I cannot express how much I love this business. They have been taking care of my gun needs for years. Jess, Donnie, and James have been nothing but friendly, professional, and amazing every time I am there. These are the kind of people you want to work with. Whenever I recommend a gun store, this is the place I suggest.

Excellent place to buy a gun and accessories. Friendly, helpful and patient. They are knowledgeable about there stuff and not cocky. Best gun buying experience that I have ever had. I have purchased hundreds of firearms from many places, but believe me never treated better.

8/29/19:This business offered reasonable $20 transfers for a while but have decided to increase their transfer fee to $100. I am disappointed in this.At the same time they stated they would be willing to try and price match any retailer, even online.I was in the market and decided to give them a shot. Their initial price was higher (by $20) than gun stores closer to me. I messaged them the best price I could find online ($70 less) and they were able to match it. Yes, taxes will apply to this purchase but if a local retailer can keep their prices close to online retailers Id rather support local businesses. Since I did not have to pay shipping or even a $30 transfer fee I was within a few dollars of the online price even with taxes considered.Ive revised my review of this location and will continue to do so throughout my transaction.

Im new to the fire arm scene. Ive been to 8 different gun dealers and New Bern Arms was by far the best. Customer service and prices. Not only did I get the best deals, but they was very helpful in teaching me what I need to know and what I should do.

Have bout several guns there and #1 thing is even if very busy you are welcomed as soon as u walk in. Owner and employees very nice and knowledgeable of products. Cant wait to shoot my new REX thanks new bern arms

Always a friendly place to visit. I haven’t actually purchased a firearm there but have purchased small items. I suggest you go there and just visit with James... got questions or just wanna talk about guns, he’s your guy.

Charged a 20% restock for an item he said was a special order. And the item NEVER left the store He cheated me out of almost 200.00Hope he chokes on it . Bills outpost is a much better store, tons more inventory and will sell guns at just as good of pricesScrew you New Bern Arms
