Loss faith in this location. I was notified my vehicle was complete, picked it up, paid, heard loud noise from area worked on & returned to store all within 20 minutes.The same guy that took care of me tells me when I returned that I have to wait until the mechanic finishes a different job before he can address my noise & concerns. What?? He ( Kyle ) was super unhelpful, rude, condescending, and has horrible customer service. If I have already paid for a job you said was complete & there is an issue it should be a priority and addressed immediately with confidence. It should not be handled with indifference as Kyle did.

I was there for my regular oil change and tire rotation which is the life of your car.However I finally did find someone that could put a rear windshield wiper blade on my vehicle.I enjoy having a new windshield wiper on the rear window.

I used to go here for my oil change and tire rotation when it was $20. Even then they would be pushy to sell new, over priced tires I didnt need. Then they grew even more pushy and raised the price for the oil change + rotation to $30. Ok, it was still a good deal. Then they increased it to $50 and told me my brand new tires were balding and I needed all 4 replaced. I would get the spare free with a purchase of all 4 for $600! I laughed at them and tried to leave and the person who was there insisted I was going to blow a tire and wreck my car if I didnt change my mostly new tires. That was in 2011 and I didnt go back. Today, my friends took my car for me to have the brakes replaced. They started grinding just yesterday (not good I know but I just forgot). They wanted to charge $700 for 4 pads and 4 new rotors! I didnt need rotors! Ive had enough cars to know it takes more that one or two drives on bad brakes to destroy rotors. Then they tried to tell them my new tires I just bought last year were balding and I needed 4 brand new, still over priced, tires! Oh! And my obviously working headlight was out and I needed it replaced. Plus, they charged a $10 fee just to grace my car with their eyes, I guess. Bunch of scam artists is what they are! Discount Tire does great, fast work and brand new tires are half the price most other places. They come with a life of tire/so many miles warranty (depends on your tire) that only costs $10 to replace (for a new warranty) if the blown tire is covered. Theyre not pushy or threatening either. Budget Brakes did 4 brand new pads, 4 rotors AND ball bearings for my husbands Scion for roughly $200 and they were very friendly. Save your time and wallet! Go somewhere else even if you have to go 2 places, its still better than one terrible place. (And no, FS, I dont want your apologies because youre NOT sorry or you would STOP DOING THIS. You would have stopped years ago. No, I dont want your offers or discounts because youre service is over priced as it is and yall are rude and pushy. There is nothing you can do that will bring me into your doors.)

I love these guys. I had a very big problem with my brakes. The corrosion was so bad that they couldn’t get one of the disk to separate. They had to order parts that came in that day. They thought it could take a couple of days to get everything done. I was more than surprised that I got it back that evening. They knew that I was leaving for another state to work and needed it back ASAP. They even gave me a ride back to my sisters so I didn’t have to wait there the entire day. Thank you Doug for the ride.

I was out of state on vacation when we got a flat. After checking in two local shops, we were unable to find the right tire for my car, so we had to limp to this Firestone in Alcoa, from Gatlinburg. Realizing it would take an hour to get there, I called ahead and specified that it was my front drivers side tire. My back set and front set are two different sizes, which is well documented on my Firestone profile after several years of receiving service strictly from my local Firestone in South Carolina. The tech said they didnt have it, but would order from the warehouse and it would take an hour. When we arrived an hour later, the gentlemen with glasses at the front desk barely looked up from his computer before telling me it would be an hour before the tire arrived. My husband and I went to grab lunch, returned an hour later to the same gentlemen who sluggishly told me it should be any minute now. Thirty minutes into waiting in our car, I notice him leave and still no one has come to tell me where the tire is. I went inside and asked the new gentlemen at the desk what the status was, he said he wasnt sure and the previous associate was on lunch. He came back with an update of 30 minutes since he had to call the warehouse himself and then said hed have someone at least come get my tire out of the trunk since no one had. He took the car back a few minutes later and we waited in the lobby, exhausted with a four hour drive back to SC in front of us. After another 20 to 30 minutes he informs me that the tire the previous associate ordered WAS FOR THE BACK TIRE even though I specified three times it was the front tire. Turns out they had my front tire in stock the whole time. 3 unnecessary hours and $200 later, we were on the road. If I could rate this location lower, I would!

Avoid this place!! Took them 8 hours to complete an oil change. Customer service is terrible. Charged $150.00 for oil change and tire rotation. I will never bring my vehicle back!

They said they can not patch or plug a tire and I would need a new one. Tire still has over half its tread left. Went down the road and got it patched no problem so dont waste your time there .

Doug is the man! Hes not just some dude who does alignments, hes someone who understands suspension geometry and will make sure your alignment is tailored to your vehicle and your needs. They arent just taking tires here.

Big shout out to Bryce for staying after closing and waiting for the tow truck to get there with my broken down Ford. And then being kind enough to drive me to get a rental car. All on a holiday weekend. Totally saved our road trip. And the work was done quickly and at a fair price!! Highly recommend!

If you want the absolute BEST service in wheel/tire work, from an alignment to mounting and balance, Doug is the man you wanna see. Every car enthusiast I know takes theirs to him, from cheap daily drivers to show cars - and for good reason! But thats not all, as the service and maintenance techs are all stand-up guys. My SO took her car in for a valve cover gasket, and they were very transparent with service time and cost - and even advised us on other things that might need to be changed in the process. Service was timely for the amount of labor involved, and we were invoiced plainly and fairly. Love this place, and love supporting the honest guys who work here!

My husband was there 30-45 minutes before closing on a Sunday with something rattling IN our tire. Instead of helping him, the man at the desk claimed that no one had the time to look at the tire. Even though there was only one car up on the rack and the rest of the techs were just walking around. As a previous employee of a Firestone, my husband always had to take in tire issues even if it was closing. Apparently this Firestone does not value its customers.

Awesome local shop with a top notch suspension tech. Doug was able perform a 4 wheel alignment on my wifes BMW that exceeded factory specs and talk us through the process as well. Our next set of tires will be purchased here as well.

Sad to say that my experience here was less than satisfying because I try to support business close to home. I drove a few more miles to Knoxville and found someone who wanted my business and who was willing to help. I purchased 4 wheels, 5 new tires, had my brakes and rotors replaced & oil changed. Ended up saving myself a few hundred dollars too.

I bought a 2017 Sentra from Ole Ben Franklin Alcoa (who has been wonderfully helpful).The brakes were grinding and squeaking so we took it to Firestone Alcoa on 311 S Calderwood, turns out the rear brake adjustor on the right was broken. Asked for a full inspection. Got the car back after the adjustor fix and the brakes were still grinding - they never did an inspection.Brought the car back and asked for a FULL INSPECTION.they charged the dealership again for a brake adjustment, and said their was another $935 of work that needed to be done. Including the shocks on a 2017 car (never been in an accident) being unsafe And leaking oil.We took the car back to the dealership to drop off the loaner car and it was squeaking SO LOUD when they pulled it out of the Firestone garage you could hear it for a mile.Firestone found all this extra work to charge for, NEVER did the inspection requested, NEVER fixed the original brake problem (they were still grinding), Found EXTRA work to do suddenly having problems we never did before we brought it there and BROKE THE ROTOR making it squeal insanely loudly, so they can do work again and again charging more and more every time.These people are friendly to your face and do dishonest and DISGUSTING business practices, abusing working class families with children, exploiting the good will of local dealerships.DO NOT take your vehicle here, it will leave the shop with more damage than you took it in with.

Limped car in with a donut, after trying a both Walmart and discount tire. These guys were nice able to find a reasonable solution for an affordable price while not really affordable but a fair price and less than either Walmart or discount tire. Both Michael and Bryce were very nice and easy to work with and one of the other guys it was there that also I did the work on the car was awesome on these folks I would definitely recommend without a second thought or hesitation. And if you have Firestone tires on your car regard us where you got him these folks will actually do rotations and so forth without jerkin your round or charging a bunch of money unlike the Firestone at foothills mall.

While visiting Townsend, we picked up a nail in a tire and I couldnt be happier with the quality of service that we received at this Firestone location

Had a “waiting here with my vehicle” appointment for 10:00am, they didn’t even pull my truck into the garage till 11:15. Told me I needed an a/c compressor and it would be $1,000 labor plus parts cost. Took somewhere else for a second opinion, was in and out in an hour and said all I needed was a pressure valve, parts and labor cost was $150. Glad I went somewhere else for a second opinion! Will not return here!!

This place was courteous and, free of charge, replaced my gasket to the coolant system. The problem was that the gasket fell out and coolant leaked everywhere. BUT, the redeeming thing was that they had my car towed, they reimbursed me, AND they fixed the problem. They get 4 stars because none of us is perfect, and they corrected their mistake. I was appreciative. You can trust these folks.

I had a front end alignment done and two new tires put on and cost me $318 for the mechanic not to tell me that I have a ball joint thats fixing to fall out of my car and done a front end alignment anyway when youre not supposed to so whoever the mechanic was that worked on my Ford Taurus is a moron and doesnt need to be working there

Didnt correctly balance my tire. Went in because there was vibration in a tire, told them as much. Almost 700$ later and the vibration is still there, a different mechanic told me that the NEW tire I purchased didnt have correct weights in it.

I was pretty satisfied with my visit- except having to wait about 10 minutes to be helped and the tech not knowing how to remove my old windshield wipers. I was hoping to get in and out, but it took over 20 minutes with there being no one helped in front of me other than a caller. I think the only improvements needed are having someone come to the front to help as backup and having the tech ask for help immediately instead of struggling for almost another 10 minutes.

I would normally give them 5 stars...but went in recently for an alignment and oil change the day before we left for vacation...the next day my husband is checking all the fluids etc before we go and decided to check out the oil....there wasnt hardly any in it!!!! I hate to think what would have happened if we left and broke down on the interstate somewhere. When I called them...the man told me I must have a leak or my vehicle is burning oil...it has the same amount of oil in it today that it had in it 2 weeks ago when we left out of town....very disappointed

We were told that it would be 45 minutes for an oil change....it took 3 hours while we waited. No apologies. Dont go there if youre in a hurry.

Good enough that I went back and got a new battery for my wifes car! Plan to use them regularly for future car maintenance.

Very disatisfied waited 4 hours fir a oil change all to find out that the car was ready in 2 hrs they made me sit there 2 aditional hours without telling me the car was finished. Asked them to top off fluids went to check never did sat there and lied to me saying thsy did also they lied to me saying they tried to call me and let me know it was done not no werein my call history on my cell that they tried to call i am so upset with them ive been going here for 12 years and have never been treated like i did today im going to cut up my firestone cards pay off my balance and be done with them im over it nothing worse then getting lied to and making u sit there when ur car is ready omg such unproffesional people.

My wife took my son’s car (1998 Camry) here today for front brake repair. They quoted her a price of 1000 bucks, telling her everything including the brake lines needed to be replaced(not true). Thank GOD I was home when they called the estimate...I said no way, went and got the car, told them they were trying to rip us off, then got it fixed across town (same day) for 276.00!!! Just a bunch of rip off artists trying to take advantage of my wife!
