A must go! There mulch is awesome! They have all your hardscape needs . But, if going on a weekend end call first. Their hours, on the week vary from the ones given on the phone.

We went to drop off brush from our property we had cut. They charge you $30 to drop off your own brush and you have to unload it yourself, just so they can throw it in a machine to chop up and charge customers to buy it. I could understand $30 if their employees were hand cutting it, but come on.

Good place to buy mulch and topsoil but they need to fill the holes in the roads on their property.

The product is OK. I do not recommend this place to anyone. The lady in the office is rude and condescending. She talked about other customers while they were there. The manager, Tim was equally as rude. I have spoken with several business owners and we agree. This is not a place that deserves our business. Look elsewhere. I’ve heard a few new places with the same options, that are equal if not cheaper.

Bought over 40 yards of mulch in the last 3 years and service is always great. Had one problem load and they took care of it with no problem.

Great deals on mulch, gravel and paving brick. e.g. $30 a yard for crush and run. They also have yards in Knoxville on Emory and south of Maryville off 411.

Left work early because they close at 5. Pull up to the gate a 4:20 and gates are locked. Nobody to answer the phone to see if someone is there. Never heard anything bad about the place but so far not too impressed.

I use Kellems for my mulch needs I like the black enviro mulch. Pull up to the office (building on left as you enter) and go inside to pay. They will direct you to where you need to put your truck/trailer. Sometimes office is closed and you will need to find the man in the frontloader. They also sell rock and topsoil. Call for availability before you come.

I arrived at Kellems 20 minutes before the 5pm closing only to be told by the office that they had shut down their computers at 4:30. I could not get any mulch even though there were guys in loaders loading other trucks.
