We enjoy our rental pontoon but more importantly was the quick and quality service we received. I didn’t get her name but the rental lady was awesome.She was personable and genuine and really cared about you having a good experience. I would suggest they do take some time and explain where and how far the local restaurants are. Being a tourist I was reluctant to travel too far out of comfort zone.My fault I should have asked but I think it would be good business on your part. This is not a complaint it’s a suggestion. I very much enjoyed my experience do did my family.Thanks sgain

Super nice staff, helpful and patient. Took the time to answers my question and make sure I understod thier policies. They made sure I had all the information I needed. One of the outside stuff help me cover my boat with out me asking him to help. Also very convenient location, right off 280.

Good marina with great staff at the gas pumps. Very helpful and curteous. Boats for rent as well if needed. Clean store inside but not much gear or options. Feels like Kowlaiga Marina has a bit more options for gear and snacks, etc.

Very friendly guy in the front helped me find what I was looking for and at a reasonable price.

I would not recommend storing your boat here. We were customers for a year and when our second year started, we prepaid for 12 months. We ended up selling our boat and have been waiting for over 3 months for our prorated refund! Unprofessional and incompetent.. We have provided date, method of payment and amount of payment information to them twice although it should be in their accounting system.

Russell marina at river north is the worst business Ive ever encountered. Everything is way over priced. Any work done will take longer then necessary and they probably wont let you know when its done. After calling them they told me my seadoo has been ready for weeks. When I got there to pick it up it was still not ready. The staff is uninterested in being helpful. Hands down the worst business I have ever dealt with. AVOID RUSSELL MARINA RIVER NORTH!

Lele and staff take great care of you. We pay the annual fee for indoor storage and get a discount off merchandise and fuel. Pick up and drop off convenient for anyone located on the northern end of Lake Martin. Just off Hwy 280 at the river bridge. We also have them handle annual detail and wax, quartly clean ups. Winter/summer-iazation, etc. Prices are competitive.
