Customer service is ok manager and workers are nice. But if your a man looking for a quick easy hair cut dont go. I I walked in with almost 3 inches of beard and walked out with a quarter inch because the stylist decided to hack on it. Hair cut was horrible and manager had to fix it. Im gonna stick to the barber shops from now on

If I could give a NEGATIVE it would be a NEGATIVE 5 Stars. This is the 4th time in 3 months I have brought my kids to get a haircut. JC Penney has a huge advertisement of Walk Ins Welcome sign out in front of their store as well as advertising elsewhere. Each time we have walked in ironically we were told the same thing. Yes I know it may sound I made it up, but its as if its scripted. We have been told each time we are booked up for the rest of the day and we are short on stylist. If JC Penny Salon has this issue they need to STOP advertising Walk Ins Welcome because they are NOT WELCOME.

Its just terrible. Had my hair burned and fried and she cut off 5. I was sad with my hair for about a year afterwards

I get off work late every evening, i was told on the phone that they close at 7. I got there at 6:15 and no one wanted to do my hair because it was late but Darrayl volunteered to do my hair. He stayed until 9 fixing my hair and did an amazing job! He absolutely made my night. I will be back to see him!

I took my mother there this afternoon. It was our first time there and I didnt know what to expect. My mother needed her hair done bad and it being a Monday, JC Penny was the only Salon I could find listed as Open. I called ahead to make sure.Anyway, we got there around 12:15. I noticed that it was a nice modern looking Salon. There were quite a few people there being styled. After we got checked in a Stylist was right there to escort her back to the Hairwashing station. She did give her a good wash and shampoo.Next, she escorted her to her work station and spent a considerable amount of time and attention letting us describe what we wanted, to shape and blow dry it well.The Stylist never seeing my mother before got her cut pretty close or better to how Ive seen her get it cut for 20 years or more.My mother is happy with it and we stopped on the way home for one of her friends to see and she thought it looked good too.I hope to take her back before long.

My hair dresser was wonderful. She listened to me and cut and styled my hair just the way I like it.

Wrost hair color experience I ever had. The girl that highlighted my hair left the color in for to long, over highlighted and damaged my hair to extremes. My hair was so brittle and had spilt ends. I told her the next day that I wanted her to fix it right away, she told me that I had to wait until she was available to make appointment. Never Again!

If I could give this -2 stars is would. My stylist Katie was 15 minutes late to my appointment, the work space was disgusting even though I was the first client of the day, she stained my entire forehead with hair dye, and after I left I realized that the underneath of my hair still had A LOT of hair dye just left in my hair. Horrible!
