me or my husband the space to discuss how we like it or don’t. Eventually we find one we liked and we still were not able to talk about it between the two of us because he would not leave us alone! When I said numerous times we would need to think about it and we would like to check out other places, he then went into his entire thing about their financing and we should just “get this in lockdown”. He assumed we needed financing which was even more annoying. After saying more that we would need to think about it, and us trying to be as polite as possible, I even offered to leave contact information for us, he couldn’t even remember our names. (Horrible customer service) We finally said thank you and walked out. About 10 min later we arrived at a family owned small business across the street that got us right what we needed and at an amazing price, and even stayed after hours to insure all paperwork was done and we were able to bring our new bed home the same day. I would avoid Mattress Firm in general since its ran like a car dealership l, and David himself was uncomfortable to deal with. I do recommend Mattress Direct, who was absolutely amazing.
