Has been years since Ive been to a Walmart and now I remember why. Store was completely a mess. Dirty and disorganized with rotten banana peels behind shelves, and the one product I came for wasnt even in the store despite the Walmart site saying there were six of them available.Save your time and go to Kroger or order from somewhere else online.
You can’t expect people to want to shop at your store if you are on hold 15 mins and routed to the same person 3xs then the associate tell you she’s going to send you to the managers office to hold for another 15. I’m literally on hold as I type this. I am only looking for one thing. I’ve never had this much of a hassle trying to get someone on the phone besides the DMV and IRS. Weak sauce yous guys.
Never had a problem. The Pharmacist and staff are always very busy but always willing to help me find a specific product from the store shelves. I’m a 73 year old male.
NEVER ANY OPEN CHECK-OUTS!!! will have 1 register open with an employee and literally 30people in line, and 4 other employees stocking the register shelves.... how did walmart get this big with such awful service???
The pharmacy is a joke. extremely rude and unprofessional.
Very efficient staff and they have always been very respectful and professional.
Never had any problems! The only thing...I became aware that they eliminated the girl that would work the front and the phones which means that the technicians have to stop filling pills to catch a phone or help a customer. This is a disaster waiting to happen. They cannot be efficient doing both. Get the front girl back!
Friendly and dependable! Great people!
Every time I go to the counter to get meds the person has no clue what they are doing.😳
Fill your prescription somewhere else if possible. I wish we could count the number of times weve had issues with this pharmacy on just one hand ... most recently, not notifying us when an important medication was out-of-stock -- a medicine that my wife needs to manage her disability that we fill there EVERY month. Had they notified us, we might have been able to seek a different pharmacy ... which well be doing now anyway.
This was a horrible experience!!!! I refilled two medications. When I got them home - the medications were wrong. I called and spoke with Luke. I explained to him that I am disabled and rarely drive and could NOT come back to the store. He kept repeating that there was NOTHING he would do to help me unless I came in. He tried numerous times to over-speak me when I was talking, did not seem to know the HIPAA laws, and kept repeating I can see where this is going. He refused to admit they had made a mistake. He tried to talk down to me after I told him that I had worked in the industry and I knew what the law was. They could have refilled my medications and sent them by Uber to me but he refused. I did my research - I know exactly what they did wrong. They changed one medication from 30 days to 90 days and then they mislabeled one medication and split it into two different brands without notification of the change. Luke NEVER ONCE asked me for the imprint on the meds so HE could identify them. I had to do it. Then when I called back to tell him this, he refused to answer my call. I was left on hold for 25 minutes the first time and 16 minutes the second time. This is the most horrible experience of customer service I have ever had.
Had a refill prescription for thyroid meds that are on the $10 for 90 day list. Imagine my shock when they quoted $47 for it. I questioned why, thinking it was just a mistake, but no, they said it was because they had to get from a different supplier. I dont care where it comes from. You should not have even refilled until I was informed of this and had an option of going somewhere else. I will NEVER have another prescription filled there again. EVER!
Very friendly
My daughter picked up my medication, one medicine she pickup was zofran it was supposed to be 9 pills but was put in as 90.The pharmacy tech told her that it was a lot of pill and the amount seemed wrong.I received the bag see that it was 90 and I know it was wrong.I talked to the manager (Pharmacy manager Luke store 6072 Alcoa)about the amount that i was given. Telling me they even questioned my daughter about the amount. I was very up set this medicine it almost wrint for 9 or less dose.I asked why dint you call my doctor to verify amount. He said he didnt have time to call doctors everytime they question thought a medication was writen wrong. Then he said people with cancer do pick up large amounts of this drug and maybe i had cancer which i said you can look at my medication and know that wasnt the case. Then said I would just have to keep them because I could have been messing with the pills in the parking lot. He was rude, condescending and had no regards to my feelings. I will be sending all my medication back to Walgreens, where I have never been treated badly. I also plan on taking my shopping to other retail stores. For me this is the straw that broke the camels back.
Poor customer service. Being in a pandemic does not give the right to any employee to treat customer with disrespect. I will never go back to this location again. Wasted my lunch hour because a employee did not want to take the time to do their job.
Absolutely amazing staff.
It is a very nice place but it just takes way too long to get your prescriptions filled there should be a much easier and faster way to get this done
The pharmacy staff are always working like lil bees! Medicine us akways ready at said time. Friendly n fast!
Nice place.
