Just moved down here to Knoxville, TN from Chicago. I needed service on my GMC and needed to find a dealership that I could trust. Everyone at Twin City was very friendly. The Service rep that helped me was an outstanding gentleman. He went out of his way to assist me with a parts inquiry I had and walked me over to parts and introduced me to the parts guys. These guys were great too. I was in and out from service.

Went today to buy a GMC Acadia. They had one on their website for over a week. Salesperson said it must have sold. Come to find out per the sales person, the owner’s wife is driving it so it shows they still have it but it’s not available. Lost sale and they wouldn’t honor GM employee discount. We drove to Rice, bought an Acadia and they honored GM discount. Not impressed with Twin City.

My husband and I were needing a new car due to a total loss on our other vehicle. My dad (Bill Boring) told me he would have a family friend(Tommy Edmonds) call me that would do me right. Well Mr. Tommy Edmonds called me got some info on prices that I wanted to stay in and said he would call me back. An he did that same day, in the mean time we had been looking in the internet on Twin Citys other lots on the internet and we told him what we had found. So Tommy Edmonds went to the other lot picked up the vehicle to have it at his lot for us to go look at and drive. Went out the next morning to look at it, me not being an optimistic person didnt think we would be able to get it. Well Tommy Edmonds went above and beyond to help us, he went through his lots inventory, went to another lot and picked up the vehicle we wanted, called when he said he would, reworked the numbers to get our payments where we wanted them,even down to getting us floor mats and an extra key for our new vehicle. We were blessed when Tommy called to help us with our car buying needs, not only is he nice, polite, knowledgeable, professional, honest, he is also a church going, God fearing Christian and I knew just from that, that we would be in good hands buying our new car. I went in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation today. I did have a coupon for that for $54.99. The service technician then came out to inform me that my front rotors were rusting and front pads were not in great shape, plus the brake fluid needed to be changed as well as the cabin air filter. I gave the ok to do the work..After getting the bill I was very disappointed in the pricing of the parts..The brake pad kit $205.00 can be purchased for $50.00. The Rotors were just a bit over priced at $230.00. $100.00 for a brake flush, and $46.00 for a cabin filter. That is just a bit overpriced.. I retired from General Motors after 30 plus years of service and thought a %10 discount could have applied the way it used too.

I recieved excellent customer service while getting service (oil change, tire rotation, multipt. inspection) done on my Chevrolet. I had a 1pm appointment, arrived 10 min early, and was already back on the road in less than an hour. Service advisor Paul exceeded my expectations in terms of kindness, as well as the kind lady who checked me out. I will definitely be returning for all future needs when I am in town for school.

Service dept. Went down hill due to poor management. Techs have left yet they still use their credentials to decieve General Motors. For company bonuses for the service dept. And have at least one listed as a master tech but does not have the ase certification to back it up. Sad really used to be a good place to work but bad leadership has and is costing them. Please remove mine and the other techs who have left from your employee list on your web site

I had regular service done and 100,000 mile service done. I dropped off vehicle the night before. Service writer went over everything that was going to be done to my vehicle for my approval. All service was dne in a timely manner.

Standard PM. Would have liked a car wash wasn’t given that option and I’m not sure if it is standard to do on a PM. Based on recent experience with OEM PM work I have always received a wash and general vacuum. Other than that my experience was great didn’t wait long on the work to be completed and was in and out in about an hour. Would also like to see old replacement parts just to ensure work was completed but that’s my personal preference. Overall will use again.

Purchased a used vehicle online with Hank Bennett, our salesman. We negotiated a fair price for all parties and arranged a time to drive up from FL to close the deal. We arrived and test drove the vehicle and were quite pleased with the personalized service Hank provided. He answered all of our questions, took the time to show us the various options available on the vehicle and even transferred our contacts onto the blue tooth system. We forgot to grab our FL tag from our trade-in vehicle and he called shortly after we left to say he thought we might need it? Indeed we did and backtracked to the dealership to save us significant FL title transfer fees. A most pleasurable experience purchasing a vehicle online!

We were traveling through Tennessee and our 2018 GMC 3500 got mechanical problems. We brought the vehicle into the dealership and was greeted by Paul in the service department from when we arrived we were treated so well and they took our vehicle in straight away and started working on it straight away we were then told the parts would only arrive the next day, they then issued us with a courtesy vehicle to use. Like pulling teeth with these people, no calls returned despite being promised by Stanley and finance. One would think during a pandemic theyd be more interested in selling a car. Sales staff knew nothing about the vehicles, options and seemed more interested in socializing with each other in the comfort of air-conditioning indoors.Encore GX is a decent car but not enough to deal with these people, bought a Soul instead from Parkside KIA.

I recently purchased a Verona from Twin City Buick and I love it. The gas mileage is great, the seats are comfortable, and the safety devices can be life saving. The backing up camera, the side mirror lights that tell when a car is beside you, the air bags all around and the dinging sound when the car touches a white line on the highway help me to feel safer on the road. I feel that Doug and Steve gave me a fair deal on the car. Doug patiently explained all the inside bells and whistles. All the people there with whom I came in contact were friendly and nice.
