This lady that works there every day when u dont go thru the drive thru and go inside shes just over bearing and gives off the vibe like my presence is disturbing her or bothering her then when I choose what I want she has to take her time and wrap it up and tape.it and to be honest it takes her more time to wrap the product then it does for me to choose I cant stand that lady

The tobacco was dry and I couldnt use it in my manual rolling machine, it kept plugging it up.

My sister & i live out of state. When we cone down to Alcoa ( where we both went school & grew up . we always stop in. Sonny is incredibly friendly, we just love her. She was so helpful with all of our questions. Unfortunately we probably wont be back to Alcoa so, i juat wanted to say that Shes an awesome person. Thank you

Awesome place very helpful employees, first walked in years ago looking for something particular that they didnt have and I couldnt find anywhere else so they ordered it and kept it in stock for me.

I buy about $125 worth of product every 3 weeks. This last time I was handed a bag with my products. After getting home I noticed 2 cartons were the wrong flavor (they were in the same color carton)so took them back. They just refused to swap out for correct flavor claiming their inventory was correct. I dont know about the inventory but I know the product is wrong. Until this the service has been good and the lady that works evenings is a pleasure to deal with but the owner is wrong to deny this request to swap. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This place is great. The ladys are always so helpful . If you cant find it they help you find it . Also they sale beer and vape juice not just cigarettes and cigars. They also sale a lot of nice nac type things too.

I love this place. Not only do they have the best price on cigs, they have a drive up window and Everytime I pull up, they know me and always have my order ready. Even if the cigs were more expensive here, (but they arent) Id come for the customer service alone!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
