The store didnt have on hand exactly what I was looking for (sold out) but they very helpfully ordered what I wanted, and out the door I went.They really do have a vast selection of high-quality goods/products in the categories of bed, bath and kitchen items.If they dont have the item you seek on hand (for whatever reason) they are more than glad to order it for you.I really like going to their stores, its the female version of a males Home Depot - and their prices are usually very reasonable for the quality of the item being purchased.(Yes - admittedly their stores bring out the feminine in me).👍😄👍

Final visit: bathroom not hygienic. The rest of the store looked good, but all I could think about was PETRI DISH after seeing the bathroom. PRINCE WM. CTYs bathroom/store is much better.

I shop at BB&B often but lately I try to buy online. The associates are not as nice as they used to be and most of the time I try to find someone to help it just doesn’t happen. They have a great selection of stuff though. Thank goodness I’m a big shopper and pretty much know the stores I go to and can navigate through on my own. Love the coupons but I have found that their prices tend to be a little higher probably because they are suspecting people will use a coupon. I always do google searches out of curiosity before so I know. They have a decent skincare/hair care selection also

Years. I like the easy parking and the email discounts 20% or more. But as much as I liked it, took them longer than forever to get someone to help with Ninja machine and coffee machine.

I love this place.

I visited about 6pm on a weekday. The Returns/Customer Service counter was attended by 1 staff member, while none if the registers were open (presumably due to COVID 19 staff limitations). More personnel available to potentially answer questions, etc. would have been helpful.

BB&B low on items, but some good seasonal items and staff friendly and helpful as always.

Great service and cashiers doing double duty...worked it out. Management on top of customer service ... line moves quick.

Nice store but small

Its a small store but may have what youre looking for. The customer service here is horrible. They dont treat their customers well and some of the cashiers have a major attitude problem. If you dont like your job, you should improve yourself and dont take your bitterness out on other people.

There was hardly anybody in there and the employees were very helpful.The inventory seemed a little light in some areas, but it was clean.

I purchase bathroom items, shower curtains, towels and floor runners.There are so many items to brouse through.It is important to allow yourself to really look in every department. You will become aware of so much more then focusing only the item you were looking for

You can use your expired 20% coupons which is always nice. Sometimes you dont have the money and the coupon(s) have expired. Oh, and you can use one for each item; I had three.

This store is very well stocked and has a lot of merchandise. So much merchandise that I could not find what I was looking for at first, and I asked an employee they went straight to the product and gave it to me in hand. I really appreciated that because I was able to go straight to the cashier and check out and made the trip very quick.

This is one of the best bed bath and beyond stores in the DC area. They have a huge selection of stock and the staff are very very helpful. If one person doesnt have the answer they will find another staff member who does. It is quite clean and organized and always smells pleasant.

Take advantage of their generous coupons sent in mailers and online for additional value. They even let you use coupons after-the-fact if you bring them to the store with your receipt within 2 weeks of purchase.
