I came into this store looking for gifts for my niece who likes to make her own jewelry. i had no idea what i was doing. however, the staff, who were very attentive and helped me every step of the way, put me on the right path. the only down side are that the beads were kind of pricey.

No parking was available when I visited. I tried calling to determine whether they had what I wanted before I tried to visit another time. Though I tried several times, I had no luck in getting someone to answer the phone. Instead I was instructed to leave a detailed message, including the date and time for when I called. This tells me that they seldom check their messages. Never got a return phone call. I wont go out of my way to visit again, though i might try again if Im in the area. Also, their website has broken links and wont work with Safari.

It was a great place for bead hobbies my wife loved it. Too bad it is now closed.

I am sorry that this store has closed. I loved their selections, and I always received great customer service.

Terrible customer service. I walked in and NONE of the 4 women working there spoke. No one asked if I needed help or anything.
