My Mom went into the store this morning her bill balance were not what was told to her in the beginning. The store manager is very rude need more training and will lie about your bill just to get a sale. Long as shes working there that store will never get our business again. Very poor service

The store manager is very nice and helpful. She can answer any question you ask her; if she doesn’t know the answer she will try her best to find it.

On, Sunday April 4, 2021, I called Cricket Wireless in Alexander City to inquire about a customer’s account. I am a current employee with Cricket Wireless. I’ve been in this business for 5 years. Kenya was very disrespectful, rude and lack knowledge about the company. Furthermore, she hung the phone up while I was politely asking a question on behalf of the customer’s account. When working with the public communication skills and the ability to speak with someone is a required skill. The fact she lacks this skill tells me she lacks the ability to remain professional. There is no age limit when it comes to someone displaying disrespect and ignorance. If she is old enough to be hired and work or represent a company I highly suggest a professional ethics course because she lacks prosper ethics

I’m usually not one to leave reviews, however I was in earlier today with my iPhone that was frozen & the associate Kenya did not try to help me at all! She ignored my concerns and shrugged her shoulders not even trying to help me with my phone and told me my only option was to pay a $250 deductible with the worst attitude. I literally drove all the way to the nearest cricket which was Sylacauga and I was in and out within 2 minutes with a fixed phone. I’m not upset the girl in Alexcity didn’t have the knowledge to fix it, but I am upset with how she treated me considering I was as nice as could be to her. I recommend better training for the place.

The employee told me they were not trained to go into my settings to help me we had to drive 45 minutes to another store to get the issue fixed the store needs better i was completely dissatisfied with the customer service

Visited store today to upgrade phones, Kenya the lady that was working was very unprofessional, she was rude and very demeaning, I would not suggest anyone buy from thus location, I will drive extra before shopping there again.
