I can’t say I have ever been thrilled about the customer service in this location. I also have noticed they are understaffed. I have been denied to use the restroom with the big sign on there that says restroom is out of order? I have visited salon centric‘s out of state and all over Southern California never not once have I not been able to use the restroom their locations are usually very high end clean organized and well staff with fabulous representatives. Sometimes I walk in the store and they look at you like what are you doing here? Is it me or is anyone else noticed it?

This location is always understocked. Rarely can you find everything or anything you need. Customer service is not the greatest and can use some improvement. The pros and cons about paying by check is that your check is never immediately deposited. This allows your funds to remain in your bank account longer. The cons about not having your check immediately deposited is that other financial factors might override your account balance causing a check to clear as NSF. The longest I have experienced my check to be cashed is about 3 weeks. There usually is plenty of parking.
