Prices a little higher than I expected but I found just what I was looking for. Everything was neat, orderly and clean.

I have shopped at this store countless times and have grown to really like it. They sell a variety of products which are in great condition and are cheap. The store itself looks very clean, but I still do recommend washing the products after buying them. The only downside of this store is it tends to get crowded pretty quickly. Theres only two dressing rooms. Beside that, I really enjoy shopping here.

Wanted to take about 5 prom dresses I have to consign. Upon walking in the door the owner looks at me holding my dresses and immediately says that she cant take what I have because they look too old. My dresses are all within 2-3 years old each about $300 a piece. She says that she is looking for glittery dresses. All of mine except two had glitter and sequins. She grabs my dresses and kind of goes through them, insulting each one, and then tosses one of my hangers on the counter because it wasnt good enough for her. She hands me back all of my dresses after about 15 seconds of insults and then KEEPS my hanger so one of my dresses didnt have a hanger after I left. I asked if they knew anyone else looking to consign dresses and they said not for what I have to offer. This place is a joke. Super unprofessional. Dont give them your money.
Absolutely awesome place to shop at! Every single one of the staff were more than helpful in finding dresses in any size, style, price your looking for. They have a lay-away option and they have dresses that cannot be found anywhere in TN for very affordable pricing. I promise you will not be disappointed!!!
To my surprise found out they have a second store on Kingston Pike which carry social occasion dresses that I am looking forward to seeing.But in the past have good success in shopping there.
I have always found something when I’ve went. They are so friendly and helpful. They keep the newest stuff in and always have a big selection for great prices. They also have a huge selection of prom dresses. I’m actually going today to look at prom dresses. They have good hours so you can always find time to go.
Awesome shop! I have shopped here several times and always find something great to wear or the perfect accessory. I don’t have to have designer clothes, but let’s be honest, some clothes are just made better and last longer (Gap, Old Navy, Lee) than other clothes. I have bought a vintage Fossil handbag, tunic from Old Navy, flannel shirt made by Lee and more. The owner is great and fair in her pricing. The clothes are always clean and free of damage. I love this store and will shop here whenever I need something ‘new’ for my wardrobe! The staff is always friendly and helpful.

I love this store. I stop by once every couple of weeks. She always has good deals and sales. Today I was able to get 3 pairs of jeans and a pair of Tennis shoes for $39.00. All name brand and good shape.

All of the clothes are name brand & in good condition. The store is always clean & the variety of formals that they have are beautiful. Most of them are even brand new. The owner is very kind & does a great job keeping up with this store!!
I am local to Alcoa/Maryville and stopped in on a whim. My schedule is so full I rarely shop anymore because it is usually such a chore. But, I had so much fun in this store. I was in there at least 2 hours and tried on a lot of stuff and the owner and her assistant were both patient and very nice. Told me to take all the time I needed and not one complaint about re-hanging the stuff I didn’t buy, although I did my part and tried to put stuff back on hangers as best as I could as everyone should do in my opinion. There is a ton of work involved in this kind of business and I appreciate their business. Anyway, I did find a lot of great bargains and bought a lot which is hard to do in my size category. There is a huge amount of things in a variety of categories in the store and you can browse and try on with absolutely no pressure from the staff. I was delighted with my experience and will be going back.

Katies Kloset has always been a terrible experience. I had given them lots of business in the past for buying cheap clothes and selling my unworn clothes. The first couple of times i brought all the brands they asked for, but they did not even take the clothes I brought except for a few items that the owner did not specify and gave me $10. I also brought a pair of gently worn vans and she offered $8?? Seriously? However, my worst experience with this owner was a prom dress. I had purchased a prom dress on the spot for $100 that the owner had bought from a prom overstock website (this was not a dress she had bought from a customer) it was new and unworn. The next day, my date cancelled on me for prom and I was $100 out of luck because I no longer had a reason to go. All sales are final from Katies Kloset but I thought I would talk to the manager and hopefully explain the situation to get my money back. Let me just say this: SHE IS SO LOUD AND RUDE. I explained my situation and she literally said this loud enough for everyone to hear sorry all sales are final. I said I understand but Ive given you a lot of business the past few years and you just saw me buy this dress yesterday so I was kind of hoping you could help me out. Nope sorry. HOW RUDE. This woman is SO STINGY. She could have easily made a deal with me considering she wasnt splitting the money with anyone because she bought the dress herself. I cannot stand this business and I def will not be recommending this place to anyone. This place is horrible. The cherry on top is that this owner has no manners as well. She literally talks about every customer that comes in and has something bad to say. Also, she says it LOUD. I cannot stand the rudeness, loudness, and inconsiderate business this woman tries to run. This is harsh but true. They have cute clothes for sure, but dont waste your time with the manager and look for a good deal or friendly service. On a side note, Ms.manager I really hope you and other potential customers see this because karma always comes full circle :).

Customer Sarah Howser has reported a review based on lies. She brought in two Prom dresses for us to sell. One sold and I paid her $40 cash. The second prom dress was returned to her. The unsold dress was clean and hanging up when I returned it to her. She did receive payment. She is using google to harm my business. Her future Mother-in-Law works at Katies Kloset and since they have been at odds over the past week, Sarah has decided to post a lie about my business as a way to upset my employee and project a negative image for my business. I have always been nice to her, but find her behavior immature and unfair. Katies Kloset should not be involved with their arguments. We LOVE Katies Kloset. My daughter was little when we first visited the store when it was on Broadway. We have always had great success finding just what we need there. From little girl clothes to junior sizes now.
A very fun place to visit, all of thier prices are very reasonable especially for the quality of the clothes. Every employee is friendly and helpful. The store also has a good lay out which makes finding clothes super easy and relaxing. I 10/10 recommend this place to anyone who is looking for formals, shoes, or if you are just out shopping! Katies Kloset is an excellent place to visit.
DO NOT SHOP HERE! I stood behind this woman in line at the Ross in Farragut and watched her buy dozens of their clearance dresses, and she was bragging to the employee about how she could resell the items at a higher price and how she does this at several other stores. There isnt a law against what shes doing, but dont pay her prices when you could have gotten a better deal elsewhere.
The number reason we shop here is for the highest quality, uniqueness of product and excellent prices. We can always find one of a kind clothes and shoes for the entire Family. One of my best kept secrets, lol.

Great selection and great prices! They often have specials on select merchandise, and occasionally store wide. The owner has always been very sweet to me, I have sold to her and bought from her for several years and had great experiences doing both.
My teen daughter loves to shop at Katies Kloset in Alcoa and I love the prices on the name brand merchandise. I have never had a negative experience when I have shopped here with her. The shop has a large inventory and is always accepting new name brand items.

Really great for womens shoes/clothing. A lot of options. There is a decent selection for men as well in clothing. Kids, more specifically toddlers/babies, theres really nothing at all. If youre looking 12m or smaller, youll have a few outfits to sort through. But what they do have is cute.Also, dont take a small child with you. If youre bigger yourself, good luck. Each rack is touching and the racks themselves are so stuffed that its extremely hard to look through the clothes. Not a completely bad thing for us women since there are a lot of options. But good luck moving through the store. Really, just needs a larger space and a few more racks.Still a good place thats local to maryville and cheaper. But Platos/Clothes Mentor/Once Upon A Child has a lot cheaper prices with just as many options. So really if youre local and dont want to make the drive, its worth it.
Love to be able to take clothes that no longer fit and trade for new sizes. They are always so helpful. Great place to shop..

Katie’s Kloset carries a stylish collection of EUC and new clothing for infants, children, women, and men. Their ample selection of prom dresses have layaway options, too. I’ve sold and traded some clothes here all at a fair price - much fairer prices than other places I’ve been to. I’m always greeted by friendly faces and good conversation. I would highly recommend both the Maryville and Knoxville stores.
Jackie and staff are always very friendly and helpful. I could spend hours in here going through the racks. All clothing and accessories are clean and in style. She also gives gair trade value on the items she buys.

I am baffled at what I just witnessed.I went in this store for the first time today. I was very excited because I love finding new places like this. Im assuming it was the owner who was working, because someone called her Katie. Anyway, she made extremely negative comments and talked bad about every person who left the store. I thought she was talking to someone else, but it made it even worse when I realized she was talking to the customers who were in the store! I was seriously afraid to walk out because I didnt know what she was going to say about me to the other customers. I was so uncomfortable. Incredibly unprofessional. Absolutely will not go back, and Ill be sure to tell others what kind of experience they will receive.
Dresses were great! However, the woman working was exhausting! It was almost like we were inconveniencing her having to help us, like maybe her job wasn’t to rehang/rebag dresses that we didn’t like. She was repeating herself over and over. Maybe drugs? We all left with headaches.Ugh if you shop here...take Tylenol or drugs too

They have okay prices on prom items, but thats it. And while we were waiting in line for dressing rooms, i observed the owner talking bad about every person who came left the store, like she was trying on size 1 dresses, she couldve wore a 5 or 6. She even was taking about somone who was in the dressing room saying that they were gonna cause her to be there till midnight.. I understand being frustrated with customers, Ive worked customer service, but you shouldnt say it too other customers or even out loud where they can hear you. Very unprofessional.

I bought a prom dress from here... And its beautiful and worth 100 dollars dont get me wrong... But the woman who works in the front was very rude and annoying. The whole time i was in there she was talking about customers that had just left and would not stop talking. She even got on the phone to talk to a friend of hers complaining about customers WHILE WE WERE IN THERE. And she talks loud enough for everyone to hear. I couldnt wait to leave that place...ill only go back to sell my clothes.

Katies Kloset is a awesome place to shop. For women, men, and kids. They have a great selection of top brands American Eagle, Areo, Hollister ect...They also carry shoes, purses, and jewelry, and the best part is they have LAYAWAY!!! Thats AWESOME!!! I recommend this place to all of my friends and family. Its lightly worn name brands for next to nothing, when your use to paying top dollar for a name on a shirt!! Everytime I come in to the store I get belittled and the owner of the store always thinks I should wear a bigger size than I do, I took in a pair of jeans that I bought from her a little over a month ago and she says she dont take jeans like that giving the condition they were in lol Im done doing business with her i wear boot cut jeans she says she dont buy them its too bad she dont cause Id buy every pair.
